Bought a $3,000 couch. Delivery to my apt was supposed to be today. The driver calls to tell me he's on the way and to tell me to get the elevator on service. I tell him that won't be possible, as it's a Saturday and the building office is closed. He tells me they can't deliver without that, but that he'll be here soon. I meet the truck. The driver is already on the phone with his people... he tells me it's company policy. I point out that 3 minutes before delivery is not the time to inform a customer of this requirement. He tells me "you live here, you should already know this". I guess it's my fault for not knowing how the Bay does things! I was livid. I confirm that he's not going to deliver it today and drive straight to the store. We talk to a manager who seems more concerned with covering their a$$ than helping me out. At one point she asks a salesperson for a copy of their delivery brochure. I tell her that showing me fine print is not going to help the situation, so she wisely doesn't pursue it. I tell her at a minimum I want the $75 delivery fee refunded. She says she can't do that until we take delivery. Whatever. The kicker is they can't even tell us when they will try again until Tuesday, 3 days from now! Ridiculously bad service and terrible treatment of an irate customer. I was hesitant to use the Bay because it's for old people. I should have listened to my instincts. Sears has disappeared, so why is this dinosaur still around? Spend your money elsewhere, you'll just get shafted and angry here.
Accessibility: The single "Accessible" dressing room is not accessible . It''s a clothing store and women need to try on clothes. There is only one so-called accessible dressing room that just barely accommodates a wheelchair. I have to do a three point manoeuver to close the door....plus there is always an ottoman in that dressing room that a sales person has to remove in order for me to access the changeroom. Needless to say, it's always occupied by able bodied women who are often trying on a number of items. I have waited 15 - 20 min for that one room. I've mentioned this numerous times to the store managers(who keep changing) but to no avail. The sales staff apologize profusely but nothing changes. An "accessible" sign on the door is so easy to do ...even better make a larger room by combining two dressing rooms to accommodate those who need more space.....mothers with strollers, women with walkers etc. I spend so, so , so . much money on clothes from the Bay. I support this company and yet they do not seem to concern themselves with my needs. Accessibility in this area does not comply with Ontario standards. Elizabeth Grandbois Burlington
Visited this location today while in the area to buy makeup for a wedding. As a someone who usually wears drugstore makeup, I felt a little lost in the department! Negina at the Clarins counter came to the rescue and patiently guided me through my purchases. She helped me find the perfect shade of foundation for a natural look and showed me a primer to hide imperfections. She also recommended a liquid eyeliner. For a stick blush, Negina brought me over to Dena at the Clinique counter. Dena picked the perfect shade and demonstrated how to blend the cheek balm for a natural glow. Both Negina and Dena were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, which made this novice makeup buyer very comfortable! Negina also held my products while I shopped for a Father’s Day gift (great short sleeved dress shirt on sale) to qualify for the points promotion. The salesperson in menswear was also very friendly and helpful (sorry I didn’t ask her name - she was wearing a pink shirt!). Overall, shopping at this location was a great experience and the various samples with my cosmetics purchase were really appreciated - Thanks Negina! :)
Wow okay, looks like this "fantastic manager" wasn't in today because the ladies at the jewelry counter were definitely not having it today. One of the sales rep was in a mood today. I went in to look at some jewelry. The sales rep basically kept cutting me off when I was asking her questions saying that she absolutely HAD to put each jewelry piece back in the glass case before I opened my mouth. Because apparently if I asked her too many questions, that would somehow distract her from putting the jewerly back or I would somehow make a break for it? What a rude sales rep. Then when I asked her if she could write down the name of the necklace or item number so I could send it to my bf to get for my birthday, she abruptly told me that there was no item number or no name for it. Although there is on the swarovski website. Wow, rude rude RUDE woman. Don't work in sales if you dont want to deal with people, answer questions, actually care about helping potential customers. Definitely WON'T be bothering going back to Burlington's "mall"
I was told to email the manager. I sent her this info. However, she did not reply!! I made 2 purchases at the Burlington Mall Bay store yesterday. Lesley was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would not have made the 'inc' pant purchase without her assistance. However, initially there was not even one salesperson at the 'mall' entrance. Also, the change rooms had been blocked off! Why? Where were we supposed to go to try on the clothing? Another customer went inside and 2 of us followed her. I understand that the particular cash register / counter at the mall entrance is to be removed. There are not enough salespeople / cash registers as it is! The other customers felt the same. I would not be motivated to walk to the other end of the store to look for a cash register or to ask for help. The Bay stores need more salespeople and more customer service / cash register counters, not fewer!! P.S. After 5 years, a response from the Bay was sent today!!! Oh my!!!
