Update 6/2023: Read JD Auto's vehicle descriptions carefully and verify with the actual window sticker of the vehicle (CARFAX provides a copy of the original window sticker). This is more than the dealer using "key words" which provides a hit when you perform a search. My bad experience was December 2022 and they still have misleading descriptions. For example, they have a 2020 F150 (ID D28759) which they say has the "MAX Trailer Tow Package". It does not. Admittedly the truck has a "Trailer Tow Package", but Ford's "MAX Trailer Tow Package" is different. The MAX package adds up to 2700 pounds more towing capacity over the standard Trailer Tow Package and is only available with the 3.5L EcoBoost engine. This 2020 F150 has the 5.0 liter, V8. Also, have a mechanic checkout the vehicle before purchasing. I had this done on a truck I almost bought (December 2022) and found it was low on oil, the oil needed to be changed, needed new brakes and tires. This same truck I almost bought had a description (NOT A LIST OF KEYWORDS) of having the "MAX Trailer Tow Package" and it didn't even have a receiver hitch. Any/all buyers simply need to do the research and verify everything before laying down your money. REVIEW December 2022: My first mistake was to believe the online description of the truck I was interested in. Considering I live about 4 hours away I couldn't actually see the truck (second mistake). The online description (not simply keywords) indicated the Ford F150 had a MAX tow package. Salesman-D confirmed and insisted the truck had the tow package. I was told "all I needed to do was add a receiver hitch". Third mistake was believing Salesman-D. That should have been my first clue. I paid $250 to hold the truck and paid about $100 to have the truck inspected. This first truck (Truck-A) past inspection, sort of (It needed tires and brakes according to the written results of the inspection). I went ahead and had my bank sent JD Auto the money to pay for Truck-A (~$30K). With further investigation looking deep into the Carfax and reading the original window sticker, I discovered Truck-A DID NOT have the tow package. I felt strongly I was misled and was not told the truth. I spoke with Salesman-D attempting to back out of the deal considering JD Auto misled me on the details of Truck-A. Salesman-D had no sympathy or empathy. It was made clear the deal was final and I now owned Truck-A. Thankfully Salesman-J agreed to allow me to backout of the deal. We discussed I could purchase Truck-B (for the same price) which did have the Max tow package. However, this required a new loan from my bank and my bank needed their money back before processing a second loan for Truck-B. To make a long story just a bit longer, Salesman-J would not mail the money back to the bank unless I paid an additional $250 deposit to indicate I was sincere to actually buy Truck-B. Essentially JD Auto/Salesman-J, would not send the $30k to the bank, until I paid an additional $250. Sad thing is, I really was going to buy Truck-B. That is, until I was forced to pay the additional $250. The fourth and biggest mistake was I did not get any clarification (verbal or written) if any of my deposits (now totaling $500) could be refundable. Needless to say I paid $500 with nothing to show for it. Only frustration. Sadly, all of this could have been avoided, if at the beginning I was provided accurate and truthful the information about Truck-A. Bottom line, don't make the same mistakes I made and believe everything you read from JD Auto or believe everything your told, without verifying firsthand with your own eyes. P.S. I recently noticed the description of Truck-A (on the JD Auto website) no longer states it has the Max tow package.

I could write a book on all the circumstance around our encounter with J/DAUTO. We are seniors in our 70s, my wife is the one mdeicaly/ legally responsible for her 92 year old mother with alzheimer's and her brother. So after finding at JD/AUTO an F150 that would be easier to get great grandma around in than our Super duty is. I contacted them,and working with Dan we struck a deal on Saturday via texting and calls ,on Monday I called to confirm the address and ask if the tires had a snowflake or if I would need to get tire chains for the truck Dan only told me the tires are good and I asked if the deal was still on ,he said yes and I told him we would be there on Wednesday ,later I texted to ask for a copy of the carfax and sent a picture of my vin number . So we arranged a caregiver for great Grandma for Wednesday all day at $40 pr hour ( to be a day of rest for my wife ) then Wednesday morning we left home in a snow storm to go 170 miles mostly on icy roads to get our newer truck, texted from Madras to confirm we were coming (no response). We got there ,I went in and met Jad he asked if he could help me so I introduced myself and described the truck I came for ,he looked it up on Facebook and told me it had sold four days earlier, seeing that I was angry he apologized and offered to show us other trucks , none of which were what we were looking for, he did apologize again and offered to buy us some fuel which never happened. So we drove another 170 miles home empty handed and got a rock chip/crack in our windshield which now needs replaced. Since then the EMTs have been called for great Grandma 3 times ,she spent 3 days in the hospital and this morning at 3AM I had to take my wife to the ER they determined her collapse at 1AM in her mother's kitchen was not her heart fortunately, it was determined stress and fatigue. So I cannot give them a good review even though Jad said he was unaware his partner Dan had made a deal with me.

