The tech department to reset passwords is the only area in the bank that is efficient. Poor interest rates, a terrible mobile app that NEVER works and I'm in tech!, and trying to close an account is near impossible. They want your money only in their direction. Don't bank here! 3 years of worst banking ever.

I've always had good experiences with Horizon. I do 90% of my banking online and they've been able to accommodate me for just about everything without needing to go into the branch that's a big plus for me. The few times I've called or go in, the staff is always pleasant.

I've had a small business checking account with Horizon Bank since 2015 and have been very happy with their friendly service and online banking features. I've only visited their Technology Blvd branch, but each time I do I feel truly valued as a customer.