Well the vibe of this local Hudson's Bay has completely changed over the last few weeks as they prepared for their Zellers relaunch/pop up. This location is tired on the outside and is showing its age on the inside. However, the store team has been moving departments, remerchandising and stocking up and it really looks good. Service is readily available and shoppers are back. Outside of the Christmas holiday season I've never seen this store so busy. I hope everyone takes note and stops in to see for themselves. The menswear move upstairs was questionable but it now has a proper shoe department and the full assortment Hudson's Bay should be known for is well showcased. The new central cash is a huge improvement and this location is easy to navigate, well done. Canada needs a proper full line, full service department store and if this is how Hudson's Bay shows up, good things are in-store! Big Box and off-price treasure hunting retail is not for everyone.
Store Needs to be updated big time, looks very junky and old. clothing sections especially the suit section is in shambles, good luck finding anything in there with out help. very understaffed with what seems only two working cash registers open at a time. I was here ( in store ) to purchase a wedding gift from the registry. After waiting for the machine to finally recognize I was hitting buttons and freezing multiple times i asked the lady in the department for help. I was told we don't know how to work that so if it doesn't work you are out of luck. then she said i should probably just do it online it would be quicker. Didn't think i would ever hear the day when stores such as the bay were sending customers to online sales!!!!. good luck keeping business if your doing that. will defiantly not shop at this bay again as the one in Oakville place makes the Burlington mall Bay feel like your shopping in ancient ruins.
I came in February to buy a total of 5 perfumes totalling to over $500. I had this very helpful and kind gentleman with an accent in fragrances assist me - I could not catch his name. But let me say, this was the best experience I’ve had in the fragrance department in all the Hudson’s bay locations I have visited. Unlike many other retailers or Hudson’s bay locations, this associate was very very knowledgeable in all products and chemical makeups of the fragrances - exactly how it should be. All department associates should be experts or very knowledgeable in their given counter. Absolutely amazing, he helped me find everything I was looking for in a timely fashion and I left with a smile on my face. Could not have asked for a better experience, definitely deserves a pay raise if you wanna compare to the other associates who don’t even give you a glance as you walk by. Good job! Will return!
I visited this location today. I am from Montreal. Was here to see my parents. The lady at men's counter seemed very racist. I had a receipt and she thought it was invalid. The manager instead of fixing my issue asks me if im from Burlington and i was shocked. She didnt beleive me first and she only listened to her employee. She called cash office and they told her it was a legit receipt. All i got was a sorry and then some bad looks from a redneck who was their undercover security. I noticed here all the bad reviews are mostly from immigrants. Then she called her manager who seemed to lie and she happened to be even more racist. As I am talking with the manager i noticed the redneck walking by me continously. I later realized she works for them as a undercover security. Stay away from this location if you want to be treated like a human.
A warning to seniors on mobility scooters. Do not use the east exit and expect to be able to use the sidewalk to reach Prospect Ave. There are no accessible ramps to the sidewalk, so you have to ride on the roadway. A call to Burlington Center management revealed that the parking lot about HBC is not managed by the mall. It is HBC property. They appear to have not seen the need to install ramps. My father suffered a broken shoulder and other complications two weeks ago because he had to ride on the road and turn quickly right onto the sidewalk at the intersection. In his haste to avoid the cars at the corner his wheel caught the curb and flipped him. Escalation by mall management as of yet has not resulted in HBC responding. A simple ramp is al that is needed. Please HBC don't let other seniors suffer my Dad's fate.
I ordered $200 of clothing on November 3 and it never arrived. I sent 3 emails to the Bay on November 10, 20, and 22 and they never replied to any of them. I finally called them on November 24 and the rep said that all he could do is submit a refund ticket which would be processed in 14 days. In other words, when the Bay found out that they've been sitting on someone's money and ignoring their emails for a month, their response was "yeah ok, we'll look into it. Just give us another two weeks." I was a regular customer for years, but the lack of customer service and accountability I saw coming from the Bay is appalling.
