We originally popped in for holiday advice at your Liverpool One branch and Phil, our initial advisor was really knowledgeable and friendly. The next time we visited, Mel was also excellent and sorted our trip away and again, we were very impressed with the service we received from your team. Mel also kept in regular contact with us via email and answered any questions or queries we had in an impressively quick manner. The list of things that made you stand out over any other holiday company were all the regular updates via email, twilight check in , the experience of premium class, and the consistent professionalism of all your airport/aircraft and in store sales staff. Thank you so much for everything you did for us and you’ve set a new standard for what we now know can be achieved by a travel company. All your staff have gone above and beyond, before and during our trip, and we have been blown away by our interactions with Virgin Holidays. Thank you.

Phoned a couple of times purely for info after booking by telephone. Absolutely no problem to staff who quickly answered my questions. Didn't travel to store for booking because Liverpool and Manchester (Trafford Centre) are too far away, parking in Liverpool can be a little expensive and Trafford Centre too far the other way, Warrington(Debenhams) was handy and I hope Virgin find their way back in the future, perhaps a stand alone store could work. Anyway, well done to everyone......Superb attitude from all.

Called in today with a query on our booking, a potential problem with our hotel we had booked. We were greeted straight away with a smile. Without much explaining from us, the staff were already aware of the issue at hand and working through informing customers. They gave plenty of helpful advice. Really happy with this and they completely put my mind at ease for a really special holiday. Genuinely the friendliest and most welcoming service I’ve had in a shop in ages!

Absolutely amazing service very friendly welcoming and professional. The staff have found an excellent New York deal to the affina hotel and suites. The whole package was arranged Gaynor helped me with recommendations on days and nights out and the best sight seeing to fit in with the time in NY. Wonderful experience in store, Catherine could not do enough to help us, really put us at ease with our booking, helped us to look into all of our options and never rushed us or pushed us to make a decision. We booked the next day, only wish we had managed to book in store with Catherine herself as her service was brilliant.
