Having had some poor experiences with removal companies in the past it was with trepidation that I booked another. Wow. Like WOW .What a wonderful, professional and thoroughly competent bunch of lads at "JC & sons" removal. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. By far, and I mean BY FAR the best removal company I've ever come across ( and I've had a few). From punctual start to unloading a desk I thought would never make it to my upstairs office - Jaimie and his lads took it all in their collective strides. Completed the job in great time and with the utmost care for my belongings. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional service I received. Not only would I recommend "JC & Sons" to anyone making a move I would say that Jaimie and the team at "JC & Sons" removal should be your first port of call when considering a move. Jamie was punctual and turned up on time (He was actually early!). He came in and asked what needed to be moved and pretty much got to it! After seeing the amazing work that Jamie and Ricky do, I can’t believe I contemplated trying to hire a van and do the house move myself. DO NOT DO THIS! Leave it to the professional, which is what these guys are; I’m glad we did! They took such great care of all our belongings and were very polite and communicative, continually checking in with us what we wanted moved and where to put things in our new home. We are definitely grateful for the (professional) help of Jamie and Ricky from JC & Sons, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to our family and friends; we’ll know that they and their precious belongings would be well looked after. By far the best removal company I've used ( and I've used plenty) Jaimie and his lads are not only the conssumate professional's, they stack up more than well price wise. Exceptional service and a perfect job. Even got my old , but beautiful, desk up the stairs and into the "studio". Never thought that would happen No hesitation in recommending JC & Sons to anyone considering a removal company. Forget the "dodgies" that turn up with tiny trucks and a poor attitude, promising the world but delivering a pebble. Jaimie and his crew come in a fully equipped truck ( with blankets, tv sleeves - the works) , with three lads and not a broken cup ( or anything) to be found and they were still better value than the so-called "budget removalists" . Following a recommendation from a friend I sought a quote from JC & Sons Transport for our upcoming move (4 bedroom house). I was hesitant to go with a company that were offering such a good (low) price as previous experience was that only the most expensive company provided a good service. However, JC & Sons exceeded all expectations. They were very communicative, and arrived at the time advised. They didn't stop and were very careful with our stuff and the house (e.g. walls). We needed a few things moved around in our new place and they were happy to oblige. Previous companies I have used have clearly sub-contracted as the removalists didn't seem to have a system or had to keep stopping to rest but that was not the case with JC & Sons. I would recommend JC & Sons Transport to anyone requiring movers and will definately be using them again for all our moving needs!

JC and sons were (and are!) the epitome of professionalism, service and just genuinely nice blokes. We were kept in constant communication throughout the moving process and were consulted at every opportunity about potential locations within the new property The speed at which Jaime and his crew had one house emptied and the other filled was extraordinary and I highly recommend anyone moving anything from a studio apartment to a 5 bed house to have a chat with them! Editing to comment that the price was as quoted and was incredibly reasonable for the work and speed.

Jamie and his team were exceptional, arrived on time, listened to our requirements. Proceeded with great care of our belongings, swift and efficient. At the destination they placed fridge, washing machine and everything in place. We don't have driveways at our new home, they took that in their stride. Jamie and his team are amazing. Not only did they carry all of our stuff with precision but helped me with our Internet, replace our shower head and all other things we asked them to do. What we normally do for 3-4 days of relocation, they did in a day. The furnitures were carefully handled and they were efficient and cautious when transporting our goods. I don’t usually leave reviews, but we had the best experience with these guys, I had to leave one. Moving house is probably one of the most stressful things you can do in life, but Jamie and his team made our move completely stress free. They were extremely proficient in their work, professional, polite and courteous. Can’t thank you guys enough for all you did. You certainly went above and beyond.

Jamie and team were great! They were professional, friendly and took great care while moving our furniture - both with the furniture (including piano) and the houses. They really made the whole process super easy and stress free for me, from start to finish. Their communication was great and they arrived on time. Awesome service. I've used these guys twice now for removalist services and I've got nothing but good things to say about them. They really do go above and beyond, are totally professional and careful and include lots of things to make life easier. ie, disassembled my bed and reassembled at destination amongst other stuff. Too much to mention here but I highly recommend.

These guys were AMAZING! Flat fee, straight to the point. Didn’t try to oversell or nag after receiving quote, like every other company did. They looked after all my belongings perfectly & everything arrived at the destination in the same condition as it left. Wow! Can’t recommend James & his team highly enough. Turned up on time. Filled a 10 ton truck in 36-38 degrees. Lugged, lifted, as well as upstairs. It was an incredibly challenging day heat-wise (& a full house of boxes) and I did not hear one complaint from anyone, even when we were all nearly falling down from heat exhaustion. Amazing! Ive used movers all my life and these guys where hands down the best i ever experienced. They helped us move a massive house from Emerald to Pakenham. I have a large star wara collection, and they even helped put Han Solo into the cargo hold.