I always find it interesting if who ever receives this review at the store level will take the time to respond .... Most don't respond whether the review is positive negative or neutral. Let's see what management does with this review. This sends a signal ! As mentioned in a previous review ... I found the store, clean, neat well stocked and priced well. The Bay carries major brands and I went there specifically to buy certain items seemingly only available at the Bay. The store needs more check outs... imo I can recommend shopping at the Bay Over and out until the next review Happy Holidays
The Bay is in decline, and this location broadcasts this fact. Carpets are soiled and look worn, areas with tiles look like the grout hasn't been cleaned in years. Not very appealing. I went in to purchase luggage. Their luggage section is in disarray. Prices of many items were not clearly marked as to which are on sale, and which are not. Sections poorly organized with bags all over the place Although I needed to buy luggage I just couldn't motivate myself to buy it from a place that just doesn't seem to care. The Bay reminds of what Sears looked like just before it crashed and burned.
This store has gone completely down in the last few years. There are lots of employees yet none of them want to help the customers. I went looking for a suit jacket. No one was even in the mens department. My wife spent 40 minutes in the lingerie section. 2 employees chit chatting no one even asked her if she was okay or needed a different size. It is no wonder that the department store is a dying breed. We left without making any purchases. I also hate how you can't enter the store from the mall without the wall of perfume assaulting me.
Visited the Guelph Line store last week. Not very good service by the cashier. First, she asked if I wanted to use my HBC points (approx $30) and I said yes, but sadly she forgot to use them. Second, she advised us that we would save 15% as part of the seniors discount for Tuesday but then said that she checked and the discount doesn’t apply to Zellers’ products. Wasn’t a huge purchase but the entire process was very confusing. I was disappointed with the lack of accuracy processing my transaction. It was a poor customer experience.
Not only are the change room doors too short, but the attendants do not pay attention to who is walking in. I asked the lady if I could try on some items, and she said "I don't know what's going on in here" and then just pointed to the end of the row. A lady had placed the dress she was wearing on a hanger and it ended up being placed on the floor. Her husband was walking through the change room looking over the closed stalls! The staff did nothing to prevent this. I felt so uncomfortable I could not even try on my items and left.
We recently bought furniture at the Hudson Bay, Burlington Centre in May, we received Exceptional Customer Service from our Sales Associate Francis Audette, and Nancy. Francis went above and beyond the time required in helping us decide what to purchase, without sales pitches or pressure, a true professional, easy to talk, very helpful, even after our purchase when we needed help with our delivery, along with Nancy they resolved our problem. We feel very valued as customers, highly recommend both Francis and Nancy.
Bunch of judgmental Karens working here. Discrimination towards young Asians. Ancient lady who works in jewellery on weekends. You don't need to parent for us. Telling us once about the safety risk of escalators is fine, telling us TWICE is rude. We are MORE than capable of watching our children. HBC you need to hire compassionate and nonjudgmental staff. SHAME on you. This combined with slow service and overpriced goods over the years, and disorganized stores. You have permanently lost our business.
Why is this Bay location still asking Covid questions at the entrance?? This was never a requirement in the City of Burlington - only in Hamilton. Not only was it annoying to be stopped but she continued to ask EVERY question one at a time, even after I told her we had no Covid. No other store is stopping people at the door, not even at the mall entrance. Very annoying. After this and annoying person asking the questions one at a time, I just didn't feel like shopping in the Bay anymore.
Came here just to visit the Zellers pop up store. It's located on the second floor towards the left side after the escalator for anyone who is wondering. I was not disappointed, even though it was just a small section of the store that was branded as Zellers, it still felt very nostalgic and nice to be able to see Zellers again. I really hope Zellers makes a come back again and starts opening up actual stores, that would be sooo amazing!! I'm glad we atleast got this for now. Love it!!
Incredible service at this location. Katherine, the manager is very helpful and accommodating. Francis in Furniture is the best. He knows what he is talking about and he is super helpful. I had to exchange a sofa due to an impression in the leather caused by packaging, and he had an exchange and delivery date set up within a few hours. I came here after experiencing very awful and humiliating service at Home Outfitters. I will only ever shop at the Bay from now on. HO is dead to me.
We have purchased furniture from this Bay store before and were very happy. Once again we shopped around for a good quality leather arm chair recliner. Francis the furniture department manager showed us a Natuzzi leather chair that was on sale at 50%. We ordered the chair Saturday and it arrived Wednesday. The delivery guys unpackaged the chair and assembled it for my wife which we appreciate. I would highly recommend the Bay for furniture. Great selection and competitive pricing.
