RUN!! They break their contracts. I made a reservation, guy called me at 5 pm before the day I was supposed to pick up the car, said 'we overbooked, tough luck'. I then Called customer's service, they said, sorry for the inconvenience but fix nothing. NEVER experienced this before, first and LAST. Hertz is the WORST

Pickup was easy. Return after hours was simple (just dropped key in box). I don't doubt other people's bad experiences but the people here were professional and friendly enough and I had no problems.
