I have been to this clinic before and never had a problem, until now. After the Dr saw me, I was told to wait for her, to pay for a form. When she arrived, I asked her a question and she ignored me and helped the persona behind me. The family behind me had appointments for flu shots and she told them she had none left. When they asked why they weren't notified prior to coming in, she said she did not see the appointment. Then she finally addressed me to say I had to pay $100 for the form, when the Dr who filled it said it would be between $30 - $50. Then she told me they only accepted cash. There was no visible sign, and that was the last straw as I could had gone to get cash while I waited for the form to be filled. Then as I explained this, she gave me attidue, ignored me, was exceptionally rude. I asked for her name as I wanted to make a formal complaint about her and she continued to ignore me. Then the Dr spoke with me and said she would give me her name. I asked for her name again, and she asked me to follow her. I did and she started yelling and pointing her finger at me because "you have to respect me in my place of business", i asked her to lowere her voice, and that I was being respectful, just simply wanted her name to make a formal complaint. She responded "I don't want to give you my name" and walked away from me. So i took a photo of her. Ya, it was a Karen move, but she is getting paid to treat people like this and the public should know. She should be allowed to treat her clients like that, especially because she is dealing with the sick and vulnerable public. And I am glad that it happened to me because I was capable of standing up for myself, where others may have not been. Frankly the service was disgusting, especially considering we are in a pandemic. I will never step foot in this clinic again, and I hope that this woman sincerely gets the training she needs to work with the public, because as of right now, she thinks WE work for HER.

This place is really bad right now. Where is doctor Simin, I want her back. This doctor don't take you serious, they don't believe what you are saying, the medical assistant laughed at your face. No talking your problems or concerns serious. I'm talking about the young one not the Indian( medical assistant). Names I don't know but he is my family doctor so I'm concern about not having a decent doctor. I don't want to go there but if I do is because I'm not well. I don't like to take medication but if I do is because I need it. I know my self, I have chronic sinusitis so if my nose through out yellow liquid, I have an infection. 7 days antibiótic for a chronic infection is no enough, I know this for experience from my childhood. Not even an RX they want to take. Nothing they don't care. THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS THE FARMACY. REALLY NICE PEOPLE.

Worst doctors office I have ever been to!!! Have gone 4 times now to have tests done and yet to actually get any form of results. Keep telling me test was inconclusive need to do another. Next one went missing. Next one the lab didn’t do proper tests. And now after 4th time going for tests after two weeks of waiting I call receptionist Anna telling me at first she will check to see if results are in, wen she didn’t even ask my name to even know whom she was speaking to!!! After an argument I’m told to come back in in another week to speak with doctor!!! This is been an ongoing thing for over a month trying to get results! This is ppls health they are dealing with! Very unprofessional and unorganized wouldn’t recommend anyone goes here and I’m in the process of filing complaints as this isn’t first problem with them.

This particular review is about Dr. Muzahari. He is the rudest doctor and "director" as he calls himself. I've not had any issues with other doctors but I feel incredibly uncomfortable around him. He is unprofessional for someone to hold the title of a doctor. His clinic at this point is locked and you have to press the bell. I pressed the bell and the office girl told me to come in. I didn't have a mask and thought since they are enforcing a mask on their patients perhaps they would provide it too. When he heard me ask for a mask, he yelled at me for coming in and said that the mask is for employees only. He has no understanding that people might not be carrying mask and still need medical attention. He is horrible director and doctor, and I will be filling an official complaint!

The irresponsible and disrespectful doctors that I have ever seen, especially Dr. Arash Mazaheri who owns the clinic. Whether you walk in or book an appointment you still have to wait long, they have no respect to the patients. The receptionist guides you to the examine room so you expect that the doctor will see you in minutes but unfortunately you have to wait hours in that tiny room, they are not busy at all but they are sitting in their privet office sharing their back home stories and laughing loud, you can easily hear their nonsense chatting. The clinic is usually empty as they are almost out of patient yet they treat you so poor. Very disappointed

UPDATE: Nov. 21, 2023 and Sept. 28, 2023: Lately, it is impossible to leave a voice mail message because their voice mailbox is always full. That's applicable to multiple days, especially on Mondays. They should listen to their messages and answer them quickly each day! Much as I am very happy with the doctors and receptionists who treat me extremely well, and are diligent in giving me great health care, this is the one thing that bothers me the most. There have been times when I've had to go there in person to talk to the Receptionist instead of phoning. That's inconvenient for me, especially if I'm too sick to leave home!

