In 2015 I changed my family doctor and was blessed with an AMAZING general practitioner who treats her patients with dignity, respect, and sensitivity, she is the perfect example and definition of a DOCTOR her name is DR.SUPARNA KOHLI. She is such an amazing, heartwarming, kind, compassionate Doctor who came in my life as a Godsent to me. She is the most humble, down to earth doctor and human being that I have come across and the perfect kind of doctor I was looking for a real longtime. She is a very diligent doctor who makes her patient feel so comfortable and her caring nature is exceptional because she gives her undivided attention and listens to your problems and takes the necessary action for your health and well being, that you can release all your stress and tension; I never looked back again. After learning that I had Asthma since childhood and other health issues Dr. Kohli is the one who referred me to lung specialist who were able to catch a life threating condition of mine. Dr. Kohli is the reason that I received correct diagnosis and I am on special medications which has greatly improved the condition. I have referred Dr. Kohli to many of my friends who were looking for a female doctor and now they tell me she is AWESOME. All the best wishes for her present and future. Dr. Kohli removed my parents from her care during the pandemic after being their family doctor for six years. I appealed to her to allow them to remain in her care given the global pandemic, but she refused citing a "loss of trust," which she refused to elaborate on. My parents were left scrambling looking for a GP for almost a year during the lockdowns and Dr. Kohli demanded a high fee for sharing their medical records. My parents are both seniors in their 70s and their health outcomes deteriorated considerably, which I contribute in part to Dr.Kohli's actions and the elevated stress her actions caused. Prior to this, I had never heard of a doctor removing patients from their practice in this manner. The CPSO reviewed this case but decided not to take any disciplinary action. Who will stand up for patients? Who will stand up for seniors?

Super Rude and very unprofessional Dr Kohli. They gave u appointment for all ur concerns. But when u go there after hours of waiting she said she can only do the pep test. My mom really needed the whole check up and thats why I booked the appointment for her. I was very clear when I booked the appointment as it takes me 30 minutes to drive to her she is my family doctor. After my request that pls atleast check up my old mom she goes let me finish all the other patients and then if I have time I will look her. Seriously!!! After I booked the appointment for check up. After We waited 1.30 hours thats what she said. She shouldn’t be a doctor. She was only trying to make more money by rushing and seeing more patient but didn’t give proper attention. I already changed my doctor. But Worst doctor she is. dr Kohli very rude and unprofessional

Seriously!! Voice Mail box is full What kind of center is this?? So unprofessional.... In the month of July, their voicemail greetings is saying we will back in June very unprofessional unethical. They didn't send my Mothers Medical history for 3 months because due to Covid i couldn't go and give them $20. I requested them if i can pay it online or e-transfer but they want me to come & give $20 in CASH to give OUR OWN MEDICAL HISTORY. They don't care people die or suffer THEY JUST WANT THEIR $20 CASH. Is it even legal to ask for money to people if they want their OWN MEDICAL HISTORIES??? Worst doctor services i ever came across.

Dr. Kholi a wonderful doctor someone can dream for. She knows her job well, very knowledgeable and a doctor who loves and enjoy their work. Always she makes you feel that your issues are very important to her. She arranges all necessary testing immediately. I truly trust her and Thank God that is my doctor. I have referred few friends, and everyone is so happy with her and thankful to me for recommending her. She very much deserves the love, respect, and appreciation from the community as well as the medical team. I wish her all the success and achievements in her medical career.

I will not recommend this clinic. I had an awful experience with Dr. KOHLI. She is very rude, sarcastic, and showing disrespectful behavior. She avoided treating my issues and suggested me to find another Doctor near my area. She has been avoiding my request to be my family doctor for the past six months and ended arguing for her dislike and like of patients. I was surprised even Doctor’s does that as well. This kind of unprofessional behavior is highly unethical. Google should provide half ratings as well.

Awful experience with Female doctor. My wife followed her medication plan. Still not getting better rather went worse than before. When we visited again. She rather giving courage, disrespect to my wife and on asking what to do for the disease, she answered “ I don’t know, what to do. Go to emergency”. I mean come on you are a doctor, govt is paying to treat us. Show some respect to patients and if you can’t treat them well at least give them some encouragement to do better. Don’t behave like a illiterate.

Staff is beyond rude and unprofessional, especially the lady at the front. You could pay her $500 cash and she still wouldn’t act like she cares a bit about you. Worst clinic I’ve ever been to wnd looking at these comments I’m not the only one that thinks so. Had an appointment at 10:50 and ended up waiting for the doctor for 30min. When I asked the lady at the front she just said she said busy with another patient. Terrible. They need to work on thier customer service.

Visited Dr. Kohli for my checkup, initially had some misunderstanding about confidentiality but it was solved upon further followup. Dr. Kohli was kind enough to address my issue and was open to discussion. I understand slips are very common in medicine due to extremely busy schedule of physicians which could be avoided if we try to build physician-patient relationship as feasible as possible. Must say extremely professional pharmacist though!

Honestly, Dr. SACHIN BATRA, is who you call a Family Doctor. What a humble human being, kind, direct. I have known him for now 6 years. I am so proud to call him my family doctor. As a family, we can never thank him enough. He listens attentively to each and every problem.. and furthermore complimenting him his sweet staff and his Pharmacist Mr. DAX PATEL. You have set the bar so high.

