I bought my car last year & I bought a warranty. I brought my car in about 6 weeks ago, because I at first thought something was wrong with my engine because under my hood, my car was incredibly loud. I brought it into the service centre & the man at the front desk dismissed my concerns & since I didn’t have a light on & my car is newer model, there was nothing to be concerned of but since I was still wary, he sent out one of his men’s to check it & the mechanic looked at it for a total of 4 mins, & told him it sounded fine. A month goes by, and the noise gets worst & a second noise appeared. I brought it back in, because my dad checked it out and diagnosed it as the water pump. When I brought it, I pulled into the parking lot & one of their mechanics was moving another lot car & as I parked, their mechanic backed into my car. They handled the situation poorly, the man at the desk was dismissive, defensive & essentially intimidated me & tried to push the blame onto me, & say that “anything that happens in a parking lot is 50/50”. I was upset, and went to work & my boss advised me to report it, and once I did so the collision officer recommended I take the insurance as what they would do to fix my car wouldn’t really be up to the standards I would want & just they would do the quick & easy route that’s beneficial to them. As I called back to ask for the banking info, he was loud & abrasive & gave me a 5 mins time frame on what I planned to do. Long story short, I went back with the police, got the info. He told the officer his plan was to remove my bumper, smooth out the dents, buff out the scratches, fill the crack & replaint it. And buff out my headlight. I went through insurances & they flat out told me I need a new bumper as since it was cracked it would only get worst over time especially through our harsh weather seasons. I just am disgusted with how they handled the entire situations. And how they had no respect for the things I said or the fact as a women I knew something was wrong with my car & didn’t take my word for it the first time. If I was taken seriously the first time, I could have avoided getting hit a month later when I had to take my car in again. I would never purchase another car with them. Save your money & purchase your car directly from manufacturers, especially with the inflated price points, & interest, you’ll save a whole lot of money & heartache in the long run.

Purchased a 2018 Nissan Leaf from the JP Motors in November 2021. The dealership experience was quick to get everything wrapped up, but they would not budge on the price, would not include winter tires with the purchase and would not help with any of the freight cost to have the car shipped to Northwestern Ontario. Once the vehicle arrived to me, it barely had enough charge to get it to my home (I thought it was good practice for dealerships to "fill the tank" when delivering a car.) When I contacted the sales rep. who sold me the car, his response was just "It should have been done, but thanks". The car's alignment was also out, which required me to pay for an alignment after purchase. I guess because it wasn't required to pass safety, they didn't bother addressing it. Another issue I had was the Leaf had a software issue that would not allow it to perform level 3 charging. This issue was present straight off the delivery truck. This is something that should have been checked prior to delivery. I am pretty disappointed that I had to bring the car in for service straight off the dealers lot. EDIT: Sales associate got back to me and said the vehicle was in perfect mechanical working order when they listed it and any electrical components are conveniently not covered under their warranty. So if you are planning on buying an EV/hybrid, avoid JP Motor's since they don't know anything about the electrical workings of an EV/hybrid. To find out my problem, all someone needed to do was try to charge it at a level 3 charging station...

Wow. I don't even know where to start. Words can not express how grateful I am. I have had many cars over the years. I normally drive them until they're dead, and then get another one. This time I was so nervous because I knew that when my car finally died, I would be in trouble. I currently have very poor credit and I thought nobody would give me a loan. I thought my only option, if any, was to go through a 3rd party or private lender at a ridiculous interest rate. I was working with 3 different online options, because I was terrified to go to a dealer. By accident, or dumb luck, or good fortune, I found myself across from Zaina. I was still so nervous, but this beautiful woman put me at ease. She did not talk down to me. She did not judge me. She treated me with utmost respect, and like my business was as important as anybody else's. Then she got me a fantastic deal. She worked until she got me the lowest interest rate and payments. If that wasn't enough, she kept giving me more, more than I would ever dare ask for, especially given my situation. Long review, but like I said, words are not enough. And on top of everything else? It's the nicest car I've ever had! Zaina is amazing. She is in fact my new favourite person. I also must add that Bill, who gave me the test drive and answered all my questions, no matter how silly, was wonderful. From start to finish, JP Motors is exceptional service.

