I have been really unfortunate to have such a negative experience from this gym. If you dont want to read my whole experience you can take away 3 things from this review. 1. Really poor customer service, staff does not know company polices ,plus there's a very rude and unprofessional female receptionist 2. Lack of up-to-date equipment and very small space 3. Lack of transparency in the contract. Very small print so you can barely read what it says. I would advise anyone who has signed up for this gym or is planning on signing up to review every detail. They racked up a balance on my account for almost two years without contacting me. I Regret ever going to this gym. My last visit was in 2020 and I told the receptionist Im moving and like to cancel my membership to which she replied no problem. She did not tell me that I had to email them to cancel and pay for the next 45 days. I thought my membership was cancelled so I went on with my life. Turns out they've been billing me for every months that they were open during covid. I had switched credit cards so the payments weren't going through and I had no idea. Fast forward to a few days ago I received an email that I owed almost $350. Upon calling the Danforth location the receptionist I didn't get her name but I know that she is of Latin origin and is extremely rude. I explained my situation to her and asked that if my payments weren't going through how come I was never contacted. Normally, if you sign up for a service and you miss a payment or it doesn't go through the company calls you to notify you or they send you a letter. In over two years I never received any sort of communication or emails. The receptionists exact words were "it's on your contract that you have to email to cancel it's not my job to remind you to pay for your services, ive been working here for 7 years so i know what im doing". I was shocked to receive such an unprofessional response. I immediately sent the company an email requesting to cancel and told them that I would pay the balance when I got paid. I had to send three emails to get a response and they decline to cancel my membership until I paid in full. I ended up paying the balance because I should have read my contract which states that you must email to cancel-thats a mistake on my end. It just sucks that you cant rely on the staff of the gym to give you proper information. But what's more shocking is to receive such unprofessional treatment from the receptionist. It almost seems like they purposely don't contact people on purpose after missed payments so they can keep raking up the balance. I'm not the only person that's been a victim to this read the other reviews of people who have gone through similar unpleasant experiences. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope you don't give Hone Fitness your business.
If I could give this company negative stars. I would. From day 1 of the pandemic there has been LIMITED communication - all we received were posted and quickly deleted instagram posts. It took weeks to receive an "official email" and the instagram comments were limited so you couldn't even ask questions about charges and reopening. The same thing happened during stage 3. You have to be following their account for any info, and even then they have posted/deleted at least 3 times this week. The information changes each time. They keep telling us to email info@honefitness.com and yet no one has responded. Many of us want to suspend or cancel our memberships as we don't feel this gym is putting the right safety measures in place. You also have to wait in line to use the gym, which is wildly inconvenient and unrealistic. The fact that we have yet to receive an official company email or any form of communication regarding our memberships is SHADY to say the least. I have lost all trust in this business and it's snake of an owner "Sam" There is nothing on their website that mentions cancellation fees and when I first signed up, I received only a copy of my receipt. And yet some on social media have said they are charging 2 months worth for cancellations. Don't waste your money here, spend a little more and go to a gym that is legit.
Do not come to this gym unless you want to get sick. They will force you to touch your face after every set to put a mask back on with dirty hands spreading germs to the face which is the primary cause of covid 19. They do not understand basic fitness. While you are at rest between sets your heart rate is still elevated and you need oxygen to recover which the mask prevents. This still counts as exercising. What you will find here is staff walking around telling you to put the mask back on between sets - while not even giving you the chance to sanitize your hands before re applying the mask. The bylaw for gym is to wear a mask while not exercising. They interpret this to as soon as you put the weight down, touch your mask with dirty hands and your face as well. This law is meant for masks in change rooms and entry/front desk not in the fitness areas. This gym is just pure dangerous and do not come here unless you enjoy spreading germs to your face after every set. On the contrary, you can keep the mask on for your full workout which is extremely dangerous and also can cause gum disease, which in turn causes heart disease and death. Its called mask mouth, look it up. Would give negative stars if I could.
