Awesome service Gabi went out of her way to make my mother in laws birthday special we live in Perth Western Australia and my mother in law is in the highlands we found it very hard to find a flourist that will deliver there and due to the border restrictions we couldn't be there to celebrate with her Valley floral boutique organised a lovely bottle of wine chocolates and a beautiful arrangement and had it couriered to her on her birthday brighting her day I couldn't thank Gabi enough for all her help

Went in a few months ago get a quote for 7 bouquets for my wedding plus 13 centrepiece arrangements. Was met by a lady who kept checking her watch, who said “I’m waiting on a delivery at the moment but I guess I have time to talk to you.” I decided to ignore that and give her the benefit of the doubt. Left her my phone number so she could give me a quote and she never got back to me. Found a much nicer and more accommodating florist in North Hobart who I didn’t have to chase up for a quote...

This is the third time we have purchased flowers to be delivered to a family member in Hobart. The flowers have been stunning. The service second to none. Gabby has gone above and beyond to deliver promptly with excellent communication. Although we are from interstate I would suggest phoning Gabby and speaking to her to get an insight into what flowers she has in stock rather than chose a display on the website. This has worked beautifully for us.

This is the second time I have used the Valley Floral Boutique. (try saying that with a beer on board). First was from Christmas Island: second from Melbourne. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and fantastic service for same day delivery. Like - I just phoned and it is 3.30 PM for a delivery this afternoon, to a remote Hobart suburb - Claremont (Claremont folk - they will hunt me down for saying that) but it will happen pronto. Brilliant service

I must say I am disappointed, $100 (including delivery) doesn't buy you much these days. The first photo (with the card) is what my Mum received and the second (with the pale mauve background) is the picture of what I thought she would get. If I was in Hobart I would have bought her a nice big bunch and taken them to her myself. Thank goodness for smart phones, otherwise I would have never known any different.

We live in Melbourne but only use Gabby for ALL our flowers for family and friends in Hobart for the last 10+ years because of the superb quality and personal care Gabby takes with every arrangement. Beautiful bouquets, delivery as promised, exceptional care and assistance and all at a very reasonable price. Could not be happier with amazing service.

I ordered the Emma (yellow) bunch of flowers to be delivered. The process was easy and I really appreciated the text message advising that the flowers were on their way with a photo. The flowers were for my daughter, who is a florist, and she loved them! The price was extremely reasonable too. I will use Valley Floral Boutique again.

Absolutely Amazing! Great value for money and great staff. Bought a sympathy bouquet on the spot without calling ahead and they were only too happy to help. They were very sympathetic to the situation and I had a great comforting chat. 100 stars!

Gabi was so helpful when I was sending my mum flowers following surgery. I wasn't able to be there in person and Gabi went over and above to ensure we got a beautiful bouquet to mum. Great service and flowers!

Really lovely florist!! Their customer service is amazing - the staff were so wonderful and helpful. The prices are very sensible and there's a good variety to choose from! I can't recommend them enough. :)

I rang the florist to order flowers for my niece who was in Calvary hospital, the florist was very helpful and friendly. She even sent me a picture of the flowers I ordered. I highly recommend them.
