We were invited to the Hulen Mall 40th anniversary party which was so hyped up! They said hundreds to thousands of people including the Mayor of FT Worth would be attending. We were there from 9am-3:15pm and there were no more than 40 people at one time. The coordinator Jeremey **** had NO clue what he was doing. They charged us $150 fee to be there and they parked all of us in the Sears parking lot, out of ALL the locations they have these geniuses decided to put us behind Sears. After our 6 hours of serving we made $200, which barely covered the cost of the Fee that we pre-Paid! I therefore, I asked for a refund and some compensation for losing so much money for being lied to. There was NO Mayor, NO customer and to top it all off, they had Chick-fa-la giving out free food and drinks! The character of these people in the corporate office have ZERO integrity and and full of DISHONESTY. Either that or they have NO clue how to coordinate a 40 year anniversary. They represented this mall so poorly! See photos attached of the crowd that showed up. Photos were taken between 2:45pm-3:15pm. I DO NOT recommend to do any business with these people and if you do, ask for a guarantee before hand!

This is one of my favorite malls in the dfw area. It has everything you need in a clean and fun place. Whoever you are, there is definitely something for you here. The mall itself is super clean. I didn’t see one piece of trash on the floor. The bathrooms in the food court were clean too. All of the stores here are very clean as well. The food court is average size, but has some good options. I believe there is a Great American Cookies, Chick-fil-A, a Japanese restaurant, and so much more. The food court can get a bit messy when it’s busy, but that’s expected. I love coming here to sit down, because the view is very nice. Parking is FREE! The parking lots are HUGE so you’ll definitely find a spot. They even have lights just in case you stay for a long time. There is a great variety of stores in this mall. From organic artisanal stores to emo alt stores, they have it all. There is luxury stores here and even an arcade. The kiosk people here aren’t even obnoxious like other stores. In fact we ended up buying from one of them (Bisou). TLDR: clean mall, decent food court, variety of stores, lively music, good kiosk owners, free parking. 5/5⭐️ would recommend

Remember the 80s and 90s? You were younger and you went to the mall. Remember Spencer's? Remember the book stores? Remember Radio Shack? Remember that store with the tech toys?? Those stores are no longer there. I recently went back to Helen Mall and had a nostalgic afternoon. Even with the missing stores, the place was familiar. I remembered happy days. And the department stores, clothing stores, and others were still there. Outside the mall in the parking lot on the east side of the mall where some fine eating establishments. In the mall on the upper floor is a food court. Some of what you experienced as a kid is still at the mall. Go see Hullen Mall. It is still a nice place, and is full of happy memories.

I'm so disappointed and angry about the actual safeness of this mall, I had my granddaughters with me. We were buying her a birthday gift and afterwards we stopped at the food court to eat, when we started to hear to evacuate the building or take shelter, immediately we got up and headed for exits, we ended up leaving all the food we had just purchased. My granddaughters were completely traumatized it's so sad that they had to feel like that! And it being there first time at a mall, which they both stated they don't ever want to go to a mall ever! Then I came home to find out it was a Hoax! I'm very angry how this world is changing and not for the best. Our great time together was RUINED

It's a nice mall, very clean, almost entirely full of shops. They also have an excellent movie theater. I was surprised how nice this mall was and how well maintained since it has been many years since I have been to any mall and probably 10 years since I was at this mall last and I don't remember it being this nice. The food court was a little disappointing that it didn't have more variety but they do have a Chick-Fil-A but it was Sunday so they were sadly closed, for a very good reason though. All in all it was a surprisingly nice experience.

I have been inside Hulen mall for many years, and I have worked in one of the retailers that is anchored to it. Sometimes, I see people watching people a little too closely. Hulen mall was beautiful when it opened in 1978. I guess that I could return to give a better review. The Hulen mall parking lot is great for watching the Blue Angels in flight. Hulen Mall security questioned me about parking with no intention to shop. Some of us are frugal now. I don't like shoplifters shopping with me.

I haven’t been in this mall in so many years. I remember going to the mall as a teenager with friends, barely any money, spending the entire day here. Fast forward to my husband and I being Middle Aged with two ten year old girls in tow I didn’t find it exciting, fun or even great deals. I was thinking these stores are a waste of money. My parents use to say this and it was definitely true.

Not the best Mall. But it’s worth going to. I don’t like to come here on the weekends as there are more sketchy people here. If you’re a parent DO NOT a let your teen daughters come here alone. There have been a lot of news articles about human trafficking connected to this mall. (Google it if you need proof).

A mall is a mall. Since the Pandemic ot hadnt returned to its former glory. Macy's my favorite store has lots of missing merchandise especially in the shoe department. Its almost bare. Still there are other name brand stores, H&M, Dillard's, Penny's, Victoria Secret Pink, etc.

Always been a nice mall. Not as high end as it used to be but it's staying busy and has a lot of stores with a huge selection. Good place to go eat and walk around for a bit it has a place to take the kids to play. I used to work at this mall back in 2005 it's changed a lot.

This place is really fun to go to with my friends! Every store there is nice and always enticing haha. I wish that the food court had more variety though, but other than that this place is pretty cool! I buy most of my clothes from here.

We stopped in just to walk the mall in mid-afternoon. It was clean and a nice enough mall, although a bit quiet. The stores are decent and the employees were very cordial and welcoming. That was a big plus! We'll be back.

Hulen Mall small by Filipino standards. They have enough shops to keep you busy. Nothing of worth noting. Food court is small but has something for everyone. Gets really congested with traffic around Christmas time.

They happened to have live music in the food court, which was amazing to me. The mall is two stories for those wondering. There are options of transport around to take such as the elevator, stairs or escalator.

This place creeps me out. ever since they started the junk stands in the middle of the walkways, I feel I'm in a third world bizarre with unwanted people approaching me. CREEPY CREEPY CREEPY

One of the few surviving malls. Unfortunately, this mall is a haven for undesirable teens and what appears to be gang activity. In and out trips for specific items in daytime only.

It gets us out of a bind, although we would like to see more big brand stores so we don't have to go to Dallas for stores we like and there aren't any here. Still, it's great

I've been going to this mall since it opened. There used to be a Luby's cafeteria in the mall (in the ancient times of the 1980's) that I would go to with my grandparents.

Nice mall with a good selection of stores, I’m not a big shopper so when going to a mall I try to go during turn slower times of the day so I can get in and out quickly.

The mall appeared to be clean. They have a variety of stores, but it seemed that there were several out of business. We enjoyed our visit here and would go back.

Great stores and a brand new Eyebrow and Eyelash Store located in the corner of the mall on the top floor! Definitely go and check it out, they do amazing work!

One of the best malls in Fort Worth. Still has the 'mall charm' I remember as a youngster. Thriving, always bustling with activity!

There are lots of shops. The food court is a pleasant hangout. There are elevators for easy access.

At one time it was one of the premier malls. How far it has fallen! Now, it just doesn't feel safe.
