What an experience from start to finish. First time and certainly not the last for us to visit this shop in Liverpool. We were looked after by Emelia Edwards. Very helpful, knowledgeable and plesant member of staff. She went the extra mile and beyond to find us an amazing holiday to Thailand. Everything went PERFECT, no hitches at all. The booking was made fuss free. All the documents and literature were excellently put together and easy steps to follow. Connecting flights, airports transfers to the minute and hotels were absolutely brilliant. We are overall well pleased with everything. It's hard to find words that can do justice to the staff who work for Trailfinders. My wife and I have used this company for many years, we have travelled all over the world, we have been close to great freaks of nature from time to time during our stays. You would always get a phone call asking ( is all well, do you need any help) now that's what I would call service Mr Trailfinder yes you, you seem to have staff who always seem to be bright and friendly, they dont seemt to have an off day. Just wanted to put on record our extreme gratitude for the calm, reassuring and professional way that Mike sorted out flights home from Japan for my husband and I. Booked a group trip with the team. Booked this all online and on the phone to a representative. Rebecca has been so helpful and patient with us. We've had lots of changes, but she ensured to help us out throughout the booking process. She also called us back if we needed some time to think about options. An excellent branch of Trailfinders which we have used several times. We go in with a loose plan of where we want to visit. Hey Presto, in a short time with their expert advice we have an itinerary with travel and accommodation booked at a price to suit our pocket. The follow up service is excellent, with tickets, vouchers and telephone support as needed.

We always use trailfinders. They are always friendly and helpful. We booked a cruise and they helped with best cabin. We have booked a few holidays through them and have never been disappointed. Their knowledge and the advise they give is second to none.

Haven't been on the trip yet, but found booking our trip to Japan absolutely easy. Glen the guy we dealt with was great. Understood what we wanted and put it in place for a really good price. Communication with us was excellent, hope the trip is as good.

4 off us booked cruise but they kept changing flights, they put 2 of us in the airport lounge as compensation but left 2 of us out, never book with them again

I went in for a chat, and was subjected to a hard sell. It was like being in a car showroom, rather than a travel agent. Enter at your peril.

Do yourself a favour and don't book your holiday here. They don't listen to what you want, and don't do anything about complaints.
