First of all, this place is extremely dirty and unpleasant to get any beauty procedures done. Secondly, I got my lashes done on Monday, and by Thursday, I had no extensions left, and my natural lashes were falling attached to the extensions and looked very damaged. This is such a low class practice and I hate to say, but I doubt if the person (I think her name is Jen) has any certification/license or rights to even be close to this industry. I wasted $130 and ended with damaged lashes! Avoid this place at all costs!

Jen is THE best. She knows her stuff, and knows how to deliver exactly what you want. Getting my lashes with Jen is always the highlight of my month! Not only is she slaying the game with all her lash sets but it’s also like talking to a friend every single time. She makes you feel comfortable and spoiled and pampered! She’s worth the trip and worth more than money could buy. <3

I do not recommend this place whatsoever. My lashes started falling out two hours later after I got them done. Within three days I had no lashes left, which was not what I've expected. I've been wearing lash extensions for almost 10 years, visited many lash studios worldwide and never encountered such a terrible work. This studio was such a waste of time and money!

Absolutely love my lashes every time, Jen always makes sure I’m happy or she asks if there’s anything that’s needs changes she’s always more than happy to comply. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and it’s always the best vibes. I’ve recommended icy lash bar to a few friends and clients of my own who are now returning clients of hers as well!!!!
