I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. They are absolute time wasters. I originally booked my job for 11am and the man on the phone said OK 10.30 and then it was 10am I said no, I want 11am. He said it should take one hour ( I thought I am paying for a minimum of 2 hours so they just want to get in an out in a hurry, to make easy money). He then asks me how long it would take, I said I am not the removalist I don't know. On the day, I got a call can we come at 9am. I was very organised on that day and agreed. I went down to meet the two guys doing the job, They were just about to walk into my building and then said oh we forgot the trolley. As a removalist who does that? They proceeded to take ages to get the trolley out of the van, meanwhile the time is ticking. I had a gut feeling they were time wasters, coming so early and no job till the afternoon. It became apparent they had another job after 12.30. On the first trip down with 2 mattresses they took over 20 minutes to come back. Their excuse: the building manager was downstairs talking to them. I have lived in that building for over 2 years and never saw a building manager. Just lying. One of them was talking on the phone and standing around doing that. I said please do not answer your phone, I am not paying you to stand around on your phone. I don't know what they did when they were downstairs, as I did not follow them. At the other end I was wanting to help because they were so slow. 3 hours later this is. They finished at 12.23 but said because they came at 8.50 I was charged for another 30 mins. I complained to them, as they were making the bill. Unfortunately I was tied up on the phone and complained while putting that person on hold. We paid the full amount. I called the man who I booked the job with on Monday, (I was so busy Saturday afternoon with finishing off the move, they did not take all my things, and thought no one worked on Sunday) I expressed my disappointment and that they were time wasting. His answer was I should have called on the day , the job is completed and I paid. He also told me I should have bargained and not paid in full at the time. If I had known this I would have not paid in full. I asked for refund of 1 hour as I knew they were killing time until the next job. I then proceeded to get fogged off, they don't care once they get their money. I lost a television cable and had to buy a new one. it disappeared and they took no responsibility for that either. He kept saying I should have called him and complained, so complaining to the two removalists is not complaining the correct way. JUST EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE to not give me a refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Late Oct/early Nov I booked for a move on 1st Dec for start time between 8am-10am. On the 30th Nov I received an email saying my job will be delayed to 11am-12pm due to hail storms. I responded and said the BOM weather report says clear mornings and hail storms late afternoon so did not want my job delayed. No communication till 10am to say they’ll be in touch. They did not arrive till 2pm at first pick up. They delivered 1st pick up and finished at 4pm and at 4:15pm it started to hail. From 8am to 2pm the weather was hot & sunny. Their excuse for not doing my job was they were booked at another job which was not good enough as I made a booking well in advance. They said they’d complete the job the next morning. At the end of the job they charged me a 2nd call out fee as it was a new day and they forgot to charge me an extra half hour the day before in travel. So 2 hours work on the 1st Dec and 3 hours work plus call out / travel fees for both days came to $858.00 inc gst. There was no offer at all to provide a discount given the 7 hour late start on the 1st Dec or the fact we had to make other arrangements for our day on the 2nd Dec to accomodate them having to delay the job. Completely unsatisfactory customer service and not worth the cost at all.

When you will call them to get the quote they will be very friendly. They will give you the prices which you can never say no. But once you confirm the quote they will send you a confirmation with a list of terms and conditions. Which I guess every company does. But these guys are smart they will load your stuff with full on laziness and at the time of unloading they start playing with the terms and conditions and will argue at any extent to increase the price almost double or three time. When you try to resist they will give a warning with kind words that they gonna leave the stuff on the road and will leave. Truly unprofessional. Got them from a reference at Indians in Melbourne FB page thought that let’s give the business to the community but unprofessionals are everywhere. Kudos guys you lost me and all my future referrals. Strongly not recommended. Super lazy / slow crew : Ram and Sagar (whole agenda is to increase the no. of hours and play around the words in terms and conditions to increase the said amount)

I admit I’m 18 months late to report this but that’s how long it’s taken me to resolve with insurance! Harry movers BROKE in half and SMASHED the edges of my custom callacatta marble dining table top. I was in tears. It was due to poor handling and inadequate tying down during transit. Just inexperienced and didn’t care. They offered a discount on my move by $400 which wouldn’t even make a dent in the replacement costs! I tried a number of times to get Harry to respond and resolve this but he stopped responding when he heard it would be thousands to replace. I asked about his insurance and he said “oh I don’t have insurance for this”. Useless. I specifically said when I booked them that I had a heavy marble table which would require 3 men hence why I paid for the additional man. If you have items of value or are fragile do not use these guys. Pay a bit more and go with a larger, reputable company who can cover potential breakages if they occur. So annoyed.

