Very poor services. On they phone, they promised us 2 Mitsubishi 4x4, when we got there, they told us the Mitsubishi aren't available anymore (had just been rented out, although they knew we were on the way), now they want to give us RAV 4 instead, which we wouldn't mind, but they aren't at the location and need to be brought over from town. When we tell them that time is of the essence, they promise to deliver by 9pm. At 9:30pm still no news from them. We have to contact them and they tell us that it won't be possible until 7am the next morning. Once again, we accept. Finally, we get a text message the next morning telling us that it's not possible for them to deliver as promised. AVOID THIS COMPANY so as not to lose your time as we did.

Made a request to this company for car hire for a two day hire ....was replied to straight away with a message saying 'we are preparing your quote' two days later I had to prompt them to reply as it was due the next day for a drive of 100 miles, I got a phone call asking what I wanted the car for (I'd already stated that in my request for a hire car) then the person on the other end stated that 'their minimum hire is three days' ...nowhere on the the terms or represented advert does it state that....infact the hire rates are clearly worked out and stated in single days. Obviously trying to get more out if the hire than was necessary on my part... Very dissatisfied!!!!

This is a world class car rental company. The staff and the fleet of cars is excellent. They have a vast range of all kind of cars including 4x4s. Their rental rates are affordable and very pocket friendly compared to the quality of service. Value for money! The fleet is regularly updated as per the latest models in the market. Also the cleanness of the fleet is top notch. The company is also very flexible on where you need the car dropped or picked to suit the client's convenience. I had an excellent experience with them and will definitely use them again!

Great company...they had a driver pick us up from the airport and to our residence. We were very pleased with the professionalism of all the people we spoke to and met at Hire N Drive. The vehicle advertised was also the vehicle we got (which was a sigh of relief since most companies we've used in the past advertised the wrong vehicle). Davis was very prompt to answer emails after my initial enquiries, but on the evening before the rental told us that the "fully equipped car" we agreed upon didn't actually include a stove and the sleeping bags. Davis would not answer our phone calls, and eventually we had to pay extra. The car they delivered was not in a good condition. There was a battery or an alternator problem, and we had to rely on jump starts in Amboseli.

I called many car rental agencies in Nairobi, and Hire N Drive was by far the most reasonable prices of the companies I called. Davis was great to work with, and they even dropped the car off and picked it up in different locations around Nairobi, saving us the hassle of getting downtown. The car ran great and it was an all around fantastic experience! Highly recommend. Thanks so much for everything! :)

I spent a lot of time preparing for our trip to Kenya and comparing the different vehicle rental companies in Kenya. Davis the manager was very responsive in the email exchanges. the vehicle met our expectations very well. We spent 3 wonderful weeks with this vehicle. I ordered a car for one weeks hire from Kisumu to drive to Uganda returning to Kisumu. Hire N' Drive and was good at talking to me about what I required, I was very happy with the way they dealt with me the car was delivered to my residence when requested and picked up promptly. I rented a Land Cruiser Prado from Hire N Drive for about two weeks during my regular 254 visits. The car was clean and in excellent condition, staff was amicable and helpful. my experience with Hire N Drive was so perfect I will be going back in the future when the need arises.
