Went in to buy a pair of Cons during quiet time. Went very smoothly. Saffron was so professional, helpful and accommodating when I went in. She offered me a pair of disposable socks when I tried them on and had the time to check up on me between other customers and my asking her to check for certain sizes. She was understanding when another customer changed their minds. I can only imagine what it's like going on busy days. Thank you, very appreciated. Big thumbs up on the service.

Had a terrible experience at HYPE DC MACQUARIE SHOPPING CENTRE. I ordered a pair of shoes, which their courier misplaced. It’s now been 10 days , they still haven’t found the shoes and are still investigating. They have not given me a refund or credit. Very disappointed. The store manager Alex has been very unhelpful. Spoke to their customer service also,but no action has been taken. Hoping to get this resolved soon:(:(

Went into Hype Macquarie to buy my daughter a pair of shoes for her birthday. They were out of stock in store but the lovely sales lady looked it up for me and arranged for the only pair in her size left to be sent directly to my house. That was Tuesday it’s now Thursday lunch time and shoes have already arrived. Awesome service by the sales assistant and Hype will definitely think to use Hype Dc more often.

I brought my mum to get a new pair of Hoka shoes after her physio recommended her to get one. Janine has been above and beyond in helping us find the right fit for her. She’s very accommodating and patient in assisting. She showed genuine concern about the issues my mum’s having with her foot which we really appreciated. Thank you for your assistance today. Left the store with a very happy mum! :)

Good range of sneaks. Staff cool. Some have attitude. Jealousy is not a good characteristic to have, especially when the person is jealous of a customer buying sneakers...Macquarie staff very good and friendly, knowledgeable. Need to get more exclusive sneaks.

The shop assisstants were sitting on the couch, busy chatting to each other. Not even greeting customers or asking for assistance. They need at least greet the customers right? I would go to the shops next door if you really need to buy shoes.

Great experience shopping at Hype MP. The store was busy but the male staff member was all over it, with efficiency, calm and courtesy and good product knowledge - found me the perfect shoe which has been a difficulty. Thanks a tonne.