I signed up for a trial membership without realizing my credit card would be charged at the end (I admit this was my mistake for entering that information). I didn't end up using the trial and still have never stepped foot in any of the locations. When I realized what had happened and attempted to resolve the issue I was ignored and continued to be charged. When Covid happened I was told I would have to wait until they reopened. In May I sent another email requesting that someone take the time to consider my request but was denied. I waited patiently for months until they reopened and was once again charged. Upon finally speaking with the General Manager in August I was told they would refund 2/3rds of the original charges and only then was informed about their refund policy. Had I not been ignored, been informed of their policy and had my account cancelled upon my first email, I would have gladly accepted this as reasonable. However, having had to wait this long and without so much as an apology for that wait plus continued charges, I am not only incredibly frustrated but also disappointed in the completed lack of responsibility and poor customer service.
Review update: the gym does not oversee a COVID safe protocol. During each visit since reopening there have always been a handful of members (mostly men) who have masks off or whose masks are not covering noses while they are walking around, sitting on benches texting etc. Signage indicates that masks are to be worn. Staff say they can be off while exercising. That rule is never really enforced. Anything seems to go. Also, some equipment is located very close together. Example: the bar racks on the bench press benches are located head-to-head. While I was trying to use one an unmasked man with was pressing just 2 feet away from my head. It's great to have another gym on the Danforth and the price is good but the gym needs to establish and maintain basic norms, including having members replace weights, wipe down equipment etc. It would be great if they could survive COVID but they'll have to take their members and business more seriously.
The people that work at this location are what make it so great. The trainers actually care about you and take the time to understand your needs. I have worked with Annia for quite some time and she has helped me get back in shape and actually maintain my progress. I've noticed a lot of negative reviews around memberships and masks. I am still not comfortable returning to the gym amid the pandemic - they had no issue with putting my membership on hold so maybe try that if you don't want to cancel but also don't want to pay for something you're not using. As for mask wearing, if you don't want to wear a mask while working out, don't go to the gym, plain and simple. The staff are doing their best to abide by regulations and by-laws that have been put in place that they have no control over. Be gentle to them, this is a stressful time for everyone. If you can't follow the rules, go home and stop being a Karen.
After zero follow up on behalf of the business regarding closures and opens, they made it clear that for the almost 5 full months of closures, they would be taking no membership changes whatsoever. I received zero communication the gym had even reopened (I had to check the website), but Hone decided they were entitled to begin arbitrarily charging my card, despite not walking into the facility since end of Feb. When I brought it to the customer service team, I received an email back from a random person, not even signed but "sent from an iphone" that they were only refunding me $20 of the $50 they took, and said I still needed to provide 45 days to cancel. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE to a facility that (like every other in the area/ city) didn't resume or charge a membership until the customer re-initialized. I hope my money keeps you afloat, you will need it with practices like this.
For what you pay. It's a fairly solid facility that has a number of decent equipment. There are 3 floors. The 3rd floor has treadmills, etc. 2nd floor is the main floor with the bulk of the equipment. Assisted machines, stair machines, kettle bells, assisted squat racks, a decent sized stretching area. It can be cramped during rush hour but overall. If I can get a decent workout. The bottom floor has squat racks and a lifting platform. Has a boxing bag, dumbbell racks, etc. Change rooms are quite small but there are a couple of private showers and washrooms. Change rooms: 3.5/5 Equipment: 4/5 Staff: 4.5/5 Size: 3.5/5 Value:5/5 Location: 3.5/5 - parking might be an issue but great walking location, close to public transit. If you're looking for a reasonably priced gym and you have an understanding of how to work out. Highly recommended for a no frills gym experience.
Hone is the best gym in the city—all the weightlifting equipment you need, for an incredible price. And the staff onsite are very friendly. 4 stars though, not 5. Why? The one shortcoming: You absolutely should NOT expect grade “A” customer service if you contact the company. Any email to the gym will get a short, cold, one line reply—as if whoever is handling that email account absolutely despises their job. Zero professionalism from whoever handles the account. Lacking even the most BASIC customer service skills. No “hello”, no “thank you”, no identification of who you’re speaking to—how does the owner not recognize how amateurish this looks? It’s really not a big deal, since there’s rarely a need to contact them...but it’s worth mentioning.