I'm not one to write reviews but I was followed in the store while I was simply shopping... The cashier took 8 minutes to resolve a simple issue with the customer in front and by the time I was done with the line it had been 15 minutes. I wasn't going to complain but when I noticed the security tag still attached to my purchased item, I thought it was time to write a review... will be resolving this in person as well to get the security tag off....
Good prices, good sales always had good experiences with the sales staff. The reason I am taking the time to write this review is that this location has the worse building ever and their ventilation system is ancient. There is so much humidity in the air thst clothes I bought actually feel damp and the same with theclothes on the racos they fsel weet. . You can see the air vents all dirty and the rest of the building is gross looking.
Purchased a $2000 mattress and bought the $200 cover that they assured me would guarantee the mattress for 10 years. While washing the cover( which is always on) I noted a large snag and small hole forming in the centre of the mattress. The Bay denied my claim! What a scam! Don't buy anything from these over priced scammers. No wonder people don't shop there anymore. I will NEVER buy from them again!
August 13 2022 @ 5:45pm went on to look at their gold earrings. The lady was so rude when l asked for earrings. She looked at me and said they are very expensive . When she saw my rings she had the guts to say they are expensive rings. Why should someone judge you that you can not afford gold just because you are black? Was very disappointed that l walked out without buying.
I went today for exchange at hudson bay in burlington mall and the customer service was really unhelpful with me I really don't like their service it's the worse. Each one sent me to another for no reason just they don't wanna do anything. And in general hudson bay has the worse customer service everywhere and anywhere unhelpful at all So one star is too much for them!
The store is ok, in need of updating compared to the rest of the mall. They desperately need new air conditioners, especially on the second floor. This has been a problem for years and years and I'm surprised that it continues without being addressed. Staff are great. Toy selection is not great and prices were absurd in comparison to other stores.
This review is specifically for the manager. Ms Stafford. My teenage son had his watch damaged by The Time Shop. And we went back and forth with them for weeks, without any resolution. I spoke with Ms. Stafford and she had things solved in minutes (gift card for my son). She was AMAZING. Ms. Stafford is a great example of wonderful customer care.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Hudson Bay " Burlington Centre" employee Leslie for the assistance she provided me during a very difficult customer service situation in July. Leslie, I'm so very grateful for the help you provided in a very stressful situation. Thank you for following up with me. With Appreciation Marija
I visited Hudson’s bay on July 12,2023, Sue helped me with my purchase of undergarments, she was so helpful, it was great to deal with her, she was very pleasant, polite, friendly, she was so helpful this made my experience shopping at the Hudson Bay a positive experience/thank you so much Sue for all your help , Lucia Da Rosa
I have never gone here where I have had a very good customer service. There is no staff around and if you are lucky to find someone, you would be disappointed with the customer service. It is true what everybody says about their review: that the staff seems to have worked here all their lives and they do not care anymore.
Terrible customer service as usual. Haven't shopped at the Bay in 2 years and nothing has changed. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes, only 2 people on cash and long line up, cashier ordered sale item online for me as they were short inventory in-store. Got home only to find I was charged full price on a 50% sale.
It was quite ,as its a day 1 of reopening. But the staff was quite nice and welcoming. Safety measures are taken seriously... overall satisfied visit... We went to fix my wife's Kate Spade ♠️ watch and it's the best place to get it fixed ...small repair shop inside the store and the guy was very nice to us
This is for “The Time Shop” located in Burlington Mall. I inquired to get a battery replaced and was quoted $27 plus tax. I left and went down to Peoples jewelry and was directed to a kiosk in front of their store who did watch repairs. He charged $13. He was quick and watch works great for 1/2 the price.
The Time Shop located at Burlington Mall do not honour their 1 year warranty battery replacement for watches. The owner pretended to replace my watch battery and gave me back the watch, saying it will cost me $95 to repair. I had to go elsewhere to get a new battery and my watch is working fine now.
Terrible Service at this location, just finished buying a perfume as a gift, hardly any shoppers, items are not priced I had to carry the item roam around the store a fiend a salesperson who could even let me know the price ? If you don’t have enough staff at least put price tags
It has a Zellers! A mini pop-up Zellers store. This is the First and ONLY one in the world (as far as I know). A 2nd one is opening soon in Quebec. The "mini-store-in a store" is on the 2nd floor. When I visited- the escalator was broken - so had to take the freight elevator up.
I have always hated the Bay. Overpriced and seems a whole floor devoted to cosmetics and perfumes. I Give it 2 stars now because Zellers has added a few reasonably priced items inside the Bay but this ploy to keep the Bay alive will not work. I give them 2 years max to survive.