Bought a 2009 Mazda 3 at the end of April of 2019, within 3 weeks the piston rod was going bad and knocking non stop. Tried multiple ways to get around having to buy a new engine, but ultimately after taking the car to 4 different mechanics, all of them recommend a new engine because it would cost more in labor to replace the piston rod than it would be to buy a new engine. I now have to buy a remanufactured engine. Will cost me about $4000. I know you guys will read this, you both were nice and worked well with me over the phone and in person. But the fact is, I not only need a new engine, but I also need new rear tires, a CV boot, new rear break pads and rotors, and 3 of the 4 rims are bent on this car. And lastly the piston rod is making so much noise that it could blow any minute and I literally can't drive it 1 more mile without a different engine. I bought this car 3 months ago for $7,000 which is the top of the market rate value. I will now put over $5000 dollars into this car. Very frustrating since this is the first car I ever took an auto loan out for. You should have disclosed what was wrong with the car and you should have had a mechanic look it over if you're going to pretend you had no idea what was wrong with it. I don't have the money to fix this car, but I can't sell it, because no one wants it obviously. I'm going broke trying to fix this car. And I just bought it.

Worst Experience!!! My boyfriend Zack and I bought a Ford F-250 Truck from JD Auto PDX 6 days ago and when we got it home, we realized that it was leaking a fair amount of oil and when we opened the hood, we noticed smoke coming off the engine, so we took it in to get it checked out. Later that day we got a call about the truck needing a new engine as there was so much pressure built up that it blew the oil cap off and made just about every gasket leak oil. In addition to the excess pressure build up in the truck it also had a bad break booster which could be a very dangerous situation. 2 nights ago I called and talked to Jad he seemed to be willing to work with us a little bit but asked us to get another opinion which we did the next day. The other shop confirmed that we did indeed need a new engine. When I called JD Auto back the guy that answered the phone told me because we didn't buy a warranty there is nothing, he is willing to do to help us out.... 6 days out and now we have a $20,000 piece of metal and out another 15-20k for a new engine. JD Auto had NO compassion, NO accountability, and NO moral scruples. Please make sure you have a mechanic check out your vehicle if you are planning to buy something from JD Auto as they don't back their product for even a day!

I had to press on a star to leave a review but 1 star is too many. Run away from this scam as fast as you can. I bought a truck there two weeks ago from Alex and it is a complete rusted lemon. Engine needs to be rebuild because it’s burning up to 24oz of oil a day. Cats have to be replaced along with the exhaust because it’s too rusted to attach new cats to. I was told their mechanic inspects all trade ins. A thorough visual inspection would have found this stuff. Not to mention the cloud of grey smoke that comes out of the tail pipe. I took the train from Bellingham to look at this truck. Alex missled me about the condition of the truck from the exterior to the engine. I’m now stuck with a truck I can’t in good conscience sell and it’s gonna cost me at least $2500 to get the check engine light turned off so I might at least be able to trade it in on something that isn’t a ticking bomb. Do not trust these people!!! Luckily I haven’t sold my 1988 suv that is I mint condition compared to my new truck.

These guys are awesome. They were very communicative and accommodating in getting me into a great truck. They worked with me and handled any questions or concerns I had. My sales rep, Jad (sp?), was friendly, real, and organized. He helped me work with my difficult bank in getting the funds for my truck transferred to them. He was super patient and nice. He also gave me a tour of their location. All vehicles are stored in an indoor shop. Whoever does their detailing is top notch. My 2006 Ford looked brand new. The only problem I had was I was under the impression that the agreed upon price would be “out the door,” meaning everything taken care of finance wise. I’m middle-enlisted military so every dollar counts in my household. I have to foot the sales tax and registration fees which I was not prepared for. I have a lot of buddies who are diesel enthusiasts and will be recommending JD’s to them. I didn’t know I bought my dream truck until they rolled it out for me.