The staff is unprofessional. This organization seems to hire inexperienced people for receptionists. Dr Kohli is still good at what she does and she helps the best she can. My complaint is with Dr Batra. He seems to not help you even though it is blatantly obvious. A simple doctors note was needed for a 7-month pregnant person for her workplace. She was denied. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEHWERE ELSE... or stick with dr Kohli.

Mr. and Mrs. Batra are my family doctors since they are in the Canada. They have versatile medical field knowledge, friendliness and fair practices. If any issue speak to them up-front I am sure they will address it that is my experience. Staff is helpful and friendly. Overall we reviewed as knowledgeable and friendly, family physician. Addition to that pharmacy personals are very helpful also.

Staff is unprofessional they don’t know what they are doing. Every time you go it will be like as if it’s their first day at work. They never answer calls. You’ll be lucky if they pick up your call. They don’t have a fixed time when the doctor will call you for the consultation they give a estimation appointment of 4-6 hours don’t go here they will give you stress not do treatment for stress.

Both Doctors are very professional and my family doctor is Dr. kohli over 5 years, very well knowledgeable and allow enough time. Always refer and prefer home remedies first if possible which I prefer most, then advice prescribe medicine. I strongly recomanded this clinic for full family package, from kids to senior. They also have blood lab, and also 10/10 for pharmacy.

There must be a option to give negative star rating. I suggest those who don't have health card never visit to this clinic. They charge alot almost 3 to 4 times than others. Also they are not worth this fee. Don't even listen to patients. Dr. Kohli is so egoistic and rude. People come to a doctor for a hope of treatment, but they don't even talk to them even politely.

Dr. BATRA is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health and my family health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. He takes time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. He will explain you until you understand. Highly recommended. Beware notes: Few staff on the front desk are rude and unprofessional.

I went there with my wife for check up, DR Kohli is good doctor but the front staff are illiterate people and no manners at all. They don't even know how to respect a human being leave the patient. We go to Doctor to solve our problems not increase our mental headache with this kind of staff. worst clinic ever. will never ever recommend to anyone

The receptionist behave rudely rather than doing their own job. They changing their words every day.. Doctor's are good but they need to teach their assistant.. patients are suffering with problem, waiting for resukts & they don't care to call the lab & giving rude answers . I am following up since last 3 days but they don't even care to call.

The doctors at this place are very good and supportive. However staff at front desk desk Do not give correct information. They have given wrong timings for blood sample collection which creates lot of inconsistencies and inconvenience for patients as we take out time from our schedules to come. They need to improve on that definitely!!

I don't want to give even 1 star rating. Pathetic experience. Charges huge amount of fee almost triple or four times as compared to other doctors. During first visit charged 100 dollars and after one week visit they charged 75 dollars just for renewing prescription. Even they don't have sense how to talk with patients.

I called today Saturday 2nd March 2019 to clinic because have a question regarding pain after taking medicine and the girl on the phone didn't even talk properly and hung up. Please improve your front staff attitude and ask them to be more polite because someone call at clinic because of health issue not for time-pass.

Dr Battra does NOT HELP. We've been going here long enough. My 7 month pregnant wife couldn't even get a doctors note to get time off of work. 7 MONTHS PREGNANT. You don't need to be a doctor to see how hard it is for somebody to work. THINK TWICE IF YOU NEED ANY HELP FROM HERE. YOU ARE BETTER OFF ELSEWHERE.

I hope that the Timings of both doctors: Doctor Kohli and Doctor Batra will be posted saparately on Google to find the right opened hours of our own family docter instead of 9am to 8pm. Later patients find that there family doctor has already done the shift. Which is really fristrative.

We have been visiting both Doctors Dr.Batra and Dr. Hohli since 2015. Both are very professional and always give right medical advice. Their experience in medical field always helps to determine to cause instantly. The staff at the office is also very polite and welcoming.

I have a amazing experience with Dr. Suprna Kohli since 7 years. She is very friendly and treat us as a family members. Whenever we have any problems we just come to see her and our problems solved. Strongly recommend to my friends and relatives. Harkesh

I do not recommend Dr. Kohli. I have had a very bad experience with her, in which she was very rude and disrespectful. She was not considerate of my heath and did not even follow up with me, given my health circumstances. Very unprofessional!

Amazing doctors specially Dr.kohli since almost 2013 have been seeing her ..amazing doctor , mom and also very good wife with the amount of work she does and amazing ar diagnoses.you can never go wrong when you are her patient.

Trust me, Dr. Kohli is the best in the town. She is knowledgeable and experienced. She is better than the so called specialist. She gives time and listen to you that is what we are expecting from a doctor. She is awesome!

Visited 3-4 times but seems like both doctors didn’t care for patient who are not registered there.. No proper response.. Really bad attitude.. miscommunication between front desk and doctors has to suffer by patient

There is order, no such thing first come first serve, I had back pain and people come after me seen first, when you call them no answear. What can we expect from our Indian staff, they bringing such culture here too.

Great doctors with profound knowledge both Dr.Batra and Dr.Kohli. Great in timely response in need and follow up care. They are my family’s family doctors, as a Registered Nurse, I stonly recommend them to anyone!

Honestly very unprofessional place, receptionist are extremely rude/unprofessional. They answer the phone with hello as if it’s there personal phone. Just unfortunately overall a bad experience every time.