Hone Danforth is the best gym! Super friendly staff, CLEAN facility, and great atmosphere created by all the natural light that pours in through tall windows - so upbeat! Members are of ALL ages and walks of life. I work with an AMAZING personal trainer, Annia, who has a background in PT. I am a woman in my fifties who has struggled with knee and back pain for the last few years. Annia focuses on strengthening my back and leg muscles during our training sessions, and my injuries are about 95 percent improved. I expect to reach a full recovery in the next weeks. Annia has succeeded where years of visits to the physical therapists office could not. Oh, and the membership fees and training fees are very affordable - highly recommend! A++++
Very accessible gym, just 3 mins walk from Pape station. Love the brand new smell of this gym. It’s always clean everytime I come in. They just opened couple weeks ago and they’re still waiting for some machines to be delivered so there are still missing équipement. However the staff did an amazing job explaining this to their clients and I absolutely had no problem with it. It’s also a great gym for someone who’s just starting out. I find the staff extremely friendly and helpful everytime I find myself clueless on how to use the machines since 1. I’m pretty new to the fitness world and 2. I don’t want to break their equipment.
- The personal trainer "Annia" is the best trainer that I have ever had. I highly recommend you try her out. Best money I have spent. I had a back injury last year that prevented me from walking. She helped me build up my core to where I can safely do dead lifts of other heavy exercises. - Good variety of equipment - Good lighting and large windows. Some other gyms are dark. - Good air circulation. Some other gyms smell. - With covid, there are few people in the gym. No waiting for equipment - I have never needed to lineup to get into the gym, I go at 10am so your mileage may vary Overall, I highly recommend.
I attended the location once on what I thought was a free trial. It turns out it was a full membership and the business has since billed a total of $70 for my single visit and is refusing to refund me. Terrible business practice and misleading marketing, if you ask me. As for the facilities, they were satisfactory but a bit cramped, and I got the sense a lot of the people at the Danforth location were not members (random people seemed to walk in without scanning on a regular basis during my only visit). My view is you are probably better off buying a membership to Goodlife which is just down the block.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude staff who have been harassing constantly for the past few months. After my card was stolen they refused to let me pay with any other method I stopped going. Ever since they have been calling me constantly trying to extort me for money that they have no right to. It makes no sense since my pass has been disabled so I couldn't even enter the gym if I wanted to yet they continue to charge me. Even after I asked them many times to remove me from the system! Also this gym just sucks in general, overall horrible experience hope they get shut down soon
I signed up for a membership it was pretty good until they started letting high school students in. I like to work out with adults not 15 year olds. I cancelled my membership and they said everything was good, I had to make 3 more payments. Fine. Then after the three payments were processed they continued to charge my credit card, and when I spoke to them they said I would have to start the 45 day cancellation period over again! They were absolutely condescending and the worst to deal with. Do not get a membership with Hone fitness! Go to Good Life! It will save you time, money, and hassle.
Small but mighty! What the Danforth Hone location lacks in size, it makes up for in personality. There are some true shining stars on staff here who care deeply about their clients and always do their best to make you feel welcome. The space is modestly sized, with equipment on three levels. I've had memberships at multiple gyms on the Danforth, however Hone is my favourite. I've never had to wait for equipment, and I've even introduced new machines into my workouts! I've seen huge improvements in my fitness since joining Hone!
I have been attending the gym religiously for 13 years now. This gym is by far the best i have ever had the privilege to be a part of. Im beyond impressed with the staff and how they treat their clients Ederlis is probably the nicest most thoughtful woman i have ever interacted with when it comes to the service sector industry. She takes the time to explain things, very knowledgeable and always seems to have a great big smile on her face. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive gym experience!
This location is really convenient as it's steps away from Pape Subway station. I came on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm and it was really busy. For such a small space, I could imagine it being tough to use the equipment you want. This place was really small compared to my original home base Hone location of Queen/Carlaw. The men's washroom/change was also very tight and small. I would come back for the sake of convenience, but would recommend to check out the Queen/Carlaw as it is so much bigger.
I've been going here for a few years because it's close, but it's a very small space, you often have to wait for equipment, often with people camping while immersed in their phones. The change rooms are really small. It does have great views of the Danforth for people watching. For some reason recently has attracted groups of teenaged boys who don't act appropriately for a gym. I wish Hone would extend their hours by at least one hour on weekends at all their locations.