These guys are absolute two faced liars. They will make promises in writing and break them without a second thought. I ended up buying a truck from them through my credit union. They claim they refunded my deposit but 13 days later the refund still had not appeared in my account. Jad said through text message that they would cut me a check but when I showed to get it up his partner Daniel started arguing and even acting aggressive towards me. I left empty handed with them inviting me to try and disputing the charge through my credit union. Considering they will likely fight it, even though Jad said they wouldn't, I am most likely burned on my $500. His word is completely meaningless at this point. They also said they would have a part repaired for me, which they did. But looks like trash. There are scratches and runs in the paint. If I had to guess I would say they likely bought a can of spray paint and put minimal effort into the repair.

BEWARE!!! I was scammed by this dealership. The car appeared fine other than the nail in the tire and the fact that it was not even detailed as they said it would be when I picked it up.... Days later when I took the car to the mechanic because of a shudder I find out the car is pouring out oil from multiple leaks which to fix the leaks my mechanic said you would need to replace the engine and he didn't think it was worth it because he suspected other issues. He told me the dealership knew because they had spray paint in places to hide issues. Now today first rainstorm and the roof is leaking a total lemon. They basically did cosmetic repairs to a car that needs a new engine. They refuse to call me back and are screening my phone calls. Totals crooks.Edit: Their response below is false look at recent reviews and you will see similar situations. They have offered nothing in compensation and I never called telling them I liked the car.

I ended up buying a 2012 f150 truck from them back in November its march now so a little under 4 months. Iv already had to put 4k into it to get it fixed. A bunch of rust under the truck. Exhaust system had to be replaced, Just replaced the breaks and calipers and rotors in it. I still have to change the axcel shaft, diferancule fluid, and the 2 front outer tie rods. But thats all okay. They told me when I got the truck they did a whole exchange on the breaks and rotors and that the engine was super clean. Engine is good but I just changed the breaks on the vehicle and it was only about 20% on the break left. I just wish they told me all this stuff before I bought the truck. I would have still got it but it would have saved me a couple bucks if i replaced it sooner. Could have died in the truck because of how cracked the tie rods are. Got a new truck and cant even drive it. Thanks guys Really appreciate it.

What a refreshing experience! It is so hard to find great customer service but I sure found it here! I Was in a pinch to buy a car fast last Saturday night but time was not on my side. I asked if they would be open tomorrow (Sunday) and was told were closed on Sundays. Feeling frustrated, I then received a text letting me know they would come in on Sunday to help me out. Wow that was the best text to get! My son and I showed up Sunday morning and were given the car for a test drive. The car was just as stated on the website. I made the purchase and was on my way! These two young men went above and beyond to help me. With there awesome customer service and honesty they will do great in their business adventure. I would refer my friends and family anytime! Advertised a 2009 Lexus 350 Rx with 7,000 miles less than it actually had and Dan skirted around the question like I was stupid and he would discount the warranty. Doubt that this business checks anything on the car prior to selling it. Drove 21/2 hrs to get to the dealership. Dan was only guy there and couldn’t get him to sit down and deal with me. Stereotypical “used car dealer” skirting the issues, but I went ahead and bought the car because I had a great used Lexus experience before. Took it to the Lexus of Tacoma the next morning to get it checked out and was recommended to try to back out of the deal because there was so much wrong with it. Even had Lexus talk with Dan but he just double talked and would not consider me returning it less than 24 hours… that it was a great car and they had so many other people who were interested in it. Major buyers remorse.

BEST car buying experience ever!!I found a car I liked online and discovered the location was very close to where I was so decided to pop in and see it. Within 10 minutes I knew this was the one and they made the experience so fast and easy I am just thrilled. I avoid car dealerships at all costs new or used. It is always a horrendous experience that takes hours waiting for people in back rooms to talk to each other. I made an offer before I even got there and there was no haggling about price. It was accepted before I walked in the door. I am so impressed with these brothers. They are a cut above and give car buying a whole new perspective. Every vehicle I saw in their inventory was in pristine condition. The vehicle I chose was detailed better than I have ever seen in 50 years. It truly looks brand new. You cannot go wrong with these boys. They are phenomenal.

