My experience with winners was ruined at this location today. I purchased merchandise worth about 450$ and from that for some reason I had to return about 130$. MINA - the cashier was super rude today to me. First she had a lot of back and forth telling me she cannot refund my money on the form of payment I had used to pay( part of my payment was gift card but I paid more than 200$ in credit card). Finally I got her to agree and she keeps arguing that I am the one who is not clear and just so that I know they won’t entertain this next time. I kept on repeating I paid a lot more money via my credit card and it makes sense to just refund it. She ultimately brought some cash out and then called her senior. I told her I didn’t ask for cash, was just looking to get money back on my cc. The senior confirmed that I could have gotten money back on cc but now that they marked it as cash, I must take cash only. Even the senior was pretty arrogant and didn’t bother to respond properly . I tried to tell them that I am not asking for extra. Anyway, I took cash and left. But just fyi to buyers , the staff can be pretty rude and arrogant. I will go to other locations moving forward as I otherwise love the deals here

I'm very disappointed with the service at this location. This was my first time at this location since I've moved to Burlington. I was with full intentions of finding a birthday gift for my son and cousins new baby. Upon arrival I proceeded immediately to the toy section of the store. First things first, not many options which is okay since it's not a toy store. But what really got me was the quality of the toys. All the packaging damaged, missing toy pieces, ripped apart toys. Like extremely unpresentable for a gift. I chose a couple toys and proceed to check out. At check out I'm told that there is absolutely nothing they can do and WE are obligated to pay full price. I was in awe. I told her it's unpresentable and a gift I will be giving away. She just stared at me. I'm telling you didn't even try to contact a manager nothing. I definitely will not recommend this store to others. It was unprofessional and extremely messy with all the opened and damaged boxes.

Worst customer service . I bought five men's clothes and the price tag shaws sale on it and when we went for the payment one of their cashier was so rude to us as well as they changed the price tag while they were saying that that's their mistakes that they didn't change the price. That's not our issue that's their.we feel so bad bcz we find four or five clothes by giving 3 to 4 hour shopping time. We really sad bcz their customer service was so bad.they were so rude to us.never come on this place again as they have their manager that saying we can understand your situation how can they know that we gave3 to 4 hours and they just changed the price tag. The manager, Sandy, is absolutely awful. The rudest employee I have ever encountered at any Winners/Marshall's/Homesense I have visited, and I am a frequent shopper. I will not be returning to this location. Not to mention the store is not run well; lots of staff around, but only one person on cash. No back up was called until there was a line building of over 12 customers - waited over 15 minutes in line (even though only 3 people in front of me) on a Thursday. Guess that can also be attributed to "management".

I really like this store they have clothes, makeup, bags,jewelry, kitchen stuff, shoes, some toys & baby stuff etc. There is a big selection very clean store, cashiers are very nice & helpful, some stuff is expensive , other stuff is good prices. However if you see something that you really want you need to get it that day because some stuff they don't have a lot of & may not get in again. So if you haven't gone you should go. You can also find gifts for friends, family etc. Especially at Christmas.

I really like this location. It is ample, clean and not so busy as others. I visited here during Holidays and was the same experience as regular times. They are a full store with all departments. Organization was something I appreciated. It is located inside Burlington Place. Plenty of parking. Something that caught my attention was the wide selection of clothing of girls and boys and at the hair department: tools and products

I really like this location. This is a nice little mall and this Winners is usually pretty well stocked. It's a good place to find a deal or something unique that you haven't seen before. You almost always are able to save money by shopping here. The downside is that people ravage these stores so sometimes the shelves seem empty. But if you get there when a large shipment has come in, good scores can be found.

Great place to buy baby and toddler toys and clothes as well as personal care products. I don't think there's a very good selection of women's clothes and I just don't find it worth spending hours sifting through all those racks to end up finding nothing. Lots to choose from if you're a very small size though.

The updated layout of the skincare/hair/makeup is well done. Winners is often a hit and miss store so sometimes they have great stuff and other times not so much. The frontline staff/cashiers are usually friendly here. I was disappointed they no longer provide bags here unless you buy one.

A very big outlet that is really well maintained. I find that most of the time I am able to find nice deals on name brands, once in a while there are times when I can't find anything and leave without purchasing any items. The store design is well presented, merchandise is easy to find.

Rude customer service from a young brunette on a Sunday afternoon. Wouldn’t take back a pair of shorts that were purchased there, because the winners tag was not on it - eve though the other tags were because it was a present. Go to another Winners where they actually take care of you.

Another great winners to find good deals at great prices. I found a pair of jeans pants and other items at bargain prices. PRO TIP: Winners locations in malls typically have a higher turnover in selection because of the foot traffic but that doesn't always mean you can't be lucky.

Today, June 30th around 6.30pm, I came to return a few items. Left the store without my original receipt. I realized I needed it and I came back 15 mins later. The lady that was helping was very helpful. She made sure that I got my receipt back thank you so much! …

This Winners is a great treasure when I love to shop! The staff are professional with a great attitude and the items I had to return from Marshalls was easy-to-use with my receipt! I do enjoy Denninger's and Indigo and the other stores in the Mall!See you soon, Winners!

The cashier at number one register was very impolite. I handed her my points and she literally flung it on the counter beside the cash register. After she was finished cashing the item, she rudely told me to " pick up your card" I would never shop there again.

What a great place to buy unusual gifts at great prices. I went looking for candles and found some at Winners that smelled heavenly. Both for under $20 in reusable containers.That once the candles are used up you can store something in.

I love Winners. I bought 7 tops this week. Love them all. There seems to be new articles of clothing coming in every day. I never leave empty handed. AND, they are resonably prices. With their prices, I can afford to shop often.

Clothing for women is either for older people or for the younger people who like crop top style. A huge selection for men's and children, staff are pretty helpful too and the layout flows pretty well.

It includes more clothibg than other products, however, it is the nature of Winners specially when a Homesense is in the same mall.
