Highly recommend. I have ordered deliveries quite a few times and the flowers have been absolutely stunning, prices are amazing and very competitive compared to others, and customer service is amazing! My family/friends have loved the flowers/been impressed with how long they have lasted. Some live a fair way out of town and delivery is very fast and it's a very reasonable price for delivery costs too! Very occasionally a flower has been out of season and they have called me to ask for my preferences, excellent and friendly customer service. I will always come back to True Colors for my flower purchases. Could not be happier! Thank you!

Absolutely a great experience, called up on the morning and was delivered b4 lunch that day. The customer service on the phone was exceptional, they young girl even confirmed wat I was after was in-stock and available and that it was achievable to b delivered in the time frame I was asking for. I called them in advance, to ask what time they would be closing on Christmas Eve. I was told by the young brunette working there, it will be at 5:00 PM. However, when I went there on Christmas Eve before that time, the shop was already closed. Why was I lied to? Fortunately, I found a different florist in the CBD that was still open.