This has been one of the best car shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Jad and Danny were so sweet and helpful to me when I came in to check out a 5 series as an upgrade to my old bmw. As someone who’s been in the industry my whole life I always dread car shopping and dealing with sleazy salesmen and the pressure they put on you and unfair markups and negotiating. They have fair prices and offered me a fair trade in value for my vehicle. Although I really liked the vehicle I checked out it didn’t necessarily meet my needs and I had to pass on the car, BUT they do have a great selection of vehicles and I have referred all my friends looking to purchase a quality used vehicle to take their business to them, thank you for the great experience Dan and Jad! I will be keeping an eye on your inventory as my search continues as well

How does this review for JD Auto sound? My parents who are seniors and on a fixed income were taken advantage of by JD Auto They worked out a deal with JD Auto to trade trucks. The terms were agreed upon and an appointment was set to make the trade. My parents drove to Portland in a snow storm with packed snow all the way. When they arrived they came to find the salesman who they had worked with was not there and the truck had been sold several days earlier. JD Auto then tried to sell them other vehicles that would not fit their needs and we’re not a fair value. To make matters worse on their way home they broke their windshield and they had to pay a caregiver for the day to be with my grandmother. The total cost of the day was over $400. You can not trust people with no conscience and you should not buy from JD Auto

I bought my 2013 f150 about 2 months ago. When I went to look at it, they told me it was perfect. I asked if the timing chain made any noise at all. They said "nope it runs and drive amazing, no issues at all." However, when they brought it out, they started it in the back, so I couldn't hear it. Well, the next morning, I started it, and the timing chain started slapping away. There is no way they didn't know about it. Well, on the way to work, it starts slamming into gear and then misfires. They paid half to fix the misfire but said nothing about the timing chain. Now it is at the shop getting the timing chain fixed. Then, off to the trans shop. I'm gonna be around 5k into repairs that they knew about and lied about. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THEM!

Sketchy, had the car turned on and warmed up before I even got their like their hiding it might have had a bad engine. It was also 77 degrees outside and they had the heat blasting inside the car it was so uncomfortable during the drive. He also doesn't let you drive on your own he is in the car the whole time I asked him what the miles per gallon was and he didn't even know. When I went to test drive my second car it completely broke down and had a strut out and we had to turn around and go back to business. Who doesn't check their cars and maintain the good health on it before having somebody test drive it I've never in my life broken down during a test drive at a dealership definitely won't be going back to these guys

Cannot say enough good things about these guys! I drove 3 hours (from outside of Seattle where I live) to get my truck since nowhere near me had what I wanted, and I'm so thankful I did! Daniel was a blast on the test drive, super easy going and friendly. While Jad in the office is the perfect mix of professional and casual, absolutely no pressure situations whatsoever. Both guys do an excellent job of making you feel like a person they want to help out/get the right vehicle for, instead of seeing you as a walking $ sign like some other dealerships I have been to. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! So if you're on the edge about a vehicle they have that you might want, go see them!! You won't be disappointed!

My wife, son and I went to JD looking for a truck. These guys were awesome to work with. The truck we initially wanted was sold by time we arrived but they showed us a couple other trucks that were right around our budget. They were patient with us while talking it over and were definitely accommodating for my son (he has alot of energy). The truckvwe wanted had an issue with the ac not blowing cold. They said "no problem, we will get that fixed for you". Gave us the business card for the shop they use and all we did was drop the truck off at the shop and they fixed it. Not an extra penny out of our pockets. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking at buying a used car. Top notch customer service.

I gave them a 200 deposit and was told that it would be refundable if I find something wrong with the truck. I had a great mobile auto inspector come and take a look at the truck. There was three major issues found. I was there at the time I told them I would not buy the truck due to items on the report I showed them and wanted my refund back. Another sales rep other than the owner said that was not policy and then later said if I was told that then he would credit my card. I gave him the card and he went through the process. I checked my card the next day and no refund. next day no refund. Contacted them via email and left a message. NO REFUND or call backs. I would stay away from this place. Not honest.

I bought an older Honda CRV from these guys a few weeks ago, took it to a mechanic, he did a pretty thorough check up, and gave me the OK. Guess I should have driven it in the rain because after the first big downpour we had I found that the sunroof drains poured water directly into the interior cabin of the car. I called Daniel up from JD Auto and he just blew me off. This might not have been such a problem had they told me in the beginning because now I have to wait a few weeks for the sunroof parts to come in and the rain shows no signs of letting up. There are plenty of other car dealerships here in the area that take better care of their customers and hopefully wont sell you a leaky car in the PNW.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Look up reviews on the better business bureau. I got a 2019 f150 and havent even made 1 payment on it, and it needs a new motor already. I called the dealership about it and they did not offer any help. They seemed shady to begin with, and I bought from them anyways, and that turned out to be a mistake. There are many other people I found that are also buying from them and then having mechanical issues that the dealership claims they knew nothing about. I did not spend 35k on a truck just to have to get a new 12k dollar motor put in it. I will get attorneys on the case, and most likey take the truck back and get a new one from a different dealership.

