I use the emergency veterinary services located in this area when needed on weekends and holidays. This is a good place to come for a variety of services. There's something in this area that anyone and everyone needs. It's a good place to come and just look around for future FYI for down the road should you or someone you may know need a service or item from the many various places of business located in this area. It's close to many other types of eating places and Saltgrass comes to mind first. In this area from here to across the street there's just to many businesses to even try to list. If you're not familiar with this area of southwest Fort Worth I suggest you drive over here and check out the numerous businesses that are located in this area on Bryant Irvin Rd. You'll be pleasantly suprised on what you'll find in this area from dining to groceries to car wash to fine liquors.

Actually it was fun. I enjoyed myself. The people were interesting the service was good. Definitely an inviting place to be an enjoyable place to shop. I don't really like to get out shopping anymore. The city I live in is so crowded that I just can't deal with the traffic because people don't pay attention to make up their own rules or they're on their cell phones and they don't know what they're doing and they almost hit me and, sorry for the tangent this guy literally came halfway into my line yesterday and almost hit me. I was lucky I had a shoulder to go onto and I was honking at him and it took him a minute to figure out what was going on I couldn't figure out why he couldn't paid paid. Then I realized he was on his phone. So for me to say that I had an enjoyable shopping experience, you better believe I did. LOL

Businesses are a bit electic: Barnes & Noble, Old Navy, home decor, nail salon, smoothie place, 2 eateries, etc. In my experience, I have only come to one business at a time; rarely have I spent my afternoon "shopping around". Parking is terrible though because it is so tight, but small enough you can park at the opposite end and not have to walk too far. At least they have "good" shops here where people actually come, so the plaza is never sad and deserted.

I went there for Roots gourmet coffee shop This is one cool place and an independent coffee house all the way with great coffee and baked goods like killer muffins. No corporate attitude here. With plenty of space to relax in you can effectively chill out at your own pace and be your very own self without hesitation so live for yourself and drink great coffee while you do it. This is Overton Park Plaza and it rocks with Roots Coffee House.

Tj max and Burlington stores were cluttered , messy and clothes stuffed so tight couldn't hardly move to look at. Stuff stacked on tables that if you took something to look at ,it would have a dominoe affect and fall all over ...both stores very unorganized. No way a wheelchair could go thru aisle tables shelves all to close together.. I definitely see why people order online from other places...

Not a fan. I have heard great things about this place and have visited twice on two different days and month. Still my same opinion, not a fan. Store was not organized well. Prices are crazy for the type of store it is and the lines are always long. The purse section is the only place that is organized. Maybe they are too busy with not enough employees to help with the traffic.

Lots of restaurants and shops here to choose from. Parking is dicey at peak hours, but adequate most of the time. I go there often, and will continue to do so. Overton Park is in a great part of town, and I have never had a bad experience there. There are lots of very nice homes and town homes nearby. This area would be a great place to live in the Fort Worth area.

The shopping mall is easy to get into and easy to get back out again, it offers several different stores like tj Maxx and PetSmart, as well as the pancake House and several other little places. The building is maintained nicely and there is never trash on the ground. The parking lot can cause a bit of confusion but there are always plenty of spots available.

Lots of cool shops to browse in. There is not enough parking, so be prepared to circle a little when you come. We love Barnes and Noble. The Lane Bryant is wonderful also. Lunch of burgers and fries at Kincaid's is fabulous. Most shops are easy to navigate in wheelchairs and have bathrooms for shoppers. Come and check out the shops.

I usually get fuel at the Shell station there on the corner. They keep the store clean & all the shelves are always stocked. The employees are very polite & professional. Thanks They were only able to accept cash at the 7Eleven right now. Their credit card machine isn't working properly. Hopefully they'll get it going soon.

I love the quality of items available at Sprouts. They always carry a great selection of produce and run really great sales! They carry many "healthy" selections in everything from deli to dry goods. We buy most of our vitamins there because they have superior quality and good prices.

