Would have given 0 if i could. I went to buy flower this morning at this shop. Doesnt have much options. Flowers look almost dead. Customer service is very bad. I asked to buy a vase. She didnt know the price until the owner said it was $25. For a small one. Im ok with that because i was in a rush. The worst thing is when i ask for a bag to put the vase in as i was carrying stuffs on my hands. She said no immediately. No sorry or whatsoever. I hate this shop and would not recommend nor coming back. So plain, and ignorant. You’ll waste your money and people wont even show any respect to their customer.

Easy to find store on the main road of Moonah. If you can't get parking out front there a carpark on the other side of the building. Eftpos and cash accepted. Doorway and store is wheelchair and pram friendly. More than just flowers available, soft toys, chocolates, jewellery, terrariums and other great gift ideas. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. I was offered a box to help transport the product I brought and purchased a card from the display on the counter which was not only hand made in tassie but also really cheap. Great experience!

I recently ordered a flower arrangement from Heaven Scent Flowers and I couldn't be happier with the result. The pastel colors were absolutely stunning and the arrangement was exactly what I had envisioned. Not only that, but they delivered the flowers on the set date that I had requested. Their punctuality and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this shop for their beautiful flowers and excellent customer service. Five stars!

Frequently bought beautiful arrangements, at various price points. In shop service is always very friendly and welcoming. Today I took advantage of the well priced delivery service. Remarkably quick delivery and once again a beautiful arrangement was personalized and delivered. Great reassurance, considering I needed to run off before seeing the flowers to be delivered.

I drove all the way to the florist on Saturday just to be informed that the actual florist wasn't even in store and wouldn't be for another 30 mins?? The store is only open a few hours on a Saturday and the only person who can create the bunches wasn't even there half the time? Not impressed

My gorgeous housemate ordered a sensational bouquet of flowers from here. When I received them they looked amazing, by the morning the yellow roses were drooping and the red gerbers were wilting.

Not at all happy with 2 bunches of $50 flowers to two different people both died within two days no won't be buying from there again should have just picked from garden very disappointed