J.P Motors is a used car dealership that I would recommend to others. My experience started with Zainab, part of financing at JP. She was very informative and her past experience showed through during the whole process. You can tell that she’s fully invested in YOUR best interests and she treats you and your purchase as such. David was the sales representative that accompanied me on the test drive, and although I don’t have much to say about my experience with him (not a negative thing) he didn’t pressure me throughout the sale, and he also addressed my concerns about the backup camera which is still being fixed thanks to him. Keith from deliveries was also helpful and informative. Vehicles can only be so reliable. I’ve had a few issues with my car, but this isn’t J.P’s fault. Even though it isn’t their fault, they treat and address the problems and make sure I’m happy with my car, which I really appreciate. Rob in the service department was amazing and not only does he take my problems seriously, he explains concepts to me so I understand my car, which is extremely helpful as this is my first car. He seems to be a firm believer in doing things right the first time, so there doesn’t need to be a second time. Very concise. I had been trying to get a car for past two years and whichever dealership I went to, it just didn't work out. And finally after hearing a lot of good words about JP Motors, I went in for the 3rd year (which is now of trying to get a car). When I sat down with the Sales Associate Ihab, I told him I wanted to first meet with the Finance Manager and thats when I met Zaina. She literally made me feel welcomed and told her my whole story and she said, now you don't have to worry, I will get it done for you no matter what. And she got it done. She literally made my dream come true which I had been holding on to for past two years. Trust me, she is one of the best ones out there and she will definitely go out of the way to help you out no matter what. Now just because of Zaina's all hardwork, not only do I have a car but I have a Ford Mustang and all set into the budget that I was looking for. Had a great initial experience with this dealership. It went sour when I went to pick up the truck. I have no problems with the vehicle itself, but I can tell the dealership will do the bare minimum to make sure the most money is saved on their end. They will make sure that the vehicle just passes safety. I was trading in a vehicle plus extra and before the trade, I went to make sure I filled up the car with gas. In return, the truck I picked up from them came with 1/4 gas left. I believe it was just common courtesy to leave with a full tank of gas. Also, I received a bill of sale before confirming the purchase. I got the bank draft ready and handed it to them on purchase day but the next day they called me to tell me that I owe them more money. I had to give them my credit card info over the phone which I didn’t appreciate. I didn’t realize that the license fee increased from the previous bill of sale which they did not inform me prior. There was no communication from them that the license fee increased. They only called me to hassle me for more money. Overall, they do have great vehicles but do not go out of your way if you are trading in a vehicle as they will put little time and effort.

I was happy with the dealership and purchasing my used car almost a year ago, up until I had issues with my speakers not working. Thinking I’m Covered under extended warranty, I called the service department and they advised me to call the dealership for the make of my car. Took my car to dealership thinking it was covered under warranty and they found that the previous owner of my vehicle had did some modifications to the speakers so it was not covered under warranty, had to pay a few hundred dollars for labour and they advised me to take it back to JP motors. I called back the service department to advise what happened and they stated they could take a look at it, and of course I’d have to pay for it and no they would not be reimbursing me for what I had paid at the dealership even though they were the ones who told me to take it there without advising me to bring it in to them first (since I bought my car there.) moral of the story , do not buy any used cars from here with fully knowing the back story of who owned it previously (Because I was never told). I would not buy another vehicle from them unfortunately.

