I completed my order online. It was confusing to find Hertz at the Marriott hotel (3rd floor, by the way). The gentleman I spoke with was nice, but forgot to inform me when I return they'll be closed and to leave the car with the valet. The car I received had not been cleaned from the previous user and had less than 1/4 tank of gas.
I was very impressed with this location, notably the gentleman who checked me out. Incredibly capable and efficient, which is hard to come by these days. Dropping off the car was super easy, you just leave it with valet. Overall, I'd say this was one of the best car rental experiences I have ever had.
Highly recommend this location! Very professional, informative, and helpful. Was unsuccessful getting a rental for almost 2 days while on vacation, expressed my frustration to Kiara and she made sure to get me the rental I wanted as quickly as possible. Thank you so much Kiara for helping me out!!

They take bookings without actually having vehicles. Three people were waiting for vehicles and they had zero cars. It took waiting for twenty minutes and asking a ton of questions for them to actually admit that at the desk.

Hertz is located inside Marrriott on the 3floor. The branch has some cars means if you book on short notice or change your booking you might have to wait a little. But no drama for sure. My advice call before
