Really awesome service. The team: Paul, Warren and Francis are very professional. Cars we have taken are in good condition and where there was a challenge- Paul was responsive and sorted it out immediately. Exceptional customer service and excellent vehicle options and condition. There is the cost of an uber for driver to drop off and pick up car which can be quite significant depending on where you live. Something to factor in when looking at cost of hire.

Booked a car months in advance. Approaching the day of picking up the company advised I would be getting a different car as someone else had booked my booked car for a much longer period. I was okay so long as the car is not so different from what I wanted. The car that I got has mechanical issues, and my calls are now going unanswered. Wouldn’t recommend them at peak periods
