Attention attention racism is strong in this company I had the worst experience in this store just a week or so ago! I went to the cashier to ring up my stuff her name was Madison! She was so worried about talking personal things with her other employee that she didn't bag up any of my stuff. When I asked her, hey can we get this bagged. She told me that I could bag it myself because of my skin color! I asked her are you serious she said yes as she proceeded to flick me off and tell me to go f myself. I called another store to let them know how I was treated. Not wanting to call back that store and the racist employees.That manager said they would call the district manager and let them know what was going on. I soon received a phone call a couple days later that stated that they didn't care and they were just going to warn her about the racial comments and cussing out an paying customer. So if you do not want to shop in a racist environment I do not recommend

Love Harbor Freight but this location is not what you should get when going to harbor freight. First customer service is not something they learn here don't ask for help most times its ill check then never see them again. Then I have had multiple items usual the items on sale out of stock and the answer of check back and see if we have it come in or other items pre-order and will call you when it comes in, when will that be we don't know. I came in on one item three times before they gave me a rain check and the 30 days will run out and they still do not have the item, I will be going to the one on Blanding from now on longer drive but much better experience. The one plus note is the cashier was awesome helped me identify two items i had missed and tried to help on items others in the store had just ignored when i asked.

the cashiers is there was very rude she was trying to get another customer to sign up for a credit card the customer told her that there was other customers waiting and she told the customer in front of her that we can go to another line, the other line about 6 other customers waited in also.. and you can tell the customer in front of her was very embarrassed and I also was embarrassed because I was waiting to be next once I got up there she left didn’t say anything about her and this other cashier switching registers I have never in my whole life been into that store where someone was rude to me they were always kind and helpful.. Also I called and talk to the supervisor and he seem to not care one bit so maybe this will get to the main office I hope

Friendly staff and bargain tools and equipment. Some great values and "diamonds" among the sea of merchandise. Power tools are okay for weekend warrior home improvement, but most tools have limitations matching their low prices. E.g., battery operated hand tools don't have nearly the run time as famous name brand competition. That said, the are some great priced "diamonds" here: motorcycle and larger equipment lifts are an excellent value, for example. Screwdrivers sets are comfortable to hold yet have well machines, strong tips. Best to carefully browse here to catch all the hidden values.

Usually a not too bad place to shop. But today we went to buy casters. The label on the shelf said 1.99. But when we checked out, it was more expensive than what we thought it should be. When we got to the car, we looked at our receipt. It said we were charged 3.99 per caster. That's twice what it should have been. I took the casters right back in. When asked if we had a return, I said yes. I explained what had happened, and they never once offered to make it right. They just said ok, here's your money, and see you next time. Not so sure about that

With me having a Disability it was Really a Pleasure to step into the store and a couple of the workers walked over and said what can we do for you One brought me a cart & the other Gentleman he asked me what I was looking for & I told him and he went to get it I've virtually didn't have to go far went to the checkout paid for my items and I was back out the door Those two people in there class act I know you're not going to find that everywhere maybe it was my lucky day Thank you Harbor Freight ✌Top Shelf Customer Service

I found the shopping experience unpleasant This is specially so with the long and inefficient checkout, even when there are only a couple of people trying to do so. All marketing information update and entry is done at the point of sale without regards to other people trying to pay and leave. I've been to this store 3 times in the past 5 years and that hasn't changed. As for the products: The selection is very nice and the quality from good for the price.

Stole my money and my two year warranty because they discontinued my drill and flashlight that I purchased 6months ago and they upsale me two year warranty. Now refuse to honor it because they discontinued product. This is not my fault. I paid with a guarantee to have a drill and flashlight for two year. 6 months later harbor freight robbed me. Thanks alot. Warning to all. DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY IT WONT BE HONORED AND YOU WILL BE LEFT FELLING TAKEN FOR.

Great place for that hard-to-find tool you gotta have. I like their black zippered tool bags. I bought three & filled each one with a set of jumper cables, an adjustable screwdriver & adjustable socket wrench with heavy duty ploers. I added emergency flares to round it out. My husband, son & I have a custom emergency car kit. It's come in handy in every car at least once. I need to go back for more bags. I have some loose tools that need a home.

My experience is for their customer service. I'm ok with you not being able to help me but you will not talk down to me. I was looking for a set of keys and when they told me them or the safe company do not offer spare keys which I said is kind of ridiculous so he then proceeded to tell me that maybe I shouldnt lose keys and to keep up with my stuff. Asked when their weekly sales change. They told me the sale is currently going on. I asked if I bought everything now and the price was less tomorrow could I return and get the lower price. They told me they have no clue when prices change that the sale going on for memorial day is the cheapest. Even though the item I was buying multiple of were full price and not on sale. I was just confusing the cashier.

Just like the rest HF, best part are the cheap but high quality backpack sprayers. There are a lot of opened tools and supplies in this store, just check what you are buying to make sure no components are missing. Many items are no refund no return (clearly explained to you at time of purchase) and you have to deal with the manufacturer via phone to mail you anything missing. That works, but it’s SLOW,

Their phone customer service sucked and was absolutely no help. Spoke to a Sheila(sp?) who didn't even bother trying to look into what I asked about. Told me to go on the website to look it up myself. The store is awesome and most of the associates are awesome if you can find one who isn't busy. It's rare that I get anyone on the phone worth a damn or really anyone at the store offering to help.