Ania is racist and rude, this gym is so small and you will barely have access to any workout equipments not only that the employees are rude. She said someone left a key tag notice on my profile meanwhile I never had any issues prior to today. You don’t need to type out too many memos Ania, I already sent my 45 days notice. GoodLife fitness is right beside hone and I will be switching. Too many gyms in Toronto for your stinking attitude. Bye bye hone!
The pros? Basic gym at a low price that’s pretty clean most of the time. That’s about it. It’s small and crowded, so you’ll have long waits for equipment and space at peak times. Best to go during the weekday if you can - before 3:00 that is, when the packs of high school kids pour in and turn every bench into a social club. Change room is a glorified closet but generally clean. Staff are…there…technically. All in all no frills budget option.
It’s smaller but less busy than the Queen/Carlaw location. Some additional work looks like it still needs to be done like the womens change room but it has everything you need at an affordable rate. I live in between both locations and prefer this one since I try to avoid peak times and like that withrow park is on the way but if you’re looking for size/space and larger selection of equipment try the Queen/Carlaw location.
Great New few month old gym on Danforth near Pape. However I would like it if they as requested moved the TV's from behind the fire suppression pipe in front of the upstairs treadmills. The owner mentioned they would have the manager look at it, then nothing further. This was several months ago now, and through a rep soon after opening. In addition to unlimited tanning at some locations saunas would be nice.
I was training here for a year prior to lockdown and always felt welcome at this gym, and the group classes hosted by Annia in the evenings were excellent. I also trained with Annia personally at the gym at least once a week throughout this year and she is phenomenal. Annia is an excellent trainer and she helped push me towards my fitness goals. Could not recommended her and this location more.
Best place in the area for work out. The staff is very friendly and professional. The space is small but it has big windows, it’s airy, not crowded, the equipment is new, and it's the most affordable nearby. I used to assist the group classes with Annia prior to lock down and I love them!! She is an exceptional trainer and makes the working out to much fun. I highly recommended it!
I surely had (and continue to have) a great share of positive experiences. The team is super friendly, professional, open minded, and most importantly, humble. Moreover, the two male personal trainers that I worked with were incredibly respectful, sensitive, and professional. I even recommended this place to my co-workers and they love it! I hope you join them as well! :D xoxo
One of the best gyms I've been to. The staff are always extremely friendly and courteous. This gym has ample equipment and cardio machines. No matter what hour you go it's never too busy, and the clientele is all very respectful of one another. I've been to Goodlife and Equinox, and honestly, this gym has everything you need at a much lower price point. Keep it up, Hone!
What else could I possibly say about this amazing business. Firstly the fitness equipment is exceptional and always organized. Second the staff are friendly and helpful. Thirdly, during peak hours it is not overly crowded this is important for me as I work out during their busiest hours and love the fact that I do not have to wait half an hour for a machine or a bench.
I have been attending the gym for 6 months straight now. It's by far the best bang for your buck gym. You have everything you need for working out, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially when inquiring about proper and efficient equipment use. It's also a very accessible and convenient facility, as Pape station is a block away from the gym.
The best gym in the city! Located conveniently on the Danforth. You can't go wrong. The staff here are very knowledgeable about the body so if your interested in a personal trainer you won't find any better. They always keep a clean and safe environment. If you wanna go to Equinox but don't have the money for a $200/month membership....you come here!
I like this location a lot, the layoff is simple and condensed. Clean place, the staff members are very kind and helpful. As well as the range of equipment in the facility are great. They greet you at the front desk, and provide a friendly atmosphere for everyone. Highly recommend this location as it is not too busy during most times.
I wouldn’t even want to give 1 star as they started charging from my account but when I checked my online portal, I can’t see any contract or even my access code to use the gym. They said that they had a glitch in their system but still made me pay 4 bi weekly payments even though it’s their fault. Poor customer service and policy
As usual, members sitting on machines reading/sending messages and watching videos and not using machines in a considerate and timely manner. Also many members not spraying and wiping machines after using and leaving their sweat all over which is really gross eh On the positive side reception staff friendly and gym is clean !
By far the best facility around. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hone Fitness ( Danforth)to anyone. I have been satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this facility
By far the best gym around! I joined recently and got one month’s membership free due to a promotion! The Danforth location is really clean and has all modern equipment with a well-spaced layout. The staff is really considerate & helpful and they have amazing prices! Highly recommend to everyone.