LaMadeliene restaurant is my fav. Can dine in or to go- even a glass of wine! Best cakes ever- whole cakes or by the slice. French food dumbed down & you can see it b4 buying. Kinda like a cafeteria line & real fireplaces going in winter. Can buy their bottled wine to go too

Not a bad area at all and since I'm from this vicinity, I actually feel safe. However, I will admit that area is a bit run down as far as appearances go, but as far as business services... The business is really are all kept up and friendly and very helpful in most cases.

I frequent this location for items not found at other places, also to proximity of eateries to go for the drive home, last a smoothie cafe up the street, to satisfy my taste for a particular flavor, all options when I am in this location, and the time here.

This strip mall is conveniently located and combines a variety of businesses that make shopping trips quick and easy. I enjoy Homegoods and TJ Maxx the most. I don't go in many of the other stores, so it would be nice if they would add a few more stores.

Why is this a location? Each restaurant and store has their own pop up on here. Regardless, watch out for Speed Racers and expect for there to be too many people. Come later at night for Movie Trading Co and come mid afternoon or so for Olive Garden :)

My grandson loved his 6th birthday party here!!! The server was very sweet, and she managed the party really well! She was a tiny (AA) girl who looked really young. Very sweet, and knew what she was doing! I'm sure she deserves a raise!

I usually find anything I need there! I bought a beautiful pair of 14k earrings, they will not stay in,I think the post are too short, I will be returning them, they were a little pricey to lose. Lady at jewelry counter was awesome!

Stores are ok. Be careful when leaving. There is a decorative boulder hanging over the curb scrapped the side of my car. Did almost 8,000.00 in damages. Still there a minth later. Could not contact property owners to compl as in.

I only made one stop while at this strip mall. It looks nice the Thai restaurant that I ran to pick up an order for a customer was nice and staff was friendly they were quick to respond and very nice to me while I was there

I visited Party City in order to return some item. I was excited that, even with it being 2 days before Christmas, I was able to get in and out within less than 10 minutes. The young lady who helped me was very friendly.

Went by Home Depot to buy the last three 2" cordless blinds I was going to replace. I found the width & length that I needed & avoided the lines by checking out at the help desk. That's a secret, don't tell anyone.

Lots of people here! Parking is hard to find especially at target. It has a ton of stores throughout like Target, Car Toys, Crumble Cookies. It's well taken care of and up to date. Almost every part is full!

So many shops here! You can definitely spend a nice shopping day here and find lots of good things for your home or yourself! Love going to the Five Below here as well, always find great cheap things there!

I only go to that store for very very specific items but didn't see a lot of things that caught my eye to feel my wardrobe in with however there's a big variety of a lot of styles to the majority of people.

He has a lot of great stuff there but the location I don't like and the store is small and running all into people and it's easy to have a wreck in this area so be careful but the store is okay I guess

Hadn't been since the pandemic outbreak but I wanted some fruit and some toffee peanuts,sad that everything in bulk is bagged up ahead of time. I will go back be cause they usually have toffee peanuts.

Met an associate for lunch at Olive Garden - good service and food as normal. Shopped at Spouts and nibbled ( okay, devoured ) chocolate covered raisins on the way home. Easy on and off the freeway.

Great shopping, can get your hair done at legacy salon, go shopping at Burlington or sprouts. Eat at olive garden or texas roadhouse , and of you need gas fill up before getting back on the road.

Lots of shops that I frequent, including Thai Select Restaurant, Sprouts, Buy Buy Baby, TJ Maxx, Clothes Mentor and many others. You'll find it convenient and moderately priced for many needs.

I just go here for Petsmart. Easy in, but not the greatest at getting out. If you are headed west...it's cake, any other way you are at the mercy of limited exits and loads of traffic.

Tried to find some basketball shorts at Ross & Marshall without any luck. The selection at both stores very grime to say the less. I guess people within that area live to shop.

This place had great stores. We mainly go to Five Below, Sprouts, and Home Depot. My son loves Five Below, and I agree because of the low prices and goodies you can get there.

One of the shopping centers that provides plenty of variety for shopping and eating. Traffic & parking can be challenging but a busy place is a good place.