Dr. Mark Illes refused to see my sister because she was using her cellphone to translate and communicate with him. It's sad and very wrong of him to not see a person who needs a health service just because they're using technology to communicate. I consider he is profiling her and being very racist, very strange though because it's not the first time she does this. Will be thinking on complaining to the health board because it's very hamulating and disappointing since CANADA it's such a multicultural country, and it's not like he's FULLY CANADIAN just to put it out there.

During the earlier years of this clinic, it was very difficult to be seen. It would take hours to see the doctor. But as of recently, I was able to get help promptly with shorter wait times now which is great. I have had different issues that needed referrals to specialists and so thankfully it didn’t take too long to get them here. The pharmacist and his team are super kind and awesome, the PAs are all really professional, and the receptionists who are also phlebotomists are very helpful. Dr. Mazahari has a good set of people working at this clinic with him at the helm.

Just Saturday I was there, and I’m DR Simin’s patient. After 3 years ,I believe she is one of the best knowledgeable family Dr. So polite ,fast and always her diagnosis are correct .she is listening actively ,kindly and of course patiently. I’m always following her instructions and never regret. The ladies in reception always changing maybe they are new and some times don’t answer the phone, also still polite .But nothing wrong with DR Simin and her knowledges . She is one of the best and I keep going there.

Called to get information for a patient currently waiting in our office and reception was rude and yelled at me and the patient to give her time " because she is alone" ma'am I work front desk too, that is unacceptable and the patient stated the doctor is this way aswell! I wouldn't come here! Seems very rude and unprofessional. We have been waiting for her to call the patient back for 10 minutes now.

Dr. Mazaheri is the slowest doctor in Ontario.takes his sweet time. Shows up at 11am. Eats while attending customers. An empty walk in clinic in the day takes an HR to be attended.. he speaks loud and to reception about what medicine he wants for the patient letting others in the room know what the patient has. Unprofessional and rude.. any positive review on here guarantee is a fake.

The current receptionist is terrible at her job. She is rude and incompetent. She has very poor customer service skills and lacks knowledge of her job. She is often on her phone during her shift. She is terrible. If I had to rate this clinic based on her alone my rating would be a zero out of five. I repeat she is terrible maybe even racist.

This is the worst walk in clinic ever! They have no respect for people's time. They overbook to try and make an extra buck and make everyone wait over an hour for their appointments. Third time in a row waiting over one hour past my appointment and other people in the waiting room are complaining for the same reason. Doctor's are rude too.

In my experience, both doctors: dr. Mazaheri and dr. Simin as well as doctor's assistant are reliable professionals. They do not rush through appointment, pay attention to patient's words. They are also human beings so they will not be perfect and completely flawless, but I must admit they try their best.

The owner of this clinic Dr. Muzahari who is also serving in this Clinic is the rudest doctor i have ever seen.... he shouts at his patients does not allow them to even speak properly and say what is the problem. i even thought of filing an official complain against him.. Poor and unprofessional doctor !

Dr.Mark Illes has been a wonderful doctor. This is my go-to whenever I have an emergency and he is someone whom you can feel comfortable during consultation. In addition, LJ the Medical Secretary is so charming and approachable. Will definitely go back for medical visit.

Wasted months putting our health at risk because reception did not follow up on the referral which was decline by the specialist no one notified us or attempted to forward the referral elsewhere. Unacceptable.

Very fast efficient service! Medical secretary was very kind and attended to me while training new staff. Doctor was very down to earth. Pharmacist was friendly and fast. Will definitely come back here.

Been coming here for many years. There’s a pharmacy inside. All the staff know me and my family. Great service, just the wait times can sometimes be ridiculous.

Sign says open at 10am on Sunday, waited until 10:20 with nobody there. Lights off, door locked. Went to Albion-Islington Medical Centre and got in right away.

Poor reception service, will put you on hold for over an hour and never get back to you!
