JP Motors did absolutely nothing to help me find a vehicle. My friends and family had cautioned when not to go there, but I saw a vehicle that I loved and I had to give it a try. I am a first-time car buyer and let me tell you, JP Motors did not make it a good experience. They were so quick to take my $500 deposit but they would go days without replying to me (even when they said they would get back to me the next day). I understand things take time, but a quick phone call to say "Hey, We didn't get an answer back from the banks yet, we'll keep you updated!" would've sufficed. Instead, I would go days without hearing back from them, then when I finally did, bad news. My finance manager told me that the banks would only approve a loan of $12,000 (the vehicle I applied for came to approximately $20,000) and if I couldn't make up the difference we would have to look into something else. I told them I needed an SUV as I use my car for work and need the space, and it had to be automatic. I was hoping to get into a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and when I wasn't able to give them $8,000 extra, they scrapped that completely. They then tried to put me into a 2015 Nissan Micra, which was also manual. I asked for my money back on Monday, June 20th and because of the long weekend, they told me I would have it by the following Monday (June 27th). I heard nothing from them so I called on Tuesday. As it turns out, my refund had never even been sent. Pam was the only person who actually helped me. She found the paperwork, sent my refund off, and got my cheque delivered to the most convenient location for me to pick up. So thank you, Pam!! Luckily I applied for another car Macmaster Buick GMC in Orangeville and they were fair, fast, and RELIABLE!! I am now in a vehicle thanks to Erin and Krystal at Macmaster Buick GMC and no thanks to JP Motors!

as we came across the particular car we were in the market for there was one in all of ontairo… and J.p motors had one, so my wife and I made a day trip from Sutton Ontario to Burlington. to check it out. as we arrived, a sales rep (David) greeted us with the car ready for us to road test. and was very informative and supportive of all of our concerns. we liked the car very much and decided we wanted it. so we were passed on to there in house financing specialist. we drove over to the other location which was 5 min down the road. and we met Zainab. She answered all of our questions, gave us really good advice. and was very warm kind and professional. we were really happy with the interactions with everyone and pulled the trigger on the purchase. unfortunately due to miss interpretation on our end we went to return our old car back to the leasing company and they stopped us in our tracks! and said we had another 2 years to go!!! with the old car!! now frustrated and stressed we reached out to Zainab at J.P and she gave us so many options with what we could do in this binding situation. in spite of the new car being ready for pick up, plated insured detailed transferred in to our name. we couldn't have two vehicles as we did not have the space so they helped us out and kept the car. retuned our deposit and made us feel so comfortable. that I was honestly surprised! really refreshing to see a car dealership with strong core values and friendly go out of their way to help the client.. staff as soon as our lease if up, for real this time we will only be purchasing a car from J.P motors!! and being in the automotive industry my self I know what it takes. these guys will make sure you are in the right car at the right price with the right payment plan. bless you all

Well let's start by saying that I don't actually know if this is a good dealership. I made an appt to view a vehicle using the texting service listed on the JP Motors website. The appt was going to be on family day. Naturally my first question to the service was whether or not the dealership would be open. I was told yes and proceeded to make a 10am appt. I live in Niagara and Burlington is about an hours drive. I got to the first location at 945am only to find the dealership closed for the holiday Monday. Looked at all 3 locations to maybe at least see the vehicle I was interested in. No where to be found. Tried to call no answer. Tried the texting service with no help recieved. Found a contractor who was able to call someone from JP Motors. I was told to come back tomorrow. Now a 2hr round trip was made for absolutely nothing. The texting service told me I would be contacted by someone the next day. For all my frustrations I recieved an email telling me the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available. No mention of the debacle with their texting service until I brought it up. They couldn't bother to even call me to apologize for the mix up. I was told that the texting service was a third party and they made a mistake. Well JP Motors that third party represents your dealership! Needless to say I've spent my money elsewhere. In this impersonal world customer service goes a long way. This dealership really didn't care that I wasted an entire morning just trying to possibly spend my money with them. You may have a good experience here, but I'll never trust in any kind of text service ever again!

