Poor Service...! OCT 29, 3:45pm - pumps wouldn't take my card said I had to pay. - went inside told attendant (female) there is a problem with the pump. She said I know the pumps act up at times. - she then tells me I need to go back outside and put fuel in first, then come back in to pay. - I then asked to pay first since I'm now standing here. - she said they Don't Allow Prepay...? - the whole time she and another attendant are finding this entertaining (smiling and chuckling at this unacceptable situation) - so NOT IMPRESSED at the 2nd rate service.

went to fill a low tire and the hose was fed to outside indicating it was functioning. I attempted to fill my tire and didn't notice it was deflating my tire, I lost 70kpi and went to ask if the compressor was even on, I was treated rudely by the young male attendant who declared *it was not his problem* and said I can find air at any gas station in the area. NEVER BUYING GAS/PROPANE OR A CAR WASH FROM ~ ANY ~ HUGHES GAS STATION AGAIN AS WELL AS BOYCOTTING THIS LOCATION IN PARTICULAR. GJ YOU ARROGENT ATTENDANT!

Very very bad experience, October 18 10:23am, the pump I was trying to fill up the gas was not working, I tried 2 times and it didn’t go through, I go inside and talk to the receptionist and ask her very calmly , Hi, is that all the pumps have problem? Omg she was soooo rude to me and start yelling and said how would I know, I said ok ok pls calm down, I honestly had a one simple question and she should at least have some patience. Worst worst customer service o experienced. Ruined my mood

I went there April 24 Tuesday. They gave 2 times ultimate carwash . Two times it’s not cleaned. Then Wednesday morning they send to me in Parsons road location. Then the same thing. My SUV’S frond Bonet and all windows same dirty. Their guys told me to use coin wash . I refused them and I told I need my money back. Because how I use a coin wash for 13.64 . It’s very bad experience and there machines are not working well . Very careful after wash your car. Don’t waste your money.

I have not used the car wash here, but the gas pumps are very frustrating. If it is cold outside, do not stop here for your gas. Their pumps do not have the little lever to hold the handle down for pumping fuel. So you have to stand there squeezing the whole time to pump gas, and the one time I stopped here when it was -20 my hand was frozen by the time I was done.

Weakest pressure for washing your vehicle what typically takes me $20 to wash my vehicle took me $40 at the Parsons and Ellerslie location I don't recommend coming here to wash anything or even get fuel save your time and go somewhere else

I went to Hughes for car wash at 9:50pm, they close at 10pm but 2 employees were wasting time and driving customers away for that 10mins. I can not believe it! I didn't get my vehicle wash... and oh the big sign 'Open' was still on!

Went to top up my 20 pound propane tank, the guy says “to be honest it’s almost full”, I said ok, as long as I’m here I’ll take a top up. Got charged for 20 pounds of propane, “fixed price”. B.S. Never coming back.

The staff here is courteous and helpful. Another thing that I have noticed that I get good mileage out of the gas that I get from them. You also get a Costco discount on your purchase for gas.

The manger at the 91st location outright accused my wife and I of steeling, when we proved our innocents he banned us from the store. Prior to this I filled approximately 200L every 2days

I go here for my Propane every few days, it's a great Hughes, they have dyi car wash, clean bathrooms, coffee, snacks, hotdogs sammiches and tons of pop, water and energy drinks.

I enjoy the convenience of paying at car wash door. No need too pay inside. The wash does a good job. This location is easy too find and lots of gas pumps too.

Big pull through bays for heavy trucks and r.v.'s. Lots of stalls for regular sized vehicles. They also accept credit card payment right in the truck bays.

They could use a fix for their entrance driveway. Also, it's not a wand wash so if that's what you're looking for; don't waste your time with a touchless.

Went here to get our propane tanks filled. Very helpful and fast service. I wish that they charged by the liter of propane and not a flat rate per tank.

I get fuel here about every 4 days and they are always fabulous to work with, friendly staff. The touchless car wash also does a very nice job.

Better off going too bubbles. By the time you spend your money here its just about the same too have a great wash and dry by hand at bubbles

Stop here every Sunday morning to fuel up. Friendly staff. Love the car wash too. Definitely check out this place for touch-less car wash.

Terrible for pickups ,all the prices are different as posted and 35 seconds seconds left on the dryer and it just shut shuts off.