My wife and I purchased our 2nd car from JP Motors a few weeks ago and the service was absolutely fantastic! Sasha Barns, our Salesperson was wonderful; she patiently waited while we test drove a number of vehicles. Once we finally settled on a Mercedes B250 Sasha took the time to go through every possible detail of the sale. She never once made us feel pressured into buying and merely consulted on choices and ultimately helped my wife and I settle on the car we purchased. If you have never shopped at JP Motors, I strongly recommend that you do as the inventory is always changing and the selection and no haggle pricing makes purchasing a pre-owned vehicle a very satisfying experience. Melanie Palmer in Finance was such a pleasure to work with and Keith did a phenomenal job delivering our vehicle to us and made sure all the details were taken care of. I bought 2013 Fusion Hybrid on Jan 22, 2021 and bought $2823 extended warranty for 2 years. Zainab from finance team mentioned that if I never use it and if I cancel it before my expiry date then I can het 50% of it back, and I bought it in the first place because I would be getting 50% back. Me and my friend was there when I was told about it. Today is Nov 29, 2022 and my extended warranty will be expired on Jan 22, 2023 So I texted and emailed Zainab asking for my 50% back, but she is telling that there is no such thing of getting half the amount back. I explained her that me and my friend are 100% sure that she sold us the extended warranty by saying about 50% refund, she denied that and said it is not possible I can now clearly understand that she did upsell me $3000 and it’s a clear rip off @JPMotors - please look into this and provide my 50% back of extended warranty as I was told when buying the car VIN: 3FA6P0LU8DR196169

This is honestly a pretty good place to buy a car. I searched and searched and narrowed my searches down and JP contained the ford fusion I wanted, I test drove it and wanted it right away. I had the man take notes on what I wanted serviced or checked in order for me to commit to buying that day. Long story short none of that was looked into, which makes me wonder. I also noticed some new damages upon pick up of the vehicle that I did not notice on my initial thorough visual inspection of the car before I drove it.. After a bunch of beating around the bush, the damages were avoided and are up to me, regardless of my 30 day FULL warranty. I finally managed to get my other initial concerns dealt with at my inconvenience. Everyone was polite and made you feel less of a customer while you're there. Financial advisors are a pleasure to talk to and the service department was also a pleasure to deal with. That is my experience.

I found Elena to be an excellent salesperson who was never pushy to make a sale and explained the pros or cons on the diff vehicles looked at. I found she went above and beyond to address things I had asked for to make sure I was happy as a customer and Zainab was excellent to deal with for financing and I think she also went above and beyond to get me a deal I was happy with. They also treated me fair with my trade in. I also have been very happy with Rob and their service Dept after the sale for treating the customer very fair and getting things done quickly. When my a/c was not pumping cold air they recharged it at no cost and while there I asked them to check a “rattle” in the front end which they quickly diagnosed, got the parts and repaired and on my way in less than 2 hours. Have bought a few vehicles from them now and has always been a good experience.

!!!!!!DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!! Do not trust a word their service department is saying. Apparently JP motors has “levels” to their safety’s. Where one thing could not pass the top level of their “safety” but will pass a lower level. Director of Fixed Operations Will tell you one thing then do another. he will tell you to trust him but never honour his word even when provided on email. Came to agreement on a brand new part online to order for replacement after MONTHS of waiting. They told me part was in and ready for install. Dropped vehicle off for install and after picking up vehicle was informed they didn’t get the part, they just took it from another high KM vehicle on the lot and installed on mine. Very unprofessional from the start. Save yourself the headache and money on repairs you will need after purchasing vehicle.

After a motor vehicle accident left me without a car, I talked to my long time trusted mechanic about 'where to go' to get a used vehicle - a place where I could trust the sellers. JP Motors was one of two recommendations he made. Sales Consultant Jeff Hansford helped me find a vehicle that was perfect in every way for my needs, and pretty quick too. JP people are friendly, competent and not at all 'pushy'. I never had one 'red flag' in my dealings with them. They allowed my mechanic to give the car a look-over before I bought it, and JP Motors without question or hesitation looked after the few reasonable problems my mechanic raised - I stress 'reasonable' as we did not ask for a lot. The car was delivered serviced and in spotless condition. So yes, I do believe you can trust these used car sellers.