Jad was a pleasure to work with! I had been looking for an older model Acura tl type s for some time and jd auto pdx had exactly what I was looking for! Jad was awesome, he helped me from a-z with the purchase process! It wasn't like normal dealerships with the games and waiting hoursto get my new car. I was in and out within 1 hour and walked away with my dream car! It's been 3 months since I purchased the vehicle and it's still in just as immaculate condition as I bought itin! Would highly recommend these guys! They know their stuff about cars and are very personable! 0 sales pitch or anything. If you're not a fan of the whole sales game I would highly recommend these guys!

I contacted JD Auto via Facebook messenger about a vehicle. After some back and forth conversation, we settled on a cash offer with Alex. I told him I would have to drive from Springfield with money in hand later that day. I arrived 20 minutes earlier than promised only to find that he had taken a deposit for sale of the vehicle pending a loan. He did message me while in route but, I couldn’t check messenger while driving.Alex apologized repeatedly as if he had cheated on a spouse but, in the same manner , it could not be undone. A waste of 4 hours of my time and $30 dollars in fuel. It goes to show , you can’t force a business to have integrity.

Take your business elsewhere! I purchased a vehicle last week and it was delivered to me in Montana. Vehicle arrived in TERRIBLE shape despite being told it was in "excellent condition inside and out". All interior panels were previously removed and spray painted, multiple features not working, reeks of cigarette smoke, food and cigarettes scattered throughout the vehicle, AC doesn't work and that's just the beginning of the list. My wife (see her review) and I have tried calling, emailing and texting but have been completely ghosted since the vehicle arrived in our possession. Take my advice and RUN from this poor excuse of a "business".

BEWARE! Purchased a vehicle from them last week and paid $500 to have it delivered to Montana. Vehicle sale ad advertised that the vehicle was in "EXCELLENT condition inside and out". Vehicle arrived and vehicle was nothing as advertised or looked anything like the pictures sent. The interior is completely trash and has been previously spray painted, missing parts, needs detailing, etc. Contacted the dealership several times to discuss options to fix this issue and finally the "owner" picked up the phone and once they found out what was going on they hung up the phone. Beware at all costs and NEVER use this dealership. Terrible business!

I recently bought a car for my mother in law. It looked good engine was clean and seemed to be in working condition. There was a gap on the hatch back that I noticed. When I asked about it they told me the seals had been tested and looked good. By the time she got it home the car was leaking and wet on the inside. It had rained, obviously. I tried calling both owners with no response. I then called Marcus who said he'd look into helping us and instead ghosted us. We're in the process of getting it fixed ourselves with no help or follow up from these guys. Read the reviews before you go to JD Auto. It may not be worth your effort.

Buyer beware!!! We bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra that looked nice and drove well. After 280 miles the engine light came on so i took it in to my mechanic. Transmission is shot and rear differential will likely need to be replaced as well. The back brakes are at 0%, could have been very dangerous! The radiator has damage and leaks from the side and will have to be replaced. We paid a fair price but will need to put $7500.00 into the truck just to get it running again. They put the lipstick on this pig and we are stuck with a vehicle that we owe much more than it is worth. Do not buy with out a qualified mechanics full inspection.

I originally had wrote a 1 star review because the check engine light came on and the guy who sold us the car was covering it up and trying to charge us MORE money for a warranty. The whole thing was pretty shady. But, We had to go back to fix some paperwork to get the car registered, and they went above and beyond to not only make sure we had the right papers, but make the whole situation right! We went in with ZERO intention of bringing up the check engine light or anything, just wanted the right paperwork. They brought up the negative reviews and asked how they could make it right. And went above and beyond to do that

This guy is a total scam artist. This guy sold us a car with an obvious oil leak. Oil all over the ground when we looked at the car, the owner told me that oil was not from the car and it ran great with no issues. Barely made it home before check engine light came on. Called company and he simply didn't care. Told me I would have to buy the 500 warranty they sell. Complete joke and lemon dealer EDIT: RESOLVED! The company actually went above and beyond to correct the problem and help us out. Wonderful customer service and we left feeling fantastic about them as a business, and car dealer

If I could put -5 stars I would We bought a 2010 Ford F-150 black lariat from these guys for our son . My Son was so excited. I know I bought it as is , how ever they said it ran perfect and there was nothing wrong with it , we took their word on that . It’s been in the shop ever since we got it. Bad timing chain , oil pump, break issues and electrical issues . I get that it is used but don’t tell someone there is nothing wrong with it knowing it’s going to break down before we get it home . What the heck . Not cool. Run away from these people as fast and as far as you can .

