This is my first negative review for any brand/ business. I have worked in Customer services all my life and been the head of trade marketing for a big brand. Usually, I like to provide personal feedback for any grievances but they really pushed me to the edge to write this. I purchased Nike shoes from this store couple of months ago. I didn’t wear the shoes until recently. I started feeling awful pain in my legs which got worst. Upon checking, the shoe I was wearing was of wrong size (I usually wear 9.5-10). The shoe material didn’t allow it to expand. I took the shoes to the store for the replacement and they simply refused to do so. They said they never keep any data of the sales (which sounds bizarre and unprofessional). I showed them the bank receipt with the day and amount of purchase which apparently was not enough. There was no mentioning of 4 weeks period for return verbally (you tell me how many times a customer read the fine print on the receipt). All they could offer was to contact customer service (which again seems very unprofessional as the mistake was done by Chatswood store and should be resolved at the store). I contacted the customer service and they repeated the same story and of course refused to replace. I wasn’t asking for my money and just requested to provide the appropriate size. Just wanted to warn you guys to be careful. Rebel sports have the best customer service. They look after their clients and have a comprehensive database so you don’t have to get through this ordeal. Hopefully Karma will get you soon.

Bad customer services. Asked a staff to help me out and she just said that it is not my section so go ask someone else. The waited 15mins and asked another staff to help me get a new pair of shoes I already tried it on and found my size without any assistance, and he answered, "Why? What's wrong with this?". Obviously I want a new pair and not a display one which hundreds of people tried it on, and also does he really expect me to buy one shoe without the other half? So he walked off for another 5mins only to come back and told me he can't find it and told me to either wait longer until he finds it or forget about it. Forget about what? Never going into a JD store ever again. Goodbye.

Not buying Nike products again. Bought Kids Nike shoes for school. 4 weeks in and thread started to come off from right toe. They are made for kids and should at least lasts for 6 months before general wear and tear. Went to return the shoes and JD staff initially considered it as general wear and tear. I had to explain how is it considered as wear and tear in 4 weeks. I cant spend $$ every 4-6 weeks. This is poor quality and faulty product. My kid's existing ASIC has lasted for over 1 year. She took my phone number and called me next day that I am able to exchange it. Bought ASIC in exchange. My kid is so happy now.

Unlike the other reviews I had a very pleasant experience whilst shopping at JD Chatswood. The staff here were very friendly and helpful and assisted me with all my queries. I went on opening day and understandably with a store that attracts so much hype it was very busy. However, after speaking with the shoe sales assistant my size was brought up to the counter and i paid and left all within 15 minutes. Very efficient and easy. The store also has limited edition releases of shoes such as Dunks and Jordans which no other shoe store in the centre has. Will certainly be coming back here for all my shoe purchases.

Terrible customer service. Too many of them and they are useless. I asked one of them to help me out to get 2 pairs of shoes and he referred me to another guy who said you have to wait we are so busy. What awful response. Then I asked the guy behind the counter for help, but he was rude and asked me to wait. What a terrible service. Any way I have to wait to get those 2 pairs for 40 minutes. It’s the worst experience ever I have. Also the sore manager was rude as well when I asked he said rules is rules. I’m not sure what rules he talked about.

There was a staff member who lied to me about replacing shoes. They said they would replace it and then said oh we have to charge you $50 more and I disputed it and he ignored me it seemed like but said alright as he was working away on his computer so I assumed he will sort the issue but no he then said we can't help you sorry. They wouldn't even swap a shoe without charging more for the same shoe in a different colour as they didn't have the stock of the shoe I wanted. They're the worst JD store. Never go there.

My review is for Casey (sorry if it's misspelt). What an absolute legend! She was so wonderful and helped me find the shoes I was so desperately after. At the point of sale I experienced some issues with a gift card I was trying to use and she was super patient and did her best to assist me with it. She was so lovely and just amazing I was also very impressed with the stores return policy, shipping etc, to sum up, the service is outstanding and I always enjoy shopping here at JD!

Good experience shopping here the few times I’ve been. The female staff that work here are very attentive. I was literally here for 5 mins picking up things I knew I wanted and had 3 staff members greet me and ask if I needed any help. Just one thing to touch on tho, the team need to play censored version of music lol. Heard a couple n words in some of the music played. Don’t bother me but ye there are kids and families that visit.

Awful service. Waited for ages to get someone to help. He looked up some styles, said he the size. Then he said he couldn't help me and another guy will come over and he left. The other guy never came over and we left. So I tried again the next day. Same guy helped me, said he had a size, was waiting for someone to get the shoe, but they never turned up. I asked him to look for them but he says , oh they are out of stock

the two girls at the counters customer service could be a lot better, one girl visibly chewing gum, smacking her lips and not making eye contact with the person she was checking out, the girl serving me didn’t give basic customer service and didn’t make eye contact either. only reason getting 2 stars is because the gentleman who greeted me made small talk and smiled and was very polite

Went there today to buy a new pair of NIKES… the guy serving me was so friendly… he took the time to explain to me how to care for my new shoes and showed me the range of different styles and colours without rushing me Highly recommend this place for all your sports wear and shorts shoes Will definitely be going there agian for my new pair

Guy at the phone would refuse to help with sizing enquiries. I was asking for my size but only had a bigger size and didn’t want to check about other stores if they had. He simply needs to scan the shoe he has in hand, select size and check nearby stores. But this generation too lazy… Shopping elsewhere thanks Called on 22/08 at 1pm

The store will not take back defect product. Bought a jordon lagacy basketball and the product kept loosing air overnight and the staff would not take the ball back or replace the ball. Untrained staff, no consideration for customer and worst service. Dont shop at JD Sports.

I went in to buy some shoes, and the service was great! Alex was super helpful and was very accomodating to my slightly annoying questions and wants for my shoes. She recommended the perfect pair and knew what size I needed. She deserves promotion!

Very bad experience.umprofessional manager.i baught a shoes and she didn't accept to change the size.the shoes was not worn.and they gave me without box.what a shame.and their customer service even worst.

Helpful and friendly staff. Had a manufacturing fault with some shoes and lost the receipt. Lucky helped me out and sent a new set to my house. Thanks guys keep up the good work!

This particular shop is the best. All staff members are kind, and the latest items are mostly all available with frequent price drop sale. Highly recommended.
