UPDATE First they lost my order, then after 3 months said fabric now on backorder, then said would be another month, then after that, Hope it will be in soon. Now 8 months. They delivered chairs that were picked to match 2 sofas. Now they have my money and I am still in one mess. No restitution, only terrible attitude. Will never deal with these people ever again. Not reliable, untruthful and unethical. UPDATE now 9 months without sofas and today told all prior excuses were manufacturers fault and order has been placed and will be shipped in 8WEEKS . LIES LIES LIES DONT EVER SHOP AT INTERIOR DESIGN HOUSE

Paid for a design consultation which ended with us ordering furniture and then they vanished after they saying they help finish and accessorize the rooms. Ordering furniture from them takes MONTHS so expect to wait 6+ months to get anything - and pray it's not damaged cause it will take months to get the replacement too. We have been waiting since September for our replacement and it's now mid-March! Very frustrating.

Interior Design House is my go to place when I want to check out what is new in home decor. The furniture and decorative pieces are superbly arranged to help give the shopper ideas for their own home and ways to incorporate new pieces to update the look of their personal decor. The staff are helpful and encourage browsing as it takes a while to view all the wonderful selection in the store.

I love this store, there are so few like it in Burlington. The furniture and decor are always current and beautifully chosen. I love that whenever I go in, there is always something new to either inspire my clients or to put in my own house. Service and knowledge of the staff is wonderful. If they only served wine.....sigh!

Wonderful company to work with! My mother in law also ordered an amazing down-filled sofa and it is literally the softest and prettiest couch I have ever seen! She also uses them for all of her accent mirrors and pieces in her home and they are all spectacular! I would ONLY use them in the future for furniture or decor!

Good place to go but I find most things overpriced. I guess that's the country hicking me. All that said we did find a very nice small sofa to fit our space. I would suggest opening up the store a little bit more to allow wheelchairs to have free access through.

I love going to the Interior Design House where you are surrounded by beautiful items for every room in your home. It truly is an inspirational place where you will definitely find a beautiful addition to your home. I travel 1 1/2 hours just to go there!

I love this store. Although I live in Oakville I always come to this store for accessories and furniture. The product is modern and up to date and the staff is very helpful. It is always a great experience shopping at the IDH and I highly recommend it.

Great products and fabulous customer service. We purchased several pieces and they not only delivered the items on time, they installed them. Hung the pictures, placed the lamps, tables, art etc. Outstanding. I'd give them 6 stars if I had the option.

We had a great experience shopping here today! The staff were all very helpful in helping us brainstorm artwork and other pieces that would work for us. We bought two table lamps and a vase and are very pleased with both!

Unfortunately they did not carry reclining sofas, and I found the lighting poor and the store was dark.
