Its bad. I can't begin to describe the nastiness that goes on behind the scenes with these people. I purchased a car on Nov. 1st. Nov.2nd the water pump went out and Nov.6 it began leaking an oil like substance. I notified them and they blew me off. By Nov.9th, it was pouring from underneath the car, I took pics and notified them again. Finally, they agreed to use their towing company to bring it in. Meanwhile as the man is loading it upon the truck, he rips my entire front bumper completely off and admits to the owners, me, and everyone, it's his fault. I have pics of whole occurrence. However the owner of the tow company refused to get a new bumper and pay a body shop to fix it right. Then , Nov. 25th after we finally get our car back (by this point we've owned it 3 weeks, and its been in the shop for 17 days) my husband is driving the car one day and happens to notice that its running sluggish. It straightened up tho and nothing else. Then, No biggie! The very next day it started driving poorly and very sluggish again. My husband, being no dummy immediately took it straight to the guys at the dealership. They treated us awful and like we were just pesty customers wanting to bother them. They ignored us, talked down to us,and treated us with no respect. Told us NOTHING was wrong with the car. It was fine! We knew otherwise but at the time of purchase we bought a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty so if anything happened we had a warranty to cover us. So we took the car home and it got worse and worse til my husband told the General Manager something bad is happening with this car. He told us to not drive it til morning and bring it in. Dec. 1st, On the way in, the engine blew. Today is Dec. 19th (we haven't seen or heard anything about our car in 19 days) and we are not allowed to see our car, be given an update, given an idea when it will be finished, etc. Last night I called our warranty holder and not 1 claim/note nor does the contract exist per management . I beg you to please do not purchase here. I purchased from their sister dealer. Their evil, wicked people and don't care who they hurt