I recently purchased a used Civic from these guys and it was a very swift and enjoyable process. The staff at JD Auto PDX were both knowledgeable and attentive, which are attributes my previous dealership experiences lacked. I’ve been driving the Honda for a couple of weeks now and happily have no issues with it. If you’re in the market for a used vehicle, do what I did and check out their inventory on their website, call ahead to make sure it’s still available, get there when you said you would with necessary documents and test drive some great used cars! Potentially some sketchy guys….after a month of owning the truck I got from them, what looks like spray paint on the rocker corners started rubbing off to reveal a bunch of rust, to which now the rust is so bad it’s actually rusted through the exterior frame. Whether these guys quickly painted it to cover it for a sale, or if it was the people they got the truck from im not sure, either way, they should have caught that (I should have caught it too, but the fact these guys would sell something like that and (potentially) cover something like that up is sketchy indeed.

So this started out as a very nice experience, the vehicle did have issues on the way home and I had to drop it off at a mechanic. Engine lights and stalling. Anyway the mechanic looked it over and luckily its nothing major but it is costing us $1,000 to repair BUT the dealer reached out and is paying for half! That is stand up service!! I do highly recommend these guys as they stand by their name even when sold as is. The buying experience was fast and friendly and they have follow through to make sure we are satisfied and have a safe vehicle.

These guys are awesome! Down to earth and real people, not just "sales guys." I bought my wife an Acura MDX from them and its been a stellar car! I decided to start looking for a f150 a few weeks back, and couldn't seem to find the right one for the right price since I started. Iv yet to hear about my warranty cancelation. And you state you tried to help with breaks and rotors. But when i asked help for the tierod and axcel shaft you said go through insurance so i cant cancle later or get my money back. These guys are a joke. I recommend not going here. I came from kent which is a 3hr drive. But thats okay i know alot of people in portland and il make sure to tell everyone i know not to do business with these guys.

These guys go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I bought a beautiful 2008 BMW x5 from them. The car literally looked like it was in brand new condition(fresh off the lot) even at 87,000 miles. SO I fell in love with it and bought it. I bought the car and I did not have anybody with me to take my old car home so they offered to take my other car home. So far, I have a great experience with them. Hope to be back for my next car.

We had a good experience at JD Auto. I usually don't enjoy visiting car dealerships because the "salesperson" attitude makes me uncomfortable. At JD Auto there was no pressure, no games, no pushy salespeople. We were able to come to a fair agreement without a ton of pushing back and forth. The best experience! Danny was a pleasure to work with. I needed to sell my truck and was referred to Danny from a friend . Had to edit my post. They sold me a terrible truck. I I have owned it for less than three month and my gas gage just stopped working and I brought it it for a check up and the truck need over 10 grand in repair. And the warranty that they sold me that’s was “supposedly super good” will only cover $1500 of the whole repair cost. If you buy a car with him make sure you run it enough for at least 30 miles because it is not to be trusted I bought him a car I believed in his word and I only ran it a little since the tea says only around when taking it with me he turned on the check it has been a month and his mechanic only cleaned his maybe sensor of nothing served something else the car delivered it.

Called first thing in the morning to go see a vehicle, guy on the phone said he would check to see if it was still available and call me right back. Didn't receive a callback for a while so I called again and was told they just set-up an appointment for someone else to come look at it and that they would call back if it didn't sell, which it did. Poor communication.

They are selling a vehicle there that I owned prior to them that needs at least $10k in repairs, which is why I opted to just buy a new vehicle. They are aware of this and have not repaired anything on the vehicle. Whoever buys the vehicle is going to be stuck having to deal with it. My suggestion is go find a more reputable dealership for your next purchase.

I believe this dealer sold me a broken car. I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion hybrid from them. I didn’t notice the transmission noise until about a week later. After looking into forums this is a common issue with both Fusion and Cmax hybrids at or near 100,000 miles. Anyway this is going to cost me anywhere from $6000-$8000 for a new or rebuilt transmission.
