Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself! Kristi and Matt have done an excellent job at creating an inclusive, healthy environment for clients to share their goals and make the lifestyle changes needed to achieve them. I constantly tell them they are very blessed to have this set of trainers as it is your people who make you. I have never entered or left that gym without having a big greeting from Matt, seeing Kristi’s million dollar smile or having laughed my core out with Mikayla, Rob, Steve, Connor, Eric or Jamie. You can be sure to end your workout off with good company. I was introduced to Steve Williams (@stevedubyah) my favourite personal trainer at this gym, who changed the game for me in terms of my health and fitness goals. I have been working with him for over a year and have never regretted a single session (despite the complaining I do during sessions ). Steve has helped me lose 40 pounds and counting, his approach is fairly simple as he believes in substance not frills. He is an athlete and trains athletes for a living, if you are not an athlete do not worry Steve is excellent at making workouts fun all while giving you the push you need. He creates the best workout plans I have seen. He helped me burn fat, build muscle all while building my confidence making me stronger physically and mentally. I know Steve has a bright future ahead of him and will possibly end up training some of the finest hockey players, if you can get a chance to workout with him take it! I am appreciative of all of the other trainers I have worked with as every single one at this gym has incredible potential and skills, I got introduced to Muay Thai via Christian a Subject Matter Expert who even trained a world champion! If you are remotely interested into doing anything related to MMA talk to him! I also had the pleasure of working with Rob (@robbrowne25) who is the most sophisticated and knowledgeable trainer at the gym, he has a similar approach to Steve. Rob is an experienced professional and any opportunity to work with him should be taken, you will not regret it! Another trainer I am currently working with is Connor (@cds_training) who is a well rounded athlete, he is the glute master and has helped me obtain gains all while incorporating mobility workouts. Connor is a key trainer at this gym and I highly recommend him If you are thinking about the gym, give it a try as there is no contract or gym fee (you pay per session per trainer) so you can schedule sessions with different trainers to see who is the best fit for you, this flexibility will buy you the chance to test out the waters and commit to the right trainer.

Love this gym! I've been going for almost a year now. Super knowledgeable staff and great early morning class! I love that the trainers offer modifications for all body types and ability levels. No egos here. The owners are really nice and make you feel welcome almost immediately. I really like the flexibility in programs that they offer. At least once a month they have a special workshop focusing on different areas of the body to help you improve. They also have an onsite Osteopath who is fabulous and reasonably priced. If you haven't already checked this gym out, you should! You wont be disappointed ❤️

I've been going to Highland Fitness since Nov 2021. I work with Matt, and love the flexible nature of our sessions. Matt not only works with me, but collaborates with the other health professionals I see to help me re-claim proper movement patterns, reduce pain in training, gain strength and improve my body composition. What I really love about Highland Fitness is their welcoming, community-centric vibes. It's grown so much since I started (they have classes now!) and I can't wait to see how it grows in the future. So happy that Highland Creek has this little gem.

I used to go to other bigger gyms and never got results. I felt intimidated and worried about judgement and afraid to ask questions. I found this perfect little gym in highland creek and I’ve been in love ever since. My trainer makes me feel comfortable and tailors my workouts perfectly. I have so much fun when I’m there and love the happy and friendly atmosphere. For the first time ever, I miss working out when I'm not there. If you’re looking for results and a fun atmosphere that feels like family, this is the place to be!

My first time experience was great! I went with a friend of mine who goes their couple times a week and joined her session. Her trainer Eric (not with a K) was super friendly and made the workout very fun, informative, and motivating as a first timer working with a trainer. Definitely would recommend this centre! I like the size of the space and how all the equipment is provided like leg bands. 10/10 would crab walk here again

This is a great gym. The team of trainers are friendly & very knowledgeable. Our trainer Kristi keeps our sessions creative and challenging and is mindful of our needs. When I tore my meniscus Kristi managed to keep me coming to the gym & with her expertise she modified exercises to help me with my recovery. I highly recommend Highland Fitness.

I have been working with Matt for 5 years now. I find Highland Fitness to be a friendly but professional gym. My sessions have increased my strength and flexibility. As a senior, I think it is important to keep muscles strong to maintain mobility. I now try to do 3 sessions a week to maximize my benefits.

Kristi is a great coach. She assessed my fitness level and goals before designing customize training to suit me. Training sessions are challenging without overdoing it. I always feel good the next day because my body is responding but not in pain. She tweaks the movements so I have good form.