I love Harbor Freight Tools. I have been going there for years. I have gotten everything from Batteries to Tarps and especially Tools. There is a Blonde Haired that Girl that is always there and is very sweet and always helps Me when I am there. Yes. They sell cheap tools/merchandise. No. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. While I do prefer Craftsman tools, I have bought many items here that have held their merit. Jack Stands, Car jacks, Creepers, and Work Lights all were bought here and have worked flawlessly for years. Its also a great place to buy bits/attachments/sanding wheels for drills, etc.

Good product for the money I had a hard time getting the staff to help me. They did but I felt rushed. I bought a laminate floor tile cutter. I am taking it back don't waste your money. Most tools are good for small jobs but as far as contractors don't waste your money. I am still a big fan of harbor freight. Their staff needs to work on their people skills.

there are some items like the little tire air compressors that are useless as well as the pressure washers you should stay away from. However, for the most part great bargains, great coupons for useful items if you take the time to look. Store staff is always friendly, this is a great store that makes you want to come back. Take your coupons with you.

I used to call Harbor Freight the single used tool company. Which was great for if you’re not a professional, and using the same tool every day over and over again. You’re a homeowner why spend $600 on a tool that you could buy one for $30. But now, they have a good, better, best, mentality. So a professional and a homeowner can both get a great deal.

I've always had good luck with the tools but the "rewards system sucks". Every. Single. Time. I've been in there the computer system has no idea that I'm a reward member, even having the Harbor Freight card. Several phone calls and discussions and I still don't know if it was ever resolved and at this point the year is nearly over.

Was not able to pick up my toolbox because it was a 2 piece, tool box and the computer would not release the one piece that was in the store, so they're gonna hold it until the end of the year when the other piece comes in. $2400 spent and it has to sit in the store until the end of December when the other part of the box comes in.

I just had a great experience here due to a friendly and helpful employee, Sam. I was trying to buy a planer, unfortunately there were none stocked at this location. Sam was able to send me in the direction of another HF that has one in stock, and she was able to quickly set me up in the rewards system. So glad I found this place!

They are not the happiest crew. I asked 3 people for help all three pointed in the direction I needed to look. The 4th I asked acted like helping find an item was interfering with him talking to his Co worker. Customer service here is lacking for sure. Ended up going to Lowe's to get the tool. They helped and was nice.

The prices and selection are fantastic. I don't understand though why they don't do something about the group of aggressive pan handlers that park their van in the parking lot and solicit people as they are walking out. I've been there many times and every time I'm there it's the same group of individuals too.

I love this place. We have always shopped a lot at Lowes and Home Depot but when it comes to prices and a reasonable selection, Harbor Freight is hard to beat. While they are not as big and Home Depot and Lowes, they carry a lot of stuff you need every day (including a cool tile wet saw my wife wants).

The store was clean and organized. I couldn’t find assistance as there was only 2 employees on the registers but I guess most of the time people know what they are looking for so that might not be a problem. I did my research online and was able to find what I was looking for and at a reasonable price.

Lots of cheap tools at decent prices. Really good warranty with no hassle. I find my self stopping in at least once a month to get something to finish a project. Best part is the free coupons for little things. I have so many flashlights for hurricane prep and didn't have to pay for any of them!

Harbor freight always has something wonderful at a fraction of the price. If you sign up for the coupons you can get some really good deals like free batteries, flashlights and scissors. The staff is always friendly and helpful with a great knowledge base of their products. A must see place!

Awsome employees. I enquired about an item. The lady not only verified that it was in stock. She had it pulled and put at the front register for me. This was my first time ever in a harbor freight facility. I was expressed with the large variety of items on the shelf. I will be back again.

Great prices for tools that get the job done but don't expect more. They don't hire associates with extensive DIY knowledge like other home improvement stores, basically those to stock shelves and man the registers and that's fine with me. Another way they're able to keep their prices low!

I received personalized service to buy a sandblaster and 50 lb of glass beads. I am 69, 02 dependent. I expect personalized service. I have paid my dues, worked my butt of for others. I can no longer do it for myself. As bad as I hate to admit it and yet alone say it LOUD, I NEED HELP.

Love this place. Great tools for a budget. I know some people say you get what you pay for but I have always found that the tools I get here get the job done just fine. It just doesn’t have all the bells and whistles. Plus my flame weeder works great.

Staff, especially Elena, super helpful. I had to come from across town for an item that was not at their other two stores. She verified it was in stock and promised to set it aside for me. When I got there it was on a cart by the register waiting!

This visit deserves a 5-star. From relative ease of access (we arrived pulling a camper) to working with the folks on a return purchased at a different store. Dave helped us in every way to effect a smooth exchange for a defective generator.

Even though they were under staffed today, staff was very polite and helpful in locating my items and loading them into my vehicle. Every one should visit a harbor freight for good prices, with a clean and safe environment.

My husband and I both "love" shopping Harbor Freight. They have awesome prices selection and staff. If my husband could afford it he would be there everyday to pick out a new "toy". We would recommend this store to anyone.

I needed a small step stool for when my godchild comes in June so she can reach the sink and you had just what I was looking for..something that is easy to assemble and folds to put away and the perfect height and price.

Its a harbor freight. Cheap tools, which are usually ok for casual, homeowner use. The staff were helpful and friendly. They seem to be out of stock of a items, more so than normal, but that could be because of COVID.

Good deals, some stuff is better quality than others but if you're on a budget it works. I do have to say the floor jack and motorcycle lift have been very good even after a few years of use.

Very convenient and near my house. Good parking lot so you don't have to worry about parking! For certain items that you don't care to get brand name then they have some with decent price.

Some items purchased there are pretty good and some you might as well throw your money in the garbage and save the trip to HF. I'd say what I've purchased there good vs trash is 50/50.