I've only giving those Stars because of the ridiculous atmosphere like it from all the rich people blowing their money on useless clothes from the bay who wants to spend $300 or more on an outfit so these rich people make me laugh and that's the best part about the atmosphere
Very old store in desperate need of a renovation. They don't carry as many brands as a typical Hudson's bay and the staff seen like they have worked there for 30 years and don't care anymore... If you need to go to the bay is to to the one at mapleview its much nicer!!!
Decent selection of men's clothes but not for dress shirts if you're on the taller side like me with a thicker neck. Soo many 15 an 16 inch neck sizes available. Aren't those kid's sizes? Prices are a bit high but I've never bought anything there that wasn't on sale.
This place was huge. Not exactly my style of shopping as there was too much floor to cover. Selection seemed sparse as well. Was looking for floor lamp and area carpeting - pretty elaborate items and prices. Not within my budget. Sorry, not the Zellers I once knew.
They have a very good selection of clothing, shoes, perfume, jewelery, cosmetics and accessories. Most items on sale are higher end and a bit pricey. Best time to shop, it on discount days with a senior so you can get the best prices, or on a sale day.
Lack of staff. I refuse to hunt down an employee to get my questions answered, prices are atrocious and very little to chose from in the handbag and wallet section. Very disappointed. I'm amazed that Hudson Bay department stores are still in business.
I tried to replace Sears with this shop but it can't hold a candle. The store is outdated, the prices are insane and the selection is very limited. There are many other stores out there with more reasonable prices and a better assortment of options.
I paid for shorts and a bra and the cashier forgot to remove the security tags from them. I walked out without the security alarm going off for some reason and came home to see that those tags were still on. I had to go back and get it taken off.
Great selection, loving the name brands/designer labels on offer, gift registry and home delivery is appreciated. Fantastic sales and excellent every day price points. Exceptional customer service experience every visit is truly appreciated.
It was nice to see one lane if the store dedicated to Zellers. Although this in no way resembled the previous Zellers store. No cafe. Also it was mentionedthat Zellers food trucks would be outside. I looked forward to it, but none there.
The last time was there was horrendous. Was hoping there would be more help but more importantly, advertised product in stock, this time around. Was unimpressed in both instances. I think my time shopping at the Bay has come to an end.
I had an exceptionally interesting encounter with one of the store associates. As I approached the cashier's register to pay for my items, I immediately sensed that the woman behind it was preoccupied or unavailable. Contrary to the
Called 3!!! times to cancel the order. Still not cancelled. With this kind of "service" this ancient store will be out of business soon. BTW, if you wanna pee you'll find no directions to the only washroom on the top floor. …
Has a great internet site. But also this is one of the few bricks and moter stores I still patronize. Seems to have better quality and much better selection than at the smaller chain mall stores. Their sale prices can not be beat.
Had bought a couple of items before lockdown and had to return them but lockdown happened. Forgot about them and then tried to return them this week. Figured my chances were low but, lo and behold, they took them back. Fantastic!
Lovely store, great selection, unexpected sales on many products but the price point is a bit high overall. The bay has been much the same for many years and most people already know if it’s somewhere they want to go or not.
This location is closing down. Permanently. The closing down sales is nothing to talk about. High priced left over items not selling in other stores brought here. Not worth the trouble. Moving on. Burlington mall Bay RIP
I love how clean the Bay at Burlington Mall is. I always feel I'm the first customer of the day. So easy to find what you're looking for. Staff are quick to offer assistance but definitely not "in your face" aggressive.
Don't ever have this company ship your purchase. These clowns DESTROYED a $5000 bedroom set, last one in stock and did nothing to make it right except refund our money. Thanks, never. Shopping. Here. Again.
I bought such beautiful shoes at the time of sale. Very comfortable and useful. The sales lady was very interested. Me and my family have done many shopping before. Lots of good prices. Good luck with you.
It's ok store with lots of different stuff , clothes, cosmetics, electronics, a few toys kitchen stuff, etc. However the prices are very expensive, so i don't shop there much unless I need a bra.
Closing sale is ok, but u have to really look through a lot to find that one good sale. They're liquidating stuff from other Bay stores & sending it here to sell. Not bad if u really need stuff!
This Bay store is in the older part of the Burlington Mall. This store needs a facelift . Store staff are freindly and helpful. Lots a great deal's when it is Bay Day's. Lots of parking outside.
did mot have what I wanted but did a store search and sent me.on my may to retrieve a reserved.product ... cannot expect the to have it but I do want non partisan customer service which we got.
