Went there to look for some books and found out the store is part of a gangstalking ring in edmonton, or the staff there is part of it. The staff member (small blonde man, looked about 13 years old, maybe 11) played mind games at his computer using typical gangstalking methods (gas lighting, mimmicking, invading privacy, parroting, directed conversation). Hey Coles, maybe you should hire people that are mature and not part of gangstalking routines... one day you'll wish you had never had me as a customer with the one star reviews you'll receive. Good day, children.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences here but unfortunately I bought a fair amount of books during their "Classics" 3 for $10 sale and four out of six of my books are Staff Picks for Weiling, now I'm not discouraged about the recommendations but I'm struggling to remove the staff picks stickers (even using a blow dryer) so please Weiling, whoever you may be, have mercy on your customers when it comes to your sticker placement

Helpful staff. Selection is limited; enough variety that you'll find something that interests you or as a gift for someone, but they probably don't have the specific book you're looking for unless it's a bestseller and brand new. South Common and Chapters on Calgary Trail have a much wider selection... but they're obviously a lot bigger. For what it is, it's as good as it can get in that small space.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to recommend great books for a 7 year old boy, quickly get pricing on items for me and held items for me while I browsed around. For such a small store, it has a great selection. It was also fun to be a part of the book signing for Molly The Beautiful Pig!

Indigo Chapters os one of my favourite places, I like searching for babies and kids toys, also there are electronic stations that you can search for the items that you want in the store, employees are very friendly and recommending products for my best, I like other branches that have a coffee corner as well, you just drink your coffee, read and relax

Very rude service here. They sell porcelain mugs but aren't prepared to wrap the mugs they sell. Went as far as telling me they don't wrap the glassware they sell. My grandmother bought some cups here before and did have them wrapped. I believe this store racially profiled me for the color of my skin. Very disappointed with the service here.

Tho a great place to get kids interested in reading during this time , it would be really really appreciated if the hours on the website would match the hours posted on the door . I drove from 1 Street and yellowhead to Southgate to find the store close ! It's posted as open ....wasted 40 mins traveling to what I thought was a store open...

We had placed an online order which turned into somewhat of a disaster. Without going into detail, the staff and Manager at South Gate were wonderful. They addressed our issue without hesitation and were a pleasure to deal with.......a five star review is very deserving and we highly recommend this store. Thanks for the GREAT service.

There was a long line up before entering the store. One of the staff who saw me waiting with a baby and my 4 yr old came to me saying what I was looking for and if they had the book I was looking for. I’m glad she came to me as they were out of stock so I guess without her I would be waiting for nothing

Indigospirit is the place to be if you'll ever need to buy good books or various stationery supply products. The prices were reasonable and the place was bright and their customer service was excellent too. I'm certain you would have an enjoyable time shopping here as well.

Was having a wonderful time checking some books out until a "Karen" working there approached me and didn't like the way my mask looked. All this was happening while her chin diaper was below her nose. In my mind, she made the company look bad.

I always have the best experience at this location, whenever I go I always see Khadija. She is the most sweetest and helpful employee ever, always feel welcomed when I come here! Thanks for having such an awesome employee!

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful, I have no problem with that, but the book selection is very small in this store. Often disappointed when I come in the store looking for a book.

This is a small pop-up bookstore at Southgate mall. It has limited selection but you will find newer titles. It is beside Starbucks. Earn your plum points while you shop here.

Great customer service. Clean and inviting environment. The only downfall is lack of stock sometimes but that could due to popularity of books I am seeking.

Mostly kids and toddler items, no staff assistance on the floor, and aisles too jam packed with merchandise to allow ease of accessibility. Pretty lame.

Coles stores are too small with too limited selection. They really only carry the most current and popular books. Store is nice and staff are good.