Directed workouts are really fun and inspiring. The classes held by Annia were amazing. She's a widely care sports therapist and a great source to plan your routines if you have injuries. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. The installations are clean and organized.
These guys are scammers, beware of what you are signing up for. Got an email saying outstanding balance of $370. Upon reviewing the contract paid $60 and cancelled my membership. Also worst customer experience. Employees dont know how to communicate with their clients.
Great amenities, easy to use equipment, bathroom/change rooms are always clean and can’t beat the price! A special thank you to Camila and Annia, at the front desk, for the outstanding customer service & patience while explaining the must-know details as a new member!
They are thieves took money out of my account multiple times while the gym was closed and will not let me cancel my membership without paying fees and for the months where the gym is closed they also had there.phones off so I could not get in touch with them to cancel
At 63 I need to become more mobile and get in shape following a long rehab process for a fractured thigh. It looks like Hone Fitness is going to be ideal for this. The atmosphere and staff here are very welcoming, and my trainer Clyde has been outstanding.
Andrew, the gentleman who signed me up, had an infectious positive energy from jumpstreet. He made the process seamless. Highly recommend this location for its beautiful open concept of Danforth. Close to coffee shops, health stores. 5 stars!
was plesantly surprised how big, clean and fully equipped this gym was. I choose to go here instead of the GoodLife Fitness 3 doors down. This place is cheaper, less people, and much brighter with the large windows! Highly recommended.
I personally really like this gym, it’s great for beginners and has a good staff. There’s a couple machines I wish they had, and my boyfriend wishes there was more weight. But for the price, can’t complain. Overall I really like it!
Lovely facilities, equipment, community and staff. Equipment is in great shape, everyone is very friendly and respectful. There’s a lot of space for training and their gym is never too crowded. The atmosphere is also great
It's decent for the price, don't think the air conditioning is on though, it gets unbearably hot while working out compared to other gyms, might cancel or switch gyms since working out indoors in immense heat is a no go
Fantastic gym with state-of-the-art equipment! A big miss is; it isn’t 24/7. Clean and spacious facility, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Gentry is really good, I’ve seen other gyms; no comparison.
Well equipped, good price, not too busy and hours were finally extended. Wish the weekend hours were extended though, im not sure why they havent.....6pm close is kind of ridiculous it should be 8 or 9pm
This Gym is 2 mnths old, new equipment, I like the brightness on the floor, First month is free , $15 biweekly..., it is spacious, locker facility available.., youve gotta bring your own towel …
I go to this gym daily and I only have good things to say about it. It’s always clean, weights are properly put away, and majority of people wipe there equipment down. Recommend it for sure …
Friendly staff. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I just have good experiences even with the pandemic situation. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family
You got everything you need for an intense workout session plus the staff is super cordial & friendly. Cleanliness on point too. Overall, this is the go to gym if you are in this locality.
Love this gym. The staff are so nice and helpful when you have any questions. Great price and the equipment is excellent. Recommend for anyone who loves working out, or just starting out.
This gym is really good, the staff is really friendly, the location is great because it is close by the subway station, the atmosphere is amazing..I really recommend Hone Firness. …
forced to give one star otherwise I wouldn't give one. dirty. totally unprofessional & when you sign for free trial and then cancel, you get charged for no less than 6 weeks. scammers.
Love this location, even though is one of the smallest its equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The staff is friendly and amenities are very clean and organized.
They have been charging me even after cancelling my membership and after coming to an agreement with manager, I'm disgusted and ready to sue if Hone Fitness does not resolve this.
Best gym…clean, lots of equipment, and organized! Beautiful windows! I’ve been training for Clyde since 2021, he’s the best trainer, taught me everything I know…and great prices!
Lovely environment, all of the staff are so welcoming and kind, not to mention, efficient and pay close attention to detail. Overall would recommend to anybody, cannot go wrong!
My go to gym in Toronto! Super price, loads of equipment, the space is always clean and the front desk staff are super friendly! Definitely recommend this location …
This gym is compact and missing some of the equipment and space that other Hone fitness have, but it's clean and friendly. Great place to workout and get your sweat on!
