I took my sick cat to a confirmed appointment..I was told that I did not have an appointment . Invited to make a new appointment on another day. Absolutely disgusted. What is the point of appointments if the vet is not going to be there? Do NOT recommend. Will Never use again. Obviously don't care about animals.

This vets is brilliant. We were looking after my sisters dog and he kept being sick. We got a same day appointment and they treated him and my son who took him with patience and kindness. Have been very happy with the service - always responsive when i have queries via email, took good care of my cat when she fell ill during summer, and was recently very helpful in successfully challenging an exclusion in my pet's insurance policy.

Today is my second time to visit this Vet. Bith times were emergency appointments and I am very happy with the treatment my both cats had. Very nice vet explained my cat's case in a simple way and advised the treatment. The prices are OK and I can highly recommend this vet.

Avoid this vet .. my dog had a C-section yet gave birth to a dead pup late in the night after surgery also delivered placentas ... the vet herself is rude and gives no concern for the animal. She only wants your money. Avoid at all cost she has no experience !