I can not recommend this dealership to anyone because I feel like I got ripped off! I bought a car in cash and also purchased the "3 year extended warranty" for $3,000 which they didn't tell me would technically only give me $2,000 worth of coverage and won't last 3 years if you use up the money. Buyer be ware!! After purchasing the vehicle a brake caliber broke while driving the car! They had to rebuild the entire transmission and fix a broken engine mount!!! A month later I had to get the muffler fixed, back windshield wiper and the list goes on. This is all within a couple of months of owning the car! Management (except for John) had no concern or empathy for my situation! I was dealt with like just a number. Sales manager "Z" sold me the warranty but never mentioned the fine details of it (don't purchase the warranty! You pay $3,000 but only get up to $5,000 of coverage so save your money because there's a lot of limitations to the warranty and why spend 3k to only really have 2k of additional coverage?) You guys should smarten up and do a better job of inspecting your vehicles before selling to the public. What really irritates me about this whole situation is the fact that I bought the car for my elderly father and these issues happened while he was driving it (very scary). Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!

There are presently only two used car dealers on my "go to" list in the golden horseshoe area when I'm looking for a "pre-owned" vehicle. Before this purchase at the SUV/Truck division of JP motors I had only one. Joe the sales guy was straight with me, listened to what I wanted and made sure everything I requested would get done. That coupled with a fair price sealed the deal for me. The whole paperwork process was very efficient yet not rushed. Stella the business manager was pleasant and thorough with her explanation of the sales agreement and available options. The vehicle was nicely detailed and ready for me at the promised time. One very special thing I want to mention is that I called JP to see if they could provide a shuttle service for me so I could pick up the car when it was ready. Later that evening I received a call from Joe telling me that he would pick me up. I didn't realize it until he got to my house but he picked me up in his own car, on his own time while on his way to work! Now there's a gentleman who knows how to keep customers returning. All said and done, based on my experience I would definitely recommend dealing with JP Motors.

Overall my experience here was fine. I am giving it 4 stars because I am happy with my purchase, but we knew what we wanted when we got there. I dealt with Paul at this location. I have no complaints, he answered my texts promptly and let us test drive both cars we wanted extensively, so that was great. They are a no haggle place, and they mean it, but the price was fair to us. Things kinda went north when we were slated to take delivery. I had to bring both my kids and it was not ready despite having an appointment to take delivery at a preassigned time. They only told us they would call us if it WAS NOT ready. We never got a call that it wasn't ready. However, they were kind enough to offer to pay for our lunch as it was going to take a couple of hours to be ready. I did ask that no marketing materials such as license plate covers be put on my car as I paid cash, I wax not financing and I don't like to be a driving marketing campaign for anyone. They put license plate covers anyways, and now I have to find someone to take them off. Overall, it was okay. But I am happy with my car and the servicing they did prior.

I bought 2013 Fusion Hybrid on Jan 22, 2021 and bought $2823 extended warranty for 2 years. Zainab from finance team mentioned that if I never use it and if I cancel it before my expiry date then I can het 50% of it back, and I bought it in the first place because I would be getting 50% back. Me and my friend was there when I was told about it. Today is Nov 29, 2022 and my extended warranty will be expired on Jan 22, 2023 So I texted and emailed Zainab asking for my 50% back, but she is telling that there is no such thing of getting half the amount back. I explained her that me and my friend are 100% sure that she sold us the extended warranty by saying about 50% refund, she denied that and said it is not possible I can now clearly understand that she did upsell me $3000 and it’s a clear rip off @JPMotors - please look into this and provide my 50% back of extended warranty as I was told when buying the car VIN: 3FA6P0LU8DR196169

JP Motors I would like to start by saying what a wonderful experience i had with the staff at Jp motors specially with Zaina she is a miracle worker, for many years I have back down from going to buy a car just because My credit was not good. Zaina helped me and worked her magic to get me a loan for my new truck, with out her help and encouragement I would of not dared. I know there are many people like me out there with poor credit but stop by and visit Jp motors and ask for Zaina she will help you out no matter what credit you have she is there to help move any obstacle to get that perfect loan you need. today I’m so excited and blessed to have her give me the keys to my new truck thanks a million, may God bless you and all the work that you do for helping others and but a smile on my face.

