Do not buy or deal with Imex Motors, you will thank me later. Wow. I don’t even know where to start from. it is obvious the 3 stars he has must have been paid for or from his flings and kids. This guy is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional, do not buy from him, once he takes your money he will treat you like garbage. My experience with him was awful, I am beginning to wonder if he has some psychological or other issues. He should not be dealing with the public because he takes advantage of the fact that most people who do business with him do not even know their right. Its painful that this guy is just out there to exploit people. Folks stay away from Imex Motors. You will be glad you did. I am still amazed how this guy got his dealership license. He is a bad image for dealership business in Ontario. He does not deserve to interface with the public.

I went there today to look at a car . Sales guy (owner?) brought keys out and told me to take my time ( I thought this is good) However when I brought the keys back and said I think about it he switched .. He got very standoffish when I said Ill think about it he said you will think about it ! for a $1500 car ( yes I was looking for a winter beater ) I said yes as I dont want to get into something that will cost alot of money . I said can I have a business card and he said what for (WTH) it was like I asking for a $100 bill. What business owner dosent want to give a card ? All in all very rude and sketchy place , I hope the inspectors (BBB) watch this place . Do yourself a favor DONT waste your time

I called on march 11th at 11:45, asking about a car i saw on the internet, he was talking in a bad way, i asked to speak with the manager he said that he is the manager and i doubt it tho, but if he was really the manager, may god be with his business i doubt that it’d last long, the guy’s name was Fadi but when i asked him about his name he lied about it and said that his name was Joe. 0 for customers service. The guy was literally swearing during the call.

WARNING! I knocked on the door of their office at 10 o’clock today and no answer and nobody was on the lot that could help me!!! I left after driving across the city for nothing! Lesson learned, After calling and leaving a voice message someone called me back and was extremely rude after asking about their hours of service...I strongly do not recommend!!!

I bought a Sonata 2006 in August 2017. The air bag light became on after few days I bought the vehicle. I am reviewing them now in 2020 because I sold the car few days ago and it could not pass the safety because of this problem. So, I do not recommend anyone buying from them.

I’ve had the worst experience of my life with this dealer. I were lied to misled to that the plug in batteries on 40000.00 vehicle is giving a range of over 20 kilometres per charge it doesn’t. Make sure to not trust this person

I bought a Civic Si from Imex and the car works awesome. The service was great and my AC wasn't working and they fixed it fast. I would recommend this dealer highly.
