Worst ever! Ordered a cross arrangement for a funeral on Saturday for a mass on Monday at noon. I was guaranteed that it would be there by 9 am and it was written in bold letters on the receipt. On Monday I got a call from the delivery girl at 1:20 pm! Telling me that she just got there! I flipped when she told me she set them up DURING the procession. I called the florist right away and told them I wanted a refund since they were only going to be displayed for less than 15 minutes. They said no problem but they had called the delivery girl to return and pick up the arrangement, within 15 minutes the flower's were already on their way to the cemetery and now the owner won't refund me since he wasnt able to recover the flowers. They then tell me that they won't reinburse me until the delivery girl pays them for their mistake. Worst experience ever! If I could rate them with an angry emoji I woul! Lost my friend, lost over $100, and lost my temper.....

Literally the worst experience we've ever had! We ordered flowers on March 20th for a wedding on june 3rd. We even came in two other times to confirm and when we came in on June 3 they hadn't even started the order! Nothing was done! No center pieces no bouquets nothing! Then when we complained they kept telling us to calm down and not get hysterical. They asked us if we had pictures and we reminded them that the female owner took pictures in her iPad! The day of the wedding and they had nothing! We even put $155 down and they still had nothing. We told them that we need the flowers and we told them no later than 4 and the OWNER HIMSELF states he would have them at our venue by 2 pm on June 3 so we're gonna wait and see if they have them. Then only one we can say was any sort of helpful was a young girl. She saved this sale. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would.

They came in clutch, accommodating all of my last minute additions! The arrangements for the welcome tables, bar and cocktail decorations, ceremony chairs and arch, all bouquets and boutonnières, flower petals down the aisle, cake decoration, more than a dozen reception tables, plus a 12ft long centerpiece for the head table were all even more beautiful than I imagined. They delivered it all to the LA River Center and set it up perfectly — and worked with my sis to do digital payment when I totally spaced on the cash! (DO NOT SPACE ON THE CASH) Fue un placer y mil veces agradecida. Los arreglos quedaron mucho más hermosos de los que yo tenía en mente. Ya las he recomendado varias veces. Ya que estoy embarazada, los voy a contactar para mi Baby Shower!!

Almost $ 500 charged on my card to this company, NO ORDER MADE FROM ME!!! called my credit card company to report, they stated this place has come up multiple times with fraud charges. I think they knowingly take card information from people in Mexico with these cards that are compromised from people on vacation at the resort. (this is 100% what happened to us) When i called to find out who/where the flowers were sent was told couldnt get that info it was "private". (i get that HOWEVER knowing the amount and that it was a stolen card would think a few rules could be bent). You're welcome whoever got 500 worth of flowers on Valentines Day courtesy or your stealing our card!!

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT 3X'S WHEN I BOUGHT A BOUQUET OF ROSES WORTH 25.00 THEY CHARGED ME 252.50, WHEN I ASKED TO REFUND THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T. THEN THEY MADE ANOTHER CHARGE FOR .25 CENTS, THEN ANOTHER CHARGE FOR 25.00 IT'S BEEN A MONTH AND THE OWNER IS AVOIDING ME AND HIS EMPLOYEES ALL THEY DO IS LAUGH EVERY TIME I SHOW UP LOOKING FOR HIM. WHAT A FRAUD DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

The service here is excellent. Prices are the best you can find. We came to purchase funeral arrangements and the experience was easy and Mari was very patient with us. The flower arrangements were beautiful just what my mom would have wanted.

Homa was very nice and patient with my best friend's flower arrangement order for her wedding. Really took her time to make sure my friend was pleased with the colors and flowers for her center pieces.
