This is by far one of the most unprofessional painting companies I have dealt with, and I was dealing with the owner. My parents who are 80yrs old, hired this company due to the ratings on yahoo, and the fact he told them that he has his own tv show on a local network. I called the network, he doesn't have a home improvement show on the local network. He paid for tv time on Sunday 's, like a commercial. So first he likes to fabricate the truth. When my mother pointed out things that needed to be touched up, he had the nerve to tell my 80yr old mother she complains too much. Not only did the owner confessed to drinking on the job and told me to smell his cup it had vodka in it. We have proof he went thru the house while my parents were at dinner and used their chairs and step stools to reach high places. He did not bring a ladder. Please do not use this company, the owner drinks on the job, confessed to me, insulted my mother and his painting quality is that of an unprofessional.

Juan is a true professional. He is also an excellent craftsman. We bought a condo that definitely needed some paint…it also had some crown molding with gaps (which he filled and painted), outdated colors, and faded trim. He painted the doors and walls (with vaulted ceilings) of our dining, living, master bed and bathroom. He did such a great job, we asked him to do some additional tile work and a shiplap wall feature in our kitchen. It is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend him to do your work. We have a cat and dog and we both work full time. We gave him a code to access our home and never had to worry. He loves pets! Thank you, Juan for a job so we’ll done…I can’t thank you enough. I love it!!

Juan came on a Sunday afternoon after we had a headache trying to install LVP on our own. From the moment he walked in he was kind, courteous and very professional - walked us through what we were doing wrong, what we needed to purchase for the job etc. He was very aggressive with the pricing and immediately set us in a peaceful state of mind for the job. Unfortunately, pulling up the carpet lead to some foundation issues - Juan was willing to hold on to a small piece of the deposit and worked with us diligently and extremely kindly to set us up for the install (and hopefully downstairs painting!) coming up. If I could do 10 stars I'd do it!

Dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional, sloppy! He didn't use drop cloths & got paint all over our furniture. He didn't bring a ladder & snooped through our house & found our ladder in the garage & used our furniture as stepping stool. He insulted me & my mom in a rude, unprofessional & disrespectful way! He got paint all over the ceiling & baseboards. He was drinking on the job & didn't finish all his work. He stayed late after 7:30pm & rushed the job to try to finish it all in one day. I would never recommend him to anyone!

Mr. Sanders painted and put baseboards in my 3 bedroom mobile home. His rates are reasonable and he has a wide range of colors to choose from. I can tell that he loves his job and takes his time to make sure the job is done right and in a timely manner. He is very professional, courteous, punctual and very patient. He answered all questions. I highly recommend you call "First Coast Painting & Flooring Inc" first before you call anyone else.

The only reason rating is a one star the survey doesn't allow for a zero. Poor poor service, interior painting was sloppy, base boards had multiple colors of paint; single coat of pain applied over dark colors so the dark color comes through. Plank flooring was laid and was incomplete, quarter round was not even laid in certain area, employees took tools. Poor quality of work, would never ever recommend.

Juan was an absolute gentleman and was extremely helpful. My husband was out of town and I had no idea what I was doing. He offered to give me some suggestions as I needed him to paint our houses interior. I let him choose the colors for the living room and kitchen. He also put a nice accent wall in our bedroom (which we adore). I will definitely be going through you again once we set up the girls rooms.

Juan did a job in our home in Oct. and a tile his workers laid in the kitchen came loose. When you step on it, it rocks back and forth. We have left multiple messages for him to come and repair it and we can't even get a call back from him. This is very unprofessional. Would advise you get a written warranty on his work if you are hiring him for a job. Katharine Strickland

Juan & his daughter repainted the whole interior of our new house as well as our doors, repaired a large hole in our ceiling and replace multiple sashes on our old weighted windows. His prices were reasonable, we scheduled quickly and they were able to finish everything in three days! We will absolutely be using house doctors plus more again in the future. They are great!

If I could give zero stars I would. The guy didn't clean or prep walls, old paint still coming through new paint, had an appointment for Juan to come back on Saturday no call, no show. I wouldn't let him paint anything else in my house. He's sloppy with his work, and over priced look else where for a "RELIABLE PAINTER". The guy has no credibility.

Had to get major projects done to my house after a bad rental f floor a quick turn around. Not only did they paint the whole house they also did the garage and repaired rotten wood on the outside. When we called they was starting the project the same day.I was really impressed by the quality and the price. My to go company for future projects.

Juan painted the exterior of my two story home with excellent professionalism and expertise. Much patience with my plethora of questions (lol). Good pricing and Veterans discount was a plus. Juan also concreted my oil stain driveway. I highly recommend this Gentleman!!

Juan and his team showed up on time. They finished a little earlier than expected. I noticed a couple of small issues and Juan returned within an hour of my calling him and fixed both within 15 minutes. I love my new color in my living area.

My wife and I would like to thank Mr Juan Sanders and his daughter Abbey for the excemptional job they done at my house recently. Both of them were professional, respectful, hardworking and courteous.

Mr Juan was very nice, had a ton of questions and he did not rush me and walked me through the process. The prices are very reasonable and are worth it. Will recommend to everyone.