Was given time of between 1pm to 3pm however they arrived at 5:15pm(in the dark) after repeated follow up. The 2 guys were super slow and inefficient in loading and finally after unloading they left the fridge in garage saying they do not have the tools required to open the doors to move it inside, Promised to come back next day and complete the job for free. Trusting the word full amount was paid. Had to keep calling to follow up to be finally updated that another person will come and a minimal charge of 90 aud needs to be paid. Wondering how is that a minimal charge for a job they left incomplete. Even after reminding them of their promise to complete the job no one ended up coming. A very bad experience, our day was wasted on the day of loading and an incomplete job done causing inconvenience. Not recommended at all.

Did an okay job for moving my house from tarneit to Lara. But unnecessarily kept delaying the loading of stuff to increase the number of hours. One person was almost idle throughout. I have hired many movers services for inter-state & within the state in the last 7 years but these guys were the slowest in their planning & overall delivery time. Seems they didn't have anywhere else to go & hence wanted to add as many hours as possible for my job. At the end, they stopped unloading my stuff & asked me to pay in advance based on estimated time. Also added 30 mins in their job sheet to the start time & re tidied it after I complained as I noted the exact time of arrival myself. Won't recommend them at all. Far better mover services are available.

Firstly, they did not carry any tools, which resulted in nearly 30 mins delay in disassembling my bed frame, ultimately my neighbours had to come to help me as the movers couldn't disassemble it. This is extremely unprofessional. Secondly, they broke my bed side table furniture while unloading it from their truck. No compensation was offered for that. Last but not the least, they were moving things way too slow and extremely inefficient which I guess was a trick to increase the total amount of moving duration so they can charge me higher. I had way too less furniture and luggage and the pick and drop location was just 12 mins drive away, however, the total job time touched 3 and half hours. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

1. Movers broke our $1000 cot while disassembling it and offered $100 as compensation. After a few phone calls, messages and emails with final offer of $250, they stopped responding. 2. Movers left the mounting mat for dryer to be put on top of the washing machine at our old house. We had to get help from someone else to stack the dryer after going back to bring the mat ourselves. 3. They refused to load our sound bar in the truck saying it can be damaged. And they advertise hassel free move with modern techniques and packing materials on their website? 4. They don't take responsibility or care and left lots of dents and scratches on our furniture. Worst moving experience. Would not recommend them at all.

Not sure of others, but for me the experience was poor. 1. They took really long time , around 3.5hrs to move 2 bed room + all usual home stuff (no dining table). I myself assembled one of the bed back. Probably because they did not have all the tools to dismantle furniture. 2. They asked me to take TV, tower fan, heater. I was happy to because they did not seem very confident. 3. They broke one drawers of my dressing. Said its a cheap quality stuff and it happens always . (Wasnt that cheap btw, you lift a heavy drawer holding on to its handle and walk around.. that's bound to happen) But they did charge me full. What was quoted for 1.5 hrs for around 249 ended up at 450. 4. And no receipt.

I was told that they would come between 12-2pm to pick up one furniture and do the delivery. I received a message that they are on their way and will be there in 20mins but that didn't happen. After an hour I called them and asked if they are coming. I was told that they are having their lunch break and their lunch order took longer than they expected that's why they are coming later. I was super upset as I changed my classes regarding to their arrival time. It was very unprofessional behaviour from them and waste of time and a lot of money. Also they charged me at the end more than actually said. I wouldn't recommend this company!

The appointment was booked between 12pm to 2pm. I didn’t receive any update till 1:45pm. I tried calling the company and since there was no response, I sent Jack a message. He then called back to say that the removalists will come between 4:00-4:30pm. I had to call multiple times. They finally arrived at 4:50pm. The work was extremely slow. They took 5 hours to remove the furniture for 3 bedroom house. During the move, one of the filing cabinet was ruined which the guys did not disclose. Will not use this service again based on the recent experience.

Never Ever Hire Them. You cannot rely or trust them. I messaged them on the day of the move asking where have they reached and they said they are not coming. No prior information was conveyed or sent. They did not pick up my calls. They rely on a system message to let their client know that their move is cancelled. This move was booked one month in advance. If you want a reliable trustworthy move never ever hire them. Most unprofessional, not trustworthy and non reliable movers.

