Worst experience with a rental car. The location manager asked to buy liability insurance else he rejected me to give the car. The customer care says it is optional but the location manager didn't agree to the customer care as well. I think they earn good amount in insurance that's why he forced me to take.

Told me there were no vans the size I had rented a month prior 4 days before I needed it. Didn't offer any customer service on changing it or help finding anything else. Hung up without any apologies or goodbyes. Work on your service abilities here, employees or work somewhere else where you don't need it.

I arrived with two persons in line ahead of me. Paul Roof, the man working this Saturday could not have been more attentive and courteous to all in the room.
