I was finding for a dentist for quite some time. Had an incident with previous dentist who accidentally pulled my lip with his tool and left me with a wound- like ulcer and he never apologised. I was hopeful to see great reviews for this practise as I really needed a dentist. I had to make returning visits to the dentist as it has been years since I last visited one which led me to a few issues with my teeth. The first visit with Dr Tran was great. He explained thoroughly, gave options and laid out the cost and delivered his service, just like all the great reviews mentioned here. I had to be injected and felt no pain as he waited a few minutes for the numbing cream to come into effect. Overall a great first impression. I felt that the second visit was quite hasty to be honest. He was not as empathetic as the first appointment. I wanted to understand what was causing my sensitivity but I was asked whether I wanted to do cosmetic patch up to have a better outlook, which I felt was irrelevant. He did give me a sensitive toothpaste at the end of the session though. Unfortunately, the toothpaste did not help and I am still having the sensitivity and a lot of pain in my jaw and gum. During that visit, I had the same injection as the first appointment, but this time, Dr Tran did not wait for the numbing cream to come into effect, so I felt the sharp pain. Maybe he was rushing for time or maybe because he was filling in for Dr Danish whom I booked for that second appointment.?? I am not sure but hopefully it would be better next time round as I feel I might need an extraction. But I am a little worried now from this experience....

Worst dentist ever couldn’t even numb a tooth for an extraction procedure gave me 3 needles with nothing happening so then i had to go somewhere else to get the extraction done SOHO DENTIST point cook highly recommend and wayyyy cheaper then this place i tried to respond to the message you provided me it wouldn’t allow me so i’ve decided to edit my post yes it was infected but when you went to numb my tooth you clearly didn’t numb it properly because when i went to the other dentist the back nerve of the tooth you were meant to numb wasn’t numbed… and yes you didn’t charge me because why would you charge me for not doing your job properly… and if you were to have done the job it would have been way more expensive anyway which i didn’t care about because i came into your practice not caring about how much i needed to pay but clearly your pricing date ridiculous and i really don’t know where you got your medical certificate from but clearly you don’t know what your doing!!! now learn this as a lesson do your job correctly because trust me no one wants to give bad reviews for nothing!!!

This was my third visit to see Dr Tran. It's a Sunday and it was an emergency so they managed to fit me in which I greatly appreciated. In 2019 Dr Tran rebuilt my broken tooth and told me everything I needed to know up front. FOUR YEARS down the track the same tooth needed to be repaired (something I was aware of from the start) The fact that the tooth lasted four years is amazing! Always up front and honest about what will happen, how to care for the tooth and the cost. I've never been so happy with a dentist in my life. The fact that they squeezed me in on a Sunday is so appreciated! The treatment by all the staff from the reception staff onwards is amazing and you are made to feel relaxed and comfortable. I went in this morning freaked out with a broken front tooth knowing I had a work function with clients and left relaxed and smiling with a rebuilt tooth AND made it to my work function smiling. Thank you Dr Tran for your amazing work and getting me smiling again. Honestly the best dentist I've ever come across and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

▪︎Inhumane and Greedy - Dr. DINH▪︎ I called and spoke to reception and requested her to give an appointment to my wife who was suffering with a severe toothache. Despite emergency, she declined our request straight away by saying that we are full & can't take any more patients even though it's an emergency. Upon making multiple requests, she finally went to check with Dr. Dinh who said - "It's better to see your regular dentist only because if Dr. Dinh sees her then he will charge her $500 extra on the top of the treatment amount as a call out fees." Please note the clinic is open but he opted to use our problem as an opportunity to make more money . Our regular dentist is Dr. Danish who of course is very nice but unfortunately he doesn't work on weekends otherwise we would have gone to him today. But beware this clinic is not a good option if you are in emergency, they only are sitting to make money & not to understand patient 's emergency or severity of problem :(

I didn’t think that I’d be getting my wisdom tooth removed - I booked in a real last minute appointments with Dr Shreyas as I was experiencing pain and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. He did a consult and gave me a referral to go get an x-ray. Instead of asking me to make another booking for another time he was super accomodating and said I could come back once I did the x-ray for further consult. Reception was fabulous and helped me make a booking with the imaging clinic. I returned and was provided with a clear consult about how the wisdom tooth would be removed and everything was explained. Pricing was upfront and there was no hidden costs. I returned within the next hour and my wisdom tooth was removed. I may have got very lucky with my timing but from start to finish for something that was unplanned was 3 hours. I’m pretty impressed. Thank you for such a great experience.. I’ll be booking in soon for my regular dental check up and clean.