I would never recommend this dealership to anybody at all. I gave I asked for my a down payment for an SUV. After 1 week of my application they told me that my interest rate would be 16.49%. I asked for my down payment back and they said not refundable.. After my review comments that I posted in , they sent me an e mail to call a number. I called back that number and nobody called me back . This place is horrible and would never recommend to anyone. I'm a single mom with 2 special children and this is what they did to me.. I gave my down payment to Rob Skorski and you know it that I even used my sons money then you sent an e mail that you don,t do refunds.

Me and everyone I knew never trusted places with "No haggle policy" like this one, makes me think that the owners are cheapskates. Oh, you want things like new wipers/breaks or a maintenance package in your $25K purchase? Forget about it, in this place, you get the car for a very high and strange interest rate without a penny negotiated/discounted and you get out of there without any guarantee. Whatever happens to your car is your problem and their lack of compensation to the price and maintenance of the car doesn't help at all. If this is how cheap they are during your visit, imagine under what conditions they maintain their cars...

We were extremely disappointed in our experience. As soon as we got there, the salesman who we had an appointment booked with was quite rude. We did not see all of the vehicles we had planned on. The experience was totally disorganized and the vehicles were not in the excellent condition as advertised; glued together bumper cracks, chipped windshields etc. Aside from that, the total lack of COVID safety policies at the location were startling. No masks, no sanitizer, and no additional measures taken for customer safety. Definitely a disappointing experience for us.

In the past 6 months I've purchased two Trucks from JP Motor's. This time around I wanted something a bit more tailored to my needs. I contacted Nicholas MacLeod gave him the exact: make, model, km's right down to the paint colour. Due to my requirement being so specific, JP Motors did not have the truck on the lot - "Nicholas said leave it with me" In two weeks they found the car for me, I got in and drove off! Nicholas and JP Motors will be assisting my company purchase cars moving forward. I also had to work with Nicole in service, she is fantastic!

I want to leave 5 stars for all the people at J.P. MOTORS. Mike at lot D was very helpful in listening to what our needs were and we were able to make 2 purchases. Keith and the guys at the service dept. were able to adjust any issues I had with both vehicles with very little waiting time. I am a previous customer that believes that J.P. My husband and I went back to JP after buying our van in 2015. Sasha our sales woman was just as amazing as before. She helped us figure out what type of vehicle would suit our needs the most both now and in the future with our growing kids. Dave, our finance manager was amazing also he made sure to get us the best and keep us updated along the way. In the end we got our Acadia and are absolutely in love with it! Already planning to go back to see what we can find the husband! Would definitely recommend JP Motors to anyone and everyone!

I called twice to make sure the vehicle I wanted was in. Brandon told me on phone and in email that the vehicle was there. I drove an hour and a half to get there and they told me they could not find vehicle. Apparently they loose vehicles a lot. I asked to speak with the manager but John wouldn't even talk to us after we drove 1 1/2 hrs. John just told the salesman to me that they would call when they find the vehicle.

Went there to look at a nissan nv200. Dealer was nice, but when it came time to talk with person who does the financing so we could discuss payments etc, they wanted $500 deposit. Just to speak with them... if i didnt get approved they would refund me, was due to COVID he claimed. i didnt quite understand, laughed and left. I was prepared to buy a van that day was pretty ridiculous experience.

Financing was ridiculous, I didn't qualify for financing and asked my down payment back. I talked with them several times the last time she took my credit card number and said she would put the 500.00 deposit back on the card I am still waiting for it to go back on . Poor communication it's been seven days and no deposit given back . Sad experience.

Had an appointment to get my car appraised. Jeff did not seem interested in selling me a car or doing business. I'm not sure if it was because it was Saturday afternoon or he just isn't a good salesman. Jeff wasn't rude however, not a good customer service person. The finance manager was worst. Mr. Dev Mekay took a new comer family for a ride. He was ready to sell lots of baggage in loan instalments with a used car as they did not know anything about financing a car. Please do not take hard working people for granted.

The agents are pushy trying to sell you the car on the spot telling you stories that if you not going to make a deposit someone will come and buy the car in an hour. I guess they have to make money somehow... I'm glad I bot my car somewhere else.
