If i could give no stars i could. If you love good customer service and value for your money then this is not the place to hire a car… the worst. They will give you a car you did not agree on and if it happens you need to be refunded money back they will not refund it. Full of excuses

Extremely unreliable. Deal with these ones if you like to be disappointed. They confirmed a booking then did not pick my calls. When I complained on WhatsApp they said the secretary was unwell but they still didn’t deliver the car. I had to seek an alternative at the last minute.

Tried to rent from these guys for a 1 and half days in Nairobi. They say only rent for 3 days minimum on weekends. And if you want to rent one day you have to get a driver too. Absurd business practice.