Harry the mover were prompt from the word go. From the enquiry to the booking confirmation - got prompt responses. On the day, the guys called me ahead of time to give me an ETA and they were on time. Karan and Malkit took their time to move the stuff and it was all done with patience and took care of the furniture. Some of the stuff was heavy and they managed to manoeuvre through doors carefully. Will definitely book them again..job well done!

They took over an hour to assemble a bed, only to give up before it wad finished, leaving me to finish on my own. Once I began working on it, I saw that the bed had been damaged and pieces had been forced together incorrectly. This has meant my product was damaged and I had to spend even more time and effort to pull the pieces apart. When I complained, I was told I should have mentioned it when the movers were still there.

Sam is extremely friendly, polite, reliable and skilled. He helped move our 1 bedroom apartment including dismantling and reassembling some tricky furniture and moving it through some very tight spaces and steep slopes without any damage. He went out of his way to make our move so much less stressful! Couldn't recommend him enough!! If there was one removalist you have to choose, hire 'harry the mover' without a thought.

Hired them for my big move from Adelaide to Melbourne. One of my friend recommended them, and oh boy they did not disappoint, right from booking to getting packing material pre delivered, they were bang on time and very professional. I would highly recommend using them for your moving. Don’t think and book; total value for money. Keep up the good work Harry and team.

I found Harry and Sam to be extremely professional. They were on time and completed the move within the expected time frame. Very honest and hardworking bunch of guys. They were on-time and straight to work. They took good care while loading the items in trucks and equally good care when unloading and putting things in New location. I'd recommend calling out three guys as that makes for loading and unloading much faster, which ends up being more economical than 2 guys.

Absolutely disgraceful. Never hire these guys. Broke my TV (worth $1500), my drawers and lied about how they did it, to make it sound as though they weren't liable, when I was there to see it all. Now they won't refund me for anything. I actually thought they were nice guys but it turns out they are not only bad movers but bad people too.

Very unprofessional service! Gave us a window of 8-10am, arrived at 11 so we already lost the whole morning. The move took us 2 days!! Ended up paying 2 times the anticipated cost! People booking service have no idea what they are doing and are highly rude and unreasonable!! I will not use them again neither do I recommend their service !

Asked for a quote for piano removal which their website says they do. I was told no. No explanation. Minimal communication. When I asked if another time was available or if they could help me in anyway, I never got a response. These guys don't want work and are not concerned with your business so you might as well not bother.

Too lazy to pickup things. They try to spend more time so they get more money. Eg - they are carrying sofa cushions one by one rather using the trolley. We need to guide them how to move things.Better to check with in friends circle and choose the mover else these guys will try to extend hours so they get more pay.

Punctual, friendly drivers, they organised it in short notice (within 4 hours) had all equipment to get the job done, it was 8 x 250kg display glass cabinets, arrived at destination safely, Truganina to Niddrie will definitely use if in that area. Reasonably priced aswell, made payment by card after delivery

I needed my antique (1870s) Richard Lipp piano removed urgently from the church where it had been on long-term loan. I was very pleased with the way I could book the removal (via Bright) and the way all my questions were answered. The van and men arrived exactly on time and they did a very professional job.

AJ and his team were fantastic, very professional and friendly. We particularly appreciated their attention to detail, their willingness to help with anything we asked, and their proactive approach to handling small jobs we hadn't got to (like dismantling BBQ) and helping gather small items toward the end.

Mover Jot & Insaaf did some fantastic job moving my house with the 3x Full truck loads. They were punctual, careful and took needed time to make sure everything was moved without single scratch. I had good experience with them and will definitely be recommending them and use this service in the future.

Movers failed to attend at arranged time and instead wanted to come in the dark 2 hours after the booked time. Very unprofessional conduct by the coordinator who did not provide any updates and wasted our whole afternoon. Nil alternative or compensation provided despite request. Would not recommend!

The young men Preet and Lucky were polite and proficient. However initially I had requested a start time of 10am. Harry contacted me two days prior to request a start time of 8.30am. On the day the movers called after 8.30am to advise they would not arrive until 9.30am.

They were ok. Turned up on time and moved my stuff. They surprised me by quoting excluding GST over the phone (and not mentioning it) and then charging me a rate inc GST when complete. I paid almost $700 for 2 guys for 4hrs which is on the expensive side.