I just moved to Ontario from California and was in need of a car. A family member recommended I visit J.P. Motors. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. Sasha the sales professional worked really hard and was so patient in finding me the car I was looking for. Melanie the financial services manager was very thorough in explaining the details and options for financing the vehicle. She was always available and fast in responding to my questions. From there I picked up my car from Keith the delivery coordinator. He had everything lined up and ready for me to sign and answered all my questions. I’m so glad I bought my car at J.P. Motors. Outstanding team they have working there. Every aspect of buying a car was perfectly coordinated and seamless. Absolutely first-class service.

Buying a financed car is one of the worst scams out there. I bought a car at JP motors at marked price $17K, a couple months later found out I owned $31K loan. This place make to seems so easy getting a financed car, but at the end we end up paying double of what was agreed on the beginning. This happened in 2016, changed mufflers constantly because was always making noises all the time. 2020 I had an accident (not my fault) and the car was lost. The car lost value so what insurance paid for the car value wasn’t enough to cover loan, still had to pay a couple thousands from my pocket. I’m not saying to not use this dealership, however open your eyes on interest rates since it is a ripoff itself. If it sounds to good, it’s a big reason to think 100 times before signing any car loan.

Overall the staff were very helpful and understanding throughout the whole process. Henry was awesome at answering our questions and guiding us around the lot, as well as helping us understand the buying process and information on the cars. When we found the vehicle that we decided to go for, Zaina was AMAZING with getting my boyfriend and I the best financing options availible and she worked very hard to get the best deal possible, especially with this being our first time financing. I appreciate the work the employees do there to make the searching and buying process as smooth as possible for their clients. They definitely made something that could have been difficult a smooth and enjoyable process. Thank you to this awesome team for making this experience such a great one.

We had such a great experience shopping for our car here. We made an inquiry online and heard back right away. When we arrived for our appt, they had all 6 cars we mentioned interest in unlocked and ready for us to check out and test drive. While we drove one, Mark got our next choice ready. They had the Carfax reports ready for us review, and their finance team has us approved in no time. They work with many lenders and can accommodate any situation. Best of all, our car was ready in TWO business days. Deposit made Thursday, keys in hand Monday. Pricing is reasonable and they also offer open loans so you can pay the balance off any time, which makes interest considerably less if you're in a position to pay it off in less than the loan duration.

I do not have enough good things to say! I bought a vehicle from JP motors about 6 years ago, and did not have nearly the same experience as this purchase. The sales man was great, not pushy at all and just let us do our thing. However, the real magic happened with Zainab “business manager”. She went way out of her way to not only secure the best interest rate possible, as well she was able to pull some strings and incl a whole bunch of warranty and gap insurance into everything! I will not go elsewhere for any future vehicles unless she goes elsewhere! I have nothing but great things to say about Zainab, and how she managed “the process”! We definitely left the dealership feeling we got the best deal possible and it’s all thanks to her!

My daughter bought her 1st car today and I was more than impressed with the customer service we got. Tyler, her sales rep. showed, suggested and provided feedback and answers to anything you would want to know. This accompanied with Zaina who does the financing explained things in lamens terms who for a 1st time car buyer is most helpful. The friendliness, patience and knowledge were very impressive. What put it over the top was knowing that even though there's a recall for this vehicle, they assured us that until the recall was completed the car would not be released to her, which for a parent is peace of mind in itself. Don't buy from here if you are young. They sell you vehicles with fake/poorly done safetys. When you pay 20,000 for a vehicle you shouldn't need to spend almost 2 grand in the first month for things that should have never passed safety. You can pay for warrentys but it doesn't matter they will bill you for their mistakes and when you try to ask about it the service guys at the desk will scream and swear at you and throw and paperwork at you. I have always heard good things about this place and I am honestly shocked with how they treated my sister and elderly father. Totally unacceptable behavior and the way the managers brush you off and don't care about screwing you. BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU IF THEY THINK THEY CAN.

