I have been coming for a few years with different owners throughout the time it’s been open - I think 3/ 4 altogether.One time I paid for car detailing ($70) and they always did a great job! Next time I ask new owners who quote me $90 thought I’d give them a go and wasn’t as good at all. Last time I went to do my car the coin operated vacuums have been changed to card swipes ( I think the one at the end is still coin) every time you swipe for $2 worth of time your card is charged $2.20 - that may sound like only 20c but it’s actually a 10% surcharge. Same with the car wash. Charged a surcharge. - I don’t go often usually only when I haven’t had time to do it myself and sometimes I’m willing to pay for the sake of convenience. So I decided to put up with being charged a surcharge every time I swiped my card for that as I just had no time to wash it myself. But I haven’t been back since there is nothing I loathe more then being charged to fee to access my own money. I’m happy to pay what’s advertised but don’t charge me for paying. Yes I have taken to carrying cash around as it’s happening at more and more establishments but it’s only to be able to pay if I’m caught of guard and then note to never go there again. With each change of owners at IMO the service quality suffered a bit each time but the surcharge for eftpos was the real eff you to customers in my book. That was the kicker. To bad.

Just happened today. Terrible wash quality, zero customer service. Do not recommend. Me: Hey I just went through and there’s still lots of loose dirt/dust on the bonnet, roof and side windows (wipes finger on door to show how easily the dust came off). I think it needs to go through again Attendant: Ok that will be $18 (raises eftpos machine) Me: No I mean it still needs the first wash done, without paying again Attendant: You have roof racks so no guarantee the car can be cleaned (p.s they are tiny ones that come stock with the sedan. Never had issues at other machine wash places) Me: Then why do the bonnet and side windows look like they weren’t even wet? Also a landcruiser with massive roof racks was in front of me and it doesn’t look dusty like mine. Maybe the triple foam or whatever didn’t come through, or you missed these spots when you gernied at the start. $18 should be enough to have the loose dust removed Attendant: You have racks so it won’t be washed Me: Then why were you about to let me pay another $18? I’m not paying again. Do I really have to reverse out with this line behind me? It’s still covered in dust, you didn’t wash it Attendant: Yes you can reverse out. Not washing again Me: Curse words while I wait for 3 cars to reverse out so I can exit

I have been coming to this car wash for over three years now and get the same wash every single time. But always constantly told that I need to get the $99 car wash so that my car will be washed and clean properly does not make sense. I cleaned out my car before I even went to the car wash and this young kid expected me to pay $99 for my little tiny car. I told him I didn’t want it and he told me that I need to get it done or it will only be a half done job. Why would it be a half done job when I’m paying almost $80 for what I usually get but because I’m not paying $99 you wanna say that my car will only be half washed. Sorry Will not be coming back to this car wash and fortunately & by the looks of your reviews it’s gonna be a lot of people that are gonna end up going elsewhere..This floor here is the reason for me having to pay $99.. So he says lol Pathetic

In this Branch Every Staff is a Boss. All of them argue with the customer at a time. They are very rough and ready to fight with the customer instead of solving the problem. Very Bad experience. I never faced this type of bad behaviour towards customers in any business in last 24 years in Australia. They did not done the job Properly, when pointed they told me that stain won't go. when i tried with tissue it came out. They are more money minded than doing their job properly. Worst customer service non English speaking, unprofessional and underpaid staff. I requested the guy please make sure you must brush properly around the rear number plate and rear bumper but seems like they are deaf they were talking to each other in their own language and laughing. Owner of this car wash only hire cheap international students so he don’t have to pay properly. That’s really shame people want to live in this beautiful country and trying to destroy our system. Very disappointing!

Got $180 Detailing Package including engine clean. They finished it in less then an hour, the result wasn’t worth the total $220. My wheels got wrecked! Scratches on all four wheels. Went back to them after 20min after picking up my car. The owner wasn’t there, they claimed that they didn’t do it. I brought the car recently so I know it was definitely not there and the scratched were very new. Couldn’t help me, but hopefully the boss will get back to me. Very disappointed.

