Worst company I ever worked for! I worked there for 10 months & thought everything was fine (& so did my co-workers). Out of the blue the DM decides she don't want me there anymore so instead of being a woman & telling me I'm being let go she waits until Sat morning to let me know my assignment with Heilind has ended. She then goes on to sate that I should be on my own by now, but the kicker is, I was never fully trained & no one ever had the time for me. No warning! It just blows my mind that you would go out & hire someone else that needs to be fully trained instead of furthering training with me. But, I guess, they got someone to work for less than what I was being paid. But, it still makes no sense as they were short staffed while I was there, that's why no one finished training me. I hope she's happy in her big house while I fight eviction notices, & hope my electricity doesn't get turned off. At the very least, I could have been given a notice...Very disrespectful....Hopefully they will close soon as most people there did not know their a** from their elbow.