I bought my car at JP Motors 3 weeks ago, Salesman Bill was very helpful, he gathered information of the kind of car we are looking for. We left that day without picking one. He called us the next day to go see the car that just arrived and boom we put a down payment for it that day. We were told to pick it up after 1 week but it ended up for 2 weeks due to supply issues which I don't mind. There is 1 repair issue that was missed that I have to take it back and Keith in the Service Centre fixed it and did a really great job. I do have a issues with returning messages from their office but overall my husband was happy with the car that I am happy to give a 5 star to JP Motors and will definitely recommend it.

From the word go, I really got good service and professional help from Jim Glenn on the phone snd in person. He was always eager to make sure we know how things will work and he was swift as ever. Always on point with updates on the purchases. Then Zaina (finance), my word, an amazing person and really went above and beyond to get the best interest rate, financing option and above all, her honesty is one thing I will always hold on to. She’s extremely professional and knowledgeable and would make sure that I understood everything before I signed anything. I got my car sooner than expected and will monitor its performance overtime and update my review. But so far, I’m impressed.

So this was my second experience with JP, but my first time financing my own car. My first car I had bought from JP wasn't the greatest, nor was the experience anything to really want to go back to. But, I figured I would give it another try seeing as I didn't really know what I wanted out of my first vehicle. This time was wayyyy different, Connie helped me and my spouse find the cheapest rate for an SUV and was very understanding with our little knowledge of cars. We were then sent to Mark (Best salesman I've ever dealt with, very helpful and has a great sense of humour) Needless to say, after this I will definitely be going back for my next vehicle!

I just took delivery of my car recently. The total experience at JP Motors was very good. Bill Palmer walked me through the lot suggesting cars in my price range and pointing out features. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I went back twice and drove my eventual choice twice before deciding. Bill evaluated my trade in and gave me a great price. Next was Stella in finance. What a pro! She explained all the options for warranties and after care without pressuring me. A delivery appointment was made. The delivery team called a day early to say my car was ready. The car was detailed nicely and ready to roll! All in all, a totally satisfying experience.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a vehicle from JP Motors. It was a 2018 Ford Edge with 90k km. Within 6 weeks the engine was over heating. My mechanic discovered that engine coolant was leaking into the engine cylinders and the engine would need to be replaced. When I brought the issue up with JP motors they explained to me that “buying a used comes with risk” and washed their hands of the issue as it was passed it’s short warranty period. My decision to do business with JP motors cost me an unexpected $6000. My advice to anyone looking for a used vehicle is to purchase from a reputable dealer who prioritizes customer satisfaction and their reputation.

Awful experience. Went to take a look at cars personally at the location, the sales person greeted us saying - take a look but there are not many cars in your budget. I did take a look and there were at-least 7-10 cars in our budget. Secondly the sales person did not even know what cars they had available, where they were parked in their own lot and what the specs were on each one of them. He said “It probably has the features you are looking for” Many cars that were sold did not have the sold markers on and many cars did not have prices allocated to it. We liked a car in our budget, but chose to not proceed with it due to poor customer service.

This is my 3rd time purchasing a vehicle. From jp motors. But this time was different . The finance lady Zaina made me feel so comfortable and confident in my purchase.. i will always from now on go back to her.. I will remember her for the rest of my car life..the company needs to know what a kind woman she is and leaves a trade mark with others Im sure I am not the first to say This about her. Purchased a vehicle on condition that the door be repaired and painted properly, it took 2 weeks to pick the car up, and the repair was horrible. You can see the bondo, it looks like a preschooler did it with play doh and a magic marker. The manager was to call me and see if we could either get it repaired properly or make a financial resolution but as soon as I signed all the paperwork the manager never bothered to call me back. Very shady behavior. Buy somewhere else, their customer service is poor, and make sure you check the carfax, many of their vehicles have been in previous accidents. Buyer beware!

