Not good access. There's only one entrance to the platform and it's hard on people with disabilities injuries. There's hardly any shelter, no service displays, no speakers outside of the tiny sheltered area for service announcements. And the cctv seems to miss half the platform and definitely doens't get the carpark. Granted, there is a big planter box filled with rubbish and rainwater which is nice. Anyway after having my tyres slashed in the carpark while I was at work yesterday, I won't be using this station again. I'll drive to Glenroy station from now on.

It was my first time to stop at Jacana today evening (Sunday) One of the most scariest places, I will not recommend anyone, specially women to get off this stop and walk home. Its very depressing and has scary vibes The security officers are limited to the platform, saw some shady guys near the tunnel exit PTV, BRING THE PLACE DOWN AND BUILD IT FROM SCRATCH

"Jacana be disappointed" Hi there! Jacana train station screams tight budget. Be sure to keep your eye out for the most vanilla zebra crossing in Victoria. Jacana station is a great place to pile up your used cardboard boxes after that big move, clear your throat or cheat on a rubik's cube.

No public toilet, only one myki topup machine, no display service for arriving and departing trains and no dedicated parking space. very hard to access for disable people and cyclist due to sloppy surface .

Probably one of the worse stations on Melbourne's network. The platforms are really narrow, not many places to sit, no toilets, no information screens to alert about arriving trains, hard to access.

It’s a concrete block on the main route to southern cross. Tear up the station building & rebuild it from better materials with better CCTV and PIDS (public info display screens)

there's two cameras on the station been shanked in the blind spots twice now p.s. plz put some more cameras so i cant be safe at night eshays be out here

low budget train station.. no any toilet, no departure board, no customer service but the good thing is its near from my home.

Arguably the ugliest station in Melbourne and possibly the most inaccessible. Shame Metro Trains, fix it up!