The man tried to charge me more than quoted , he was rude , hard to understand & was shouting at me when I questioned him . The job was appalling , nothing inside wiped down and dodgy as . The man refused to give me my keys , I threatened to call the police . Other customers there weren’t happy either . Don’t waste your time or money going here , rude and very disappointed. I paid , but NEVER again . I took photos of the after !!!!! Seriously I am gobsmacked

Vac was ok, expected it to have a stronger suction though. Went through car wash, they didn't even pre-wash my vehicle just ushered me straight through car wash which left visible dirt all over. Will never use them again. Best off going to a car wash somewhere (deagon if it's still there) that let's you do it yourself.. They used to be really good on service and prices but now they don't really care,guess it's all about making money instead! So disappointed!

we were there today for our car detailing. There was a guy with ear rings on both of his ear. After looking into my car he gave us an estimate. I was asking details since it was my first visit at this place. but, all of a sudden he asked me to take my business somewhere else. Don't know why he got mad for just asking the details. i guess he was having a bad day. but, i found it very insulting and rude. I am never ever taking my business here again.

car washed for $22 it was all same thing no difference between $9 or $22 all those sheild extra they have written I couldn't understand what difference it makes on the car. After finishing the car wash when I the Guy about car hasn’t even completely washed from the back side then I got the reply that “We can’t do anything about this “ (Assi esde bare kuch kr ni skde) which is very rude and disrespectful!! ‼️Not Happy‼️

I have used the drive thru wash and it was affordable at $20. Although the end product needed a further detail clean on tight corners that the machines couldnt reach. I also used their vacuum. $2.90 for 6 minutes was more than enough and it was great, although their vacuum hose wasn’t long enough to go to the other side your car so you have to turn your car around for this.

The facility is ideal for general automatic machine wash there from $9 to $16. You get value for the money. However, I took the internal clear service and paid $75 for it. It was a rush work, water and cleaner mark everywhere. Their vacuum self-service is just $2-$4, could have used that. The hand cleaning inside is not at all satisfactory, it seems someone spend 5 minutes.

I am thinking a car wash should take care of dirt, at least what is visible. Seemed like it was of no business to the guy who serviced me. All he had to do was collect my money and properly brush over my rear glass for a few seconds, which he failed with great ease. Oh and not so much of a "hello" as a greeting! I guess I will have to look for other options...

I’ve been coming here for 12 yrs and always happy, I used to tell people to go there .. was great car wash.. Now I’ll be saying no don’t go there it’s a waste of your money & time .. very disappointed My car came out today no better than going in And there’s a white powered residue all over car $22 It sucks .. Once you do wrong to your community it will only be a matter of time before noone will use you. You should have learned that from the pass owners mate..

This place used to be A+ BUT a few times now, we’ve been less than satisfied with the pre wash process. Today in particular, the passenger side and boot area were barely touched, the wheels weren’t given a good brush over and after our $22 wash, our car still looked like it needed to go through a car wash. Disappointed.

Best place to get your vehicle spotless clean, both inside and outside. The vacuum cleaners are the best in the business. Love the experience every time! Friendly and very supportive & knowledgeable staff, who always serve with a smile. How good can that get, a must visit, I will suggest. Cheers.

The 2 detailers at IMO car wash were incredible. I had an incredibly bad smell in the car and couldn't find the source. It took them a fair while but they found the red plastic container (full of mouldy food). After a really good detail the car is smelling great once again. Well done guys!!

Worst car wash ever. I paid $23 for a single car wash and they did not even wipe or dry the car. Left the was wit water dripping down and dust sitting on the sides of the doors. Never ever going back and never recommending them to anyone ever. WORST CAR WAS EVER.. HIGHLY UPSET

A basic wash is $10 and it's pretty good value. The more expensive washes don't necessarily give you that much more. Be prepared that you may need to touch up a spot or two if you have some dirt or grime badly stuck to the outside. Love the convenience of this drive through.

1st car wash I've used that the car didn't come out dirty from the recycled water, (Normally I have to chamois the car off).The car is clean, dry, and shiny. Staff friendly and efficient. It's worth every cent I paid. I'll be returning regularly.

Fairly decent wash, detailing left a bit to desired as inside windows were wiped so quick as to not remove any dirt, full of steaks that only took two more times wiping to clean. For $80 expected not to have to continue the job on my own

The support staff is very impatient to explain the instructions to customer. Not every one know how automated car wash works nor all car washes are same! Have some patience to let customer know how to position the car.

Got my car done today service was friendly they done a really good job even dropped my keys back to my work (I work in the centre across the road) little touches like air freshener will defs only go here now thanks!

Many wash options available with increasing cost dependant on choice. Wash was quick and convenient whilst remaining within vehicle. Most grime removed, but some stubborn spots remained.

I gave my car here for an exterior wash and interior vacuum, dashboard cleaning. These guys did an excellent job, was on time, smiling face, explained their available services

I visited this place for the first time yesterday, it's not good. There are plenty of dirts and spots still after the wash. Not worth it.

My m8 took there 4b there full make over $150. Still water marks on every window and spider webs on back wipers. Just a rush job.