Better have cash in hand when you're thinking of buying a car here. They literally sold a car out from under us while we were talking about the purchase! One minute we were talking about financing and down payments, then his phone rings, looks at us and says "sorry, the car is sold", shakes our hand and we walk out. I guess they can do that because they are the only USED CAR LOT in southern Ontario! No matter, we got a better car, one year younger and all the options from people that WANTED our business. Say good by to all of our future business.

This dealer is fantastic. It is rare these days to come across a company that is so professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. I recently purchased a truck from JP Motors and the entire experience was totally hassle-free, from financing and licensing to pick up. David, Nicholas and their team went out of their way to make sure that i didn't have to make return trips from out of town, and the truck was advertised and delivered spotless and exactly as agreed upon. I would not hesitate to do business with this dealer again. Highly recommended.

I bought my first car here in 2017, it was a terrible vehicle - constantly broken down. My second car was purchased elsewhere - same make and model - and it was a great vehicle. Here I am on my third vehicle, constantly broken down - I am going through the records of my car (which I should have done first - so this is my bad) and what a surprise that JP Motors had it in 2020 before it made its way to the dealership I purchased it from. Make sure the car you are buying has never set a tire on the JP motors lot. JP = Just Playing

I put down of 4k for 11k car and still the lady over there zaina approved me for 9% interest rate. She told me to maintain payments to make good credit for six months and she’ll apply for another loan on less interest rate. After 6 months i get back to her she said to wait more and after that never replied to my email. Later i found out from another dealership that you can not apply for another loan once it is approved at certain interest rate. If you wanna increase sales do it in right way at least do not lie to you customers.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would recommend JP Motors Burlington. I have been dealing with them for years. I have this one specific person who assist me all the time, her name is Zaina, she’s very professional and knowledgeable, she helped me with the financing and re financing of my vehicle. She knows how to get things done in the best and effective way possible. Zaina helped me when I was in great need with my mortgage. I highly recommend her. If you happened to be in that location ask specifically for Zaina.

I had such an amazing experience at JP motors. This was my first time shopping for a used car and it definitely won’t be my last at JP motors. Mike was great and knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in he had the car there ready to test drive as soon as I pulled into the lot. Zainab is amazing at what she does. I want to share my own experience, i bought a 2016 jeep sales financial manager did their job perfectly following up getting approvals with best rate……, until i got my car i mentioned that the tires was too bad and they told me it’s passed the safety ( passed and certified from jp motors shop ) the car was jumping like crazy i get back to the dealer and they told me you need to leave your car at there shop for check,,,, the answer was that you need to change the 4 tires to fix the problem, CERTIFIED =TRUST

One of the best car buying experiences ever, i went in with a different mindset and came out with a totally different one. Zainab from the finance department is the most helpful person at the dealership and she took her time to explain what are the pros and cons of different modes / years of finance and made us choose the best possible option we could with the best possible car we could get. I took time off work to make the 50 minute drive to the lot to check out a Lexus Convertible. The sales rep / manager Ehab was somewhat nice, however went against the company values of “Drive away in the best vehicle at the best possible price or we will do our best to make it right” as noted in the company Mission Statement, and refused to even discuss possible negotiation. Car is 7k above market value and did not look like it did in the photos posted. Not a overall pleasant experience. 2/5

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our first car together at JP Motors. Bill was fantastic and allowed us to test drive a few cars before we chose our vehicle. There were a couple of mechanical issues that were fixed by the service centre. It was a bit stressful to have issues with a car we just purchased but Rob made sure everything was taken care of and our car is now perfectly sound. Cannot recommend JP Motors enough to those looking for a used vehicle.

Amazing vehicle we just purchased from JP Motors! Henry our salesperson was very pleasant to deal with and Dave in finance was amazing. Recently came here to look for cars, the experience was good except for one man was very rude towards customers and made it uncomfortable to test drive cars at that lot.
