I was interested in an S22 phone, happy to pay cash. I finished up with a couple of JB staff, who recommended a plan with Telstra and a rinky-dink in-store credit/ debit fiddle they claimed was in the end equal to my current plan but I would get a phone "free". They filled my application in on the store computer, so I did not see what was coming up. (My bad.) In short, I later got a $160 charge from Vodafone for change a contract (no phone involved, just changing a phone account; no complaints about Vodafone). I did get the phone (separate story) and later got a letter from Telstra saying I had no account and the first payment was overdue. Took nearly an hour to sort it out and set up an account I can use to see and pay my Bills (Telstra's phone lady was very patient: thanks Telstra!) Then I saw my international call rate through the plan they had me on - $8.40 /minute to talk to friends in NZ and family overseas! Haven't seen those rates for 30 years. Not happy. Telstra can't help because it is actually a JB contract - not really Tesltra. Don't listen if they say their Telstra deal is equal to other deals. Shame, because I used to be a positive customer at JB.

He was very nice and helpful telling me, all I had to do was save it as a pdf in the new version of word.I felt a little embarrased but I'm able to laugh at myself. At least I know now However I went back today in search of something it was advertised in correctly- which is a reportable offence- not to mention the young lady was very pert and dismissive- it appears there was a break down in communication because I wasn't after a watch it was something else intierly people just need to take the time to find out what there customers are after, instead of fobbing them off, especially when u don't know eho that customer really is, no wonder Ebay does so well

Had an awful experience at JBHIFI warriwood. I was there to buy a new Apple Watch and when I was finally helped by a staff member he was very rude and did not offer any help or advise. After a very long time he ushered me over to the counter and refused to serve me. Other staff at the register were very rude in their service at the counter. After leaving I had been giving the wrong colour and had to return to the store. After speaking to the manager he had given me the new colour but too refused to serve me at the counter. Another staff member argued with the manager that she did not want to serve me either. Overall will not be returning to this store.

I visited JBhifi at Warriewood square a few days after they opened. I spoke with Claire. She was friendly, super lovely to deal with and very helpful. I left having purchased what I needed. Then, my device I bought had a mechanical failure. After numerous attempts by myself and a private IT specialist I went back to JBHiFi Warriewood. I spoke with Claire again about the issue. She went straight to her manager Lewis and immediately they solved my problem. It was a hassle free and pain free experience. I wish to thank Claire and Lewis for their time and help and quick solving of my problem. Shop happily here people.

Thank you JB Hifi at Warriewood. Went there to buy some office equipment and they set up and tested it all before I left the store because I wanted to make sure it all worked the way I wanted. This meant unpacking monitor boxes (2), plugging in to my laptop and setting up multi-screen. I just cannot rate their service more highly. Every purchase, they go above and beyond for me. Thanks to Isaac today but broader, thanks to the whole team for consistently being wonderful. Sorry for leaving you with all the foam packing.

Staff simply not bothered looking for items that are actually in the store.... actually phrase from staff member " hi we do have three in stock but unfortunately the person that working in the media department is not here and I'm not very good at it". Is it so hard to look for a DVD? As leaving the store 4 staff members are joking around and playing some sort of game amongst themselves, how unprofessional. Had to drive 25min as the item is in stock and then get told that by the staff member. Poor form.

I went into this store to make a purchase. I was totally ignored and stood there for 20 minutes as the younger generation came, got served and then left. As I walked out I asked the Security Guard if he could see me? He answered off course, why do you ask, I told him that the staff obviously could not so I thought that maybe I was invisible. I’ll never go in there again Nor would I recommend this store. Very disappointed, Such is life. I’m in my 70’s and did not expect this when I entered the store.

Recently bought a huge LGNano 91 TV and a couple of other smaller items (earbuds, 2 Ultimate Ears portable speakers). The products are fabulous. So happy with my purchases and it’s all thanks to probably the best salesperson I have encountered in a very long time…. JACK! No pressure and no hard sell. He is so friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and nothing was a problem for him. I will definitely be going to see him when it’s time to upgrade my laptop soon. Thank you Jack!

Okay unless something out of the ordinary happens. Order an 85” tv, was due to be delivered however nothing happened, rang their warehouse and they couldn’t find it. They gave me the main warehouse number so called them but they advised no stock (despite me ordering week prior). Went into store for credit but then they can’t process credits over $3.5k. No one knew how to do it. Just a disaster all round really. Such a shame as the staff were ok (hence extra star).

I love jbhifi and was excited for this new store, and it sure is big and shiny which is exciting. The only problem I have is how they have completely mixed in bluray and DVD together. This makes it a lot harder to find what you are looking for. Can’t you please seperate them, the way you have UHD seperate? All other stores manage to keep the media’s seperate and it works really well, no one has any problems. I just don’t understand why you can’t do the same :(

Just bought an LG Nano91 4K TV - Amazing! Jack J provided the best service & advice I have ever had. He took the time to ask questions to find out exactly what type of TV would suit my needs and the technology that would be required. He explained everything & his knowledge was exceptional. They seriously asked me to bring my own power bank and cable to test a display phone I was interested in. They didn't want to open another charging cable. I came back the next day and the price had gone up!. In the checkout queue, they wanted me to sign an extensive form to waive my consumer rights. I chose to order online instead and got the same product a lot cheaper the next day. Sorry guys, that really took the cake.

So disinterested in customers is probably close to the most stereotypical casual weekend employee attitude I've ever seen. Took 20 mins of being ignored before i grabbed some guy and said I will buy this tv. Then it was 15 mins before they found the storeman as an another 5 waiting at the dock. Terrible, belrose is so different in a good way. I'll drive up there next time.

Fantastic!! Finally J.B.s opens a store in Warriewood and it's so very convenient for the northern beaches. Situated next to Coles in Warriewood Square shopping centre, the store is quite large and host all the usual J.B. products from DVDs to TVs. Plenty of friendly floor staff to assist. Highly recommended and a great addition to the shopping centre and the area.

Christina (sorry if I butchered the spelling) who works around the front of the store is amazing! Very knowledgable and helpful anything she couldn't answer at the time she did her research on and gave me answers when I came back in to make my purchase a few days later which saved me from making the wrong choice. I ordered some items from JB-HI-FI website with uber delivery next day, only to find out after the time period of supposed delivery, after being on the phone for a good while with jbhifi team, and after calling the store itself, they never had the items in stock, absolutley terrible service will not be buying anything from there again, disgusting

Over 60 minutes to exchange faulty earphones. Rediculous number of forms to fill out, emailing digital receipts, calling other store. Just could not process simple exchange but would not let us go until they had the paperwork printed out which they couldn't seem to do. Would give zero score if I could Won't be back

Emma’s customer service is poetry in motion. I’ve felt lost in life for the last 6 months but now I know what to do with myself. The definition of effort should be changed to simply mean “Emma”. In fact the word itself should be changed to Emma. I now have what I was looking for and my life is back on track.

As I was anxious to urgently replace older, which died in the morning. Staff were excellent to show me the new and discounted ASUS Chromebook laptop. It suited my purposes.

Reasonable range of products, being a smaller store they don't always have things in stock that I'm looking for. Usually pretty poor staffing, often have to wait a long time for assistance, but when they do come they are generally quite helpful & knowledge on products.
