absolute nightmare lies lies lies, i was told my hotel in malaga spain had a pool and a bar only to arrive and find no bar an no pool. when i got in touch with the shop was told to pay my own taxi to a different hotel.witch did have but only opened at 12.30 pm untill 2.00 pm. ive had stuff stolen my phone smashed. tv never worked and room not cleaned in a week. so i would like to say thank you to hays travel for the worst holiday experience of my life but safe in the knowledge that i will never use this joke shop again. i would strongly advise people not to use this travel agent.

Went here to find a disability friendly holiday. Jeni was extremely helpful above and beyond what I normally expect when booking holidays. we left with many options and prices that had not been able to find ourselves. great prices and knowledge of what's available.

Rude, dismissive manager (Jenny). Asked me 'What I wanted her to do?' about a complaint I had. Told me to send my complaint about her directly to her?! Currently submitting a complaint to head office, cannot believe how disgusting I was treated.

Jess, you worked very hard to find us a last minute holiday. Although you were unable to find anything in our preferred location you persevered and found us another destination. Although an apprentice you are a credit to Hayes travel. Thank you

Megan took great care of us, we are currently enjoying our round the world trip, Megan was able to take care of everything we wanted, except for sunshine but that's about all they couldn't arrange for us... …

Best thing to do, use Local Travel Agents, takes all the worry out of organising Holidays, arranged mine with Rachael at Allerton Rd, great Agent, couldn't have been more helpful and Friendly x

Jenni and her team got us the best holiday we ever had on return I had to book a flight to the Isle of man ASAP sorted me out again get that service from a computer don't think so!!

Charged me £3.98 for a Euros return ,something I never asked for or was told about. And when I noticed it when I got home they wouldn't refund the money …
