The pizza was OK. I won't rant and rave about the pizza to be fair as it wasn't the best I had. Was it good to share for a quick meal to get you through? Yes. But for a pizza experience this wouldn't be what I would go to for that. The young staff were great, lovely and friendly It's definitely a curb side pick up pizza place or delivery (I wouldn't like to get it delivered as it needed to be eaten asap just to get any crisp out of the base)

Very nice pizza ,rich flavours,amazing dough , stuff super friendly , size is a bit small for a 22/24 dollar pizza by my personal opinion but they doing great . Other point to discuss is If they really need such a advanced technology to order . I personally believe that will be A lot easier to just order in a traditional way. And don’t waist my time Answering so many questions . And complete so much data. How ever you guys doing very well one of the best pizzas in town by far! Congrats and see you soon !

Fantastic experience! I didn’t know there were authentic Italian pizza places in Adelaide! Ordered the monthly special and was blown away with the pizza I received, it was hands down the best pizza I have had since I can remember! The staff were helpful, kind, and courteous. I cannot praise “Hey Bianca” enough! Thanks again for an excellent experience that has made me forget about any other pizza place! Definitely recommend!

I don’t know what’s happened to this place but it’s not the Bianca we used to frequent. This place was probably the best Italian deep-pan pizza places, but now I’m fairly sure I could get a dominoes that’s about the same quality. Whatever it is, I won’t be back for a while… I hope it can go back to how it was

Staff too immature not ready for employment. 4 teenagers on the shift. 3 boys, 1 girl. Girl doing all the work, serving and working the oven while boys having a good time socialising. Not a good look when customers are standing around in sub 10 degrees wind and rain waiting for orders that are ready to be collected.

Genuinely can't recall eating a worse pizza from a standalone pizza place, especially considering their high prices. The base comes out hard, the toppings weren't great, one of the pizzas was super oily, and had to download an app to order. The app has been deleted. Avoid.

What happened Hey Bianca? I used to buy your pizzas regularly and recently bought a grandpie pie from your west beach shop. It was thin (isnt it supposed to be fluffy and thick?) and dry. Disappointing considering i used to really enjoy Hey Bianca.

I was a bit grossed out by the hygiene - The guy working was using his phone and touching his long hair then making the pizzas without washing his hands and he was literally using his phone every couple of minutes in between cooking. Also, it says Napoletana pizza, but the toppings were not authentic.

Have had Hey Bianca from west beach a few times now as it's so convenient on the app to order and pick up if in the local area. The pizza from the base to the toppings are first class and we will be back very soon!

Possibly worst pizza ever ordered. Ordered the Dirty Chook. Came with THREE pieces of chicken on it and no capsicum. Almost like they threw the tomato on the base, threw it in the oven and then in the box.