The gym is airy and well illuminated. The equipment is new. The staff is very friendly and professional. The only downside is the size of the locker room. Too tiny.
Huge shoutout to HONE Fitness, especially the Pape and Danforth location! This gym is top-notch—clean, great atmosphere, and equipped for all your fitness needs.
They stole me 200$ and never give me back They charge me one year after i cut down my subscription….. And I’m not the first who report this kind of scam from you
Great gym all the equipment I like. Two things I don't like are the gym is only open from 10am-6pm on the weekend which sucks and the dumbells only go to 75lbs.
Yes, this gym is remarkable anybody who’s looking for a personal trainer and want to be in an environment that is friendly and clean. This is the place to go.
Friendly staff, fully equipment, clean. The guy who working in the morning shift (around 7-8 am) is my favorite staff, he's really kind, friendly and helpful.
No Frills gym. Inexpensive, clean, no contracts. If you want a gym at a great price where you just want to do your own thing, then Hone Fitness is for you.
I do agree with other reviews the front desk staff are very akward people but who cares about them the gym is awesome and clean and a great price.
Fantastic gym! The staff are super helpful and the range of equipment and facilities are amazing. The price is also great. Would recommend!
Perfect! Best place in town to workout and best Hone fitness of them all. Friendly staff, nice machinery and good atmosphere. Recommended.
Pretty good gym for the price. Has all the equipment you need. Just gets crazy busy at times but if you time yourself right it’s amazing.
3 levels, upper for cardio. Several squat racks on lower level and main level, two deadlift platforms. Well maintained and clean branch.
Charged my card after months on cancellation. Absolutely rediculous and terrible customer service. …
Go on off hours and it’s fine. Little crowded machine wise. But hack squat it nice and punching bag too. Only 2 dead lift platforms tho
I absolutely love my experience at Hone Fitness! The gym is always clean, not super crowded, and the staff are always pleasant! …
The gym is comfortable, practical and have the necessary equipment for training in an adecuate way and the staff service is so nice...
Everything you could want from a gym for a really good price! Excellent staff, good music, clean equipment and in a great location.
Excellent place... very good staff and service... very well maintained, much better than " big names " ... highly recommended...
You get what you pay! Change room is small and they need to give more attention for cleaning, I see a lot of dust on the tools
Switched to this gym the other day. Happy I did. Seems to have everything I need and is at a great location for me. Cheers.
Love the girl of the front desk, so pretty and so professional. Moreover, have a good taste of music playing in the Gym!
It's a bit small, but for the price. I'm happy. Many locations are available, and this one may be one of my favorites.
Old and rusted gym equipment. Small space overcrowded. You'll end up wasting time for waiting machines to be available
Love Hone Fitness. Clean, great equipments and friendly staff. This has been my gym for years. Highly recommended.
The gym is super nice and very well equipped. Also the manager Angel is the reason why I signed up …
There are always machines available when I'm there. It's a no frills gym and you get what you pay for. Nice staff
Great equipment, great employees and great members, 10/10 recommend for anyone looking for a new gym experience!
Great staff, great equipment, not crowded. Definitely affordable. I would recommend Hone Fitness anytime.
Great staff and clean workout area. Smaller of the two clubs I visit but what a convenient location.
Such an awesome gym! The staff are super welcoming and it’s a comfortable and clean environment :)
It’s time to go back to pre covid hours… a gym opening at 10am (even on a Saturday) is a problem.
Great gym, not always busy but if it gets crowded, you don't tend to wait on a machine too long.
The gym is specious with modern gym machines. The staffs are well behaved, friendly and helpful.
I can testify for all the other 1 star reviews. Go somewhere else, even planet fitness …
Love this gym! Always hone fitness!! thank you front desk girl, she is very nice and sweet
Spacious, clean, nice staff, and not as busy as the other locations closer to downtown.
Excellent gym, machines and staff! Hala was so helpful with my free day trial. Awesome!
So far, best fitness center in Toronto! Staff, equipment, customer service; 5 stars!!!
Spacious gym with a convenient location! It's a quick 10 minute bike/TTC ride away
I love this gym ! The staff are friendly and the equipment is always clean. 10/10