Fantastic dentist! This is the only dental clinic I've been to that is brilliant! If I could give 10 stars - I would! Dr.Dinh Tran is the best - very thorough, kind, gentle and respectful. He doesn't make you feel silly or embarrassed about having a fear of the dentist or dental pain. He was able to put my fears at ease - to the point where I was able to walk in to each appointment with less anxiety than the previous occasion. The premises has great parking as well as a very clean and professional layout. Their website is well put-together, their fees are reasonable and they have the ability to offer a payment plan through an external company which is a lifesaver! The team at Hoppers Crossing Dentist are awesome. Dentists are the last people anyone want to see but they do a really great job, are reasonably priced and very accommodating with appointments. Most of all, they offer great advice and after care service. I have had work done by both Dr Tran and Dr Vong and they were both fantastic. They have also seen my son and are great with kids. Even today when I called to ask a general question, they noticed that they missed a call from me (despite the fact that I didn’t leave a message) and the receptionist called me back to see how they could help. Highly recommend this clinic to all! Got a spot quickly as I urgently needed to get my front tooth filled especially for tonight. Jess at reception was so easy going which was comforting. Dr Osman is such a pro! He fixed my tooth like it was nothing. The filling was massive as most of the tooth broke off. He was calm, advised the procedure and what’s best in the long run. Dr Danish syed has been the best dentist I’ve ever seen and meet! I’m always very nervous and have the worst anxiety but I meet Danish over a month ago and first visit was amazing. Makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Make up a long plan to have my teeth fixed over time and not at one or two sitting, gives enough time to save up more money without having any judgment: I had a very bad cavity/black spot front tooth over 10 years and was fixed within 30 mins I was very happy. I accompanied my partner to this dentist and can say on behalf of both of us this is the best dental clinic. My dentist on today's visit was Dr Danish A Syed. Dentist just freak me out but I know when you gotta get work done you hope for a friendly and professional service. All the staff were super nice and I thought I'd be paying a arm and leg but it was quite affordable. I will bring my husband here to get checked . I also loved how Dr Danish took photos of my tooth through the process and has shown me the beginning and after results!!! Grear work guys keep it up!!

Turns out he killed the nerve and never offered any type of compensation. Basically left me with. Ur gonna have to get use to it. Great guy and all. But left me in the dark with worse pains then when I went in there. * there is no way to fix nerve damage. I have constant pain forever.

I ended up googling a dentist due to a snapped tooth, I definitely have had bad dental experience! The google Gods found Dr Danish A Syed for me. Right from the start, initial phone call, staff was accommodating and reassuring, Dr Danish is fantastic with explaining everything, including costs etc. dental staff is friendly... overall, best dentist I’ve come across. Definitely recommend. I've never really liked dentists but I like this one. I have had a lot of work done with Dr Danish Syed lately and he is amazing. He always approaches any issues with a solution. He always explains every procedure completely before starting and makes sure I understand what is happening and why. I had to have a tooth out recently and I was terrified due to bad anxiety. I didn't know how I would manage it. The way this practice is being operated is a SHAM. They will not give you any appointment or treatment even if you are an existing patient; if you post a genuine 1 Star Review. Their Reception Staff - JEN is too rude and seems don't have a basic courtesy to talk to people. Their Prices are also expensive than other nearby practices. Please research and go at your own risk.

Got my mum in within the hour after she broke part of her tooth off, and same for myself, was in within 30mins of calling with acute tooth pain. Dr Danish is a brilliant dentist. I was scared to death to get my extraction done as another dentist told me that it could be a complex one. Dr Tran has done two fillings for my son and first time it came off about after 2 months, next time after about a month and last time after one week. The filling in my daughters tooth got off in less then a year and had to do it again. But they still charged me full for these fillings.

I had a tooth pulled out yesterday by Dr Danish who done an excellent job on a very hard tooth to remove. Dr Danish always makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed which is a great help because who likes going to the dentist. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