Likely the last chain department store in Canada. I can't see them lasting much longer in an online world. I can see this one getting shut soon as there's another better one at Mapleview Mall.
Huge store, no employees to be seen. Remarkably little selection. Found items on display, that could not be found to purchase. Parking lot was frighteningly under lit. Seriously, not safe.
Clean store with decent selection. However it's impossible to find employees. We went to five different service stands before we found one with someone behind it so we could check out.
I shop there often . Most of the staff very helpful and polite , but some makes me feel like a thief even following me today , very unpleasant . Good selection and good sales prices .
Hudson's bay will always have the classy and pricy tag but when you know what you need, want and they are on their sale month you'll surely find whatever it is when you come to visit.
Great O found what I wanted and it was on clearance. Store is big, bright and clean and the staff very happy to be working. All Covid 19 safety measures in place and being followed
I just dropped by to see what they had found with Rita’s help & knowledge of the inventory 2 shirts. Great experience. I really enjoyed working with Rita. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This location of Hudson Bay is small and you won't find good deals here. It is a few minutes walk from my house but still I prefer to a bigger location as you get many options
Easily the best Bay for men's clothing. I travel a long distance to shop at this store. The men's section is neat and tidy. Always something to find and great sales.
Everything so expensive and stuff very unfriendly you ask for some item and also some information and they don't know they are not willing to help you it's so sad
We went me and my sister to the beauty section.. we had a great experience with Tanya , she was good , helpful and able to answer all our questions. Eman & Maha
Excellent and fast service - much better than in the past! It is the ugliest Hudson's Bay store on earth, but they often have good products and good brands.
This location is closing, so inventory is limited. However, staff here are friendly, and the closing sales are pretty good. Visit before this one is gone.
Clearing sale, the store is closing at burlington centre, sooo much deals and all are final sale, clothes, dhoes, home furniture, accessories, other stuff
Tanya in the Lancolme cosmetic section is the best cosmetic sales Rep I have ever worked with. She is the reason I even visit the Bay in Burlington Mall.
I lost a gold bracelet and they went out of their way to help me. I was over whelmed with their kindness. Can't say that for Homesince, they didn't care
You can find everything here, from brand name clothing for men, women and kids. Shoes , house hold stuff. BAY is store of best variety and best brands.
Even though there was a sale, a lot of the items were still higher priced. Went to the Burlington Mall location and got TWO of what I was looking for.
We can find everything we need here and there are always discounts.I love the sales assistans here .They are always helpful , kind and friendly …
Nice to shop in and look around. But it's too pricey for my pay cheque. I rarely buy anything in there but appreciate all the fine things they carry
Kind employees. Clean store with plenty of options and well stocked. Great clearance deals too! Changing rooms available if you ask the staff.
People are great at the Bay @ Guelphline Rd. Friendly staff and helpful and knowledgeable about different areas of the store and product.
Got very good service. Found quickly what I came for. Means, not everything you should buy online. The bag I bought cost same on Amazon.
I went shopping to purchase new bras. Enko, was great! I was told that she was the expert in helping with sizing, and they were right!
I wish they would get some new designers and please clean and remodel your ladies fitting room. Come on Canada, you can do better
Service was very show and the women's bathroom was very gross. I normally enjoy shopping at the Bay, but today, not so much.
I often shop here. Great deals, very friendly and helpful staff. Home centre and toys section are excellent. Easy return!
Some good deals, especially the clearance racks. Not too busy, kind of relaxing atmosphere. Fitting rooms were open.
I didn't buy anything here as, I already have most of what they were offering. The prices were good for the quality.
Went to shop for my wife Christmas party. We could find any help....after 10 mins, we left... Not returning back.
For a store that is closing, the prices were not that great. Good selection of shoes, if you can find your size.
When the Bay has sales there are amazing deals to be had. Great selection of name brands in the men's section.
Burlington Centre Bay is one of the neatest and cleanest stores in my area. Staff is always so accommodating.
Friendly helpful staff. I was not familiar with the store as I was from out of town. Help offered right away!
Got a great deal on a watch. I think they are renovating but man this location looks rough on the outside.
Great furniture section. Outdoor furniture was high quality and good price. Furniture staff very helpful.
Once again the ladies at the fragrance department went above and beyond to ensure my wife's happiness.
