The lady that was there this morning was rude and inconsiderate. Saturday we purchased a power washer , I ended up signing up for the yearly membership also. The power washer was defective and wouldn’t turn on. So she informed us that there was a 20% restocking fee. If she would have just stopped there and said I can’t do anything about it fine. But instead she goes on to say I’ve waived these before if the device is in fact defective. So we said we’ll plug it in, the problem is ot doesn’t turn on at all. She said no it sprsys water. I instead that it’s not going to spray water without water hooked up, the machine gets ZERO electrical power. Just plug it in and you can see . Her response was”everyone has a sad story, idk if you used this and just want to return it”. The restock fee was less than $20, the membership fee was $30 and I’m sitting here with about $30 of other things I was going to purchase. So this lady, instead of wanting to keep a customer and make the store more money. Would rather be rude , assume and not help AT ALL. So I canceled the membership and put the other things back on the shelf . I just really don’t understand why an employee would go on to say she can waive it, if it’s defective . But then refuse to see it was actually defective. Why even bring that up ? Then to basically say we probably used it and just was scamming the store again without actually simply plugging it in is crazy.

I'm glad that Harbor Freight is near my home, I'm also glad that over the past 50 + years I've been able to use both the best tools around, and the somewhat totally junk tools too. HF has some has "Good, Better & Best" selections of many items. Im not going to say their "Best" is truly the best that can be bought. But their prices beat most, if not all major brands tools and accessories for tools. I will compare angles sanding sponges for example. The other big box stores is $3 each, HF sells em for $1 each, but you have to buy 6 for $6, and if you got a coupon it's even cheaper. And on larger items the savings are even better I have a older concrete mixer I got from them cheap, cheap, cheap ! It's never failed me yet. I have gotten a small air compressor from em, pretty much was junk, after a year, but it was so cheap I had to try it. I'd say if you don't want to spend a lot for tools, go there and check em out, I use any coupon that they will offer to get it even lower I'm not saying I do it, but they offer a extended warranty on a lot of items.

It's harbor freight. What's not to love. I have endless good stories about this place as I've shopped here for years but the most recent was a nail gun purchase for replacing trim. I don't know why I didn't buy one of these sooner. It's a beast and tremendously cheaper than the big name alternatives. Customer service is always great and the coupons books are filled with great deals. I still have my 30gallon compressor I purchased there which has performed flawlessly for 2 years with moderate to heavy usage. There is just no comparison. If you aren't shopping here you are throwing money away. Last big purchase before this was a welder that has saved me a ton of cash doing my own repairs. It also works flawlessly which is handy because I am not the greatest welder. Update, 4 years on the compressor still kicks like new. Everything is still rocking like new. I'll be back in another 2 years to update!

Harbor Freight is my go to hardware store! Prices are decent and their products are sturdy. Customer service is where this store stands out from the rest. If I'm searching for an item, a friendly staff member will offer help finding what I'm looking for! This NEVER HAPPENS when I'm at a department or grocery store!! I always have to search for assistance. Especially SINCE COVID-19, employees are at registers, they aren't walking around seeking to assist their customers. It's pretty sad as I go out of my way to help my customers as they are buying my products NOT my competition down the street. If you are looking for a hardware store, I have to recommend stopping by Harbor Freight! It's always clean and have very helpful staff! You won't regret it!

They have decent prices on tools some of them can be on the cheap side. At this particular location the front desk has an overweight gentleman that 1st of all lied to me and said that everything was on the floor and they did not have anything in the back then when I asked for him to look up and see if another store had it told me to go get the item number for myself and he could finally an older gentleman not only looked it up and found it for me but it was at that very store in the back apparently he had lied to me and they do have certain things in the back shame on you for being lazy... I'm sorry I wish I could have remembered his name and wouldn't have to identify him as the overweight person at the front desk

My shopping experience was great there. The tools were super cheap and waaay better than walmart. Any time I buy sockets from Walmart, and they break on me. Anyway I want to recognize an employee for all of her hard work. Her name is Jennifer and she was really nice and very helpful. I was having an off day and my memory was slipping on me lol well she pretty much guessed the right answer on the things I was searching for but couldnt put in words to ask for lol. I like employees like this because they truly treat customers with respect and dont make you feel like you're getting made fun of. So BIG KUDOS AND SHOUT OUT TO JENNIFER WOOT WOOT THANK YOU GIRL!!!

I love harbor freight so this review is for this location only. I live close by but find myself driving an extra 10 minutes to a further location. So first off we shop at harbor freight for the deals. I’m an ITC member and get emails for certain deals. There is an older gentleman that works at this location that is one of the rudest guys I’ve ever met. He never honors any of my coupons like the other locations so. He’s just rude how he talks to people and doesn’t help out with getting discounts like most other stores do.

This is a tool store with lots of different things. I have purchased many different tools and other things. The prices are reasonable for what you get. A Little TIP: if you make a living as Service Tech these tools are not going to last very long. You will need to buy USA quality made Tools. Been there done that. These tools are only recommended for the weekend worker.

Harbor Freight Tools is a very good place to buy just about every tool you can think of at a good price they're not the highest quality tools but they last pretty well depends on what you're looking 4 I buy all my tools there I found out today there wrenches and sockets and ratchets or Pittsburgh and they have a lifetime warranty just like Craftsman

The tools are not top of the line, but you cannot beat the prices on anything. I am a contractor. Some tools I use everyday, I spend a lot of money on. The tools that I only use upon occasion, I get there at a great price. They have everything that the big chain Hardware stores have and more at a fraction of the cost. Harbour Freight is one of the best places anywhere to get the tools you need for a very good price, they even have some specialty tools. This is like a Toys R Us for the adults. Chances are they will have the tool you need, and if you get the coupons that is an added bonus and they are even nice enough to give away things as well.

Good selection, prices that sometimes beat Amazon. Some things you buy here will last ages, some just long enough to finish your project. Even if the tool only survives the day it can be the difference between finishing a task on-time or having to put it off for weeks. Know what you're buying and this place can be a godsend.

Good price tools. Love this place. Just picked up a maul for log splitting wood, it has a fiberglass handle the head is 6 lb and I'll have to get back with you on how durable it is. It was a little under $30 so it's a good price as long as it doesn't break in half the first time I use it only time will tell

The employee I talked to was enthusiastic but not knowledgeable. The second employee was much more helpful. I wouldn't buy any power tools or certain other things there (they don't carry dewakt or Milwaukee) but for some hand tools and odd accessories this place can't be beat.

One of the best places around to get good deals on all kinds of power tools and hand tools as well as a large variety of other items. I've been using their power tools daily for years and have no complaints. Their members Club is worth the small yearly fee.

Finally joined their rewards program. The savings are unbelievable. And even though I came in very close to closing time oh, they treated me with kindness and was very helpful. And most of the tools have guarantees. I recommend him very highly.

I like this particular store because you see the workers they do not ignore you and when you're like me and wearing your mask without glasses you can ask workers where something is at and they take you right to the items!

They are very good at enforcing their mask mandate. A couple of dudes were denied entry because they weren't wearing masks. Good job, Harbor Freight. Oh, and the tools and stuff are good quality for the price too.

Always find the tool your looking for. Needed an angle grinder $11.95 not the best but not 80 or 90 bucks. They had 6 other grinders all of better quality then the cheapest one. But I bought it to be disposable.
