I came through the drive through and it was a little wait Tuesday night it almost 10p. Ordered the spicy chicken nacho muchie meal with curly fries, 2 taco's & an iceless drink plus a southwest crispy chicken salad. I got a regular spicy chicken sandwich & a crispy chicken garden salad. No taco's at all, and ice in my drink! I got ice anyway, had to get the polite, accommodating young man to correct this, while a disappointed customer came to the drive thru window to have her order of food corrected. I live in Marin County, so I didn't know both my orders of food were incorrect. This location is on Bayshore Blvd in San Francisco . I should have checked, because as I was leaving, I saw another customer going to the window of Jack in the Box to get their order corrected as well. If you read my order back to me correctly, then it should be correct at the window, period! Do better people. I wasted $ 21+. Too far to do a return. I'm very disappointed. Therefore, I'm giving 3 stars only because the young man was polite and corrected my drink order & the crispy chicken was good eaten alone. The person who wanted the sandwich was mad mad They really had the munchies mad...

It's about 1:00 in the morning and my friend and I are finally getting back to her apartment from rehearsal. At first I didn't think I was too hungry and then we got off the freeway and it felt like I was famished. My friend agreed and we tried to decide if we wanted to go to In-N-Out or jack. The box. After remembering that in and out could have a line that literally goes into the next city. We decided to find the next open jack in the box. We also assumed that this Jack in the box would have an extremely long line and it did, but the line was truly moving. We were luckily got in the line thinking if after 5 minutes we weren't too far up we would probably just leave, but after 5 minutes we had actually ordered. I want to say there was about three or four other cars in front of us and maybe those cars only ordered one item but it seems like the line was moving very quickly. When we got our food. We were slightly concerned that because of how quickly the line was moving we might be missing things or things might just be wrong. But everything was absolutely correct and takes it very fresh.

It's great when it's late and want fast food. They close at 10pm. Drive thru is always busy but if you walk in, you're put in 10 minutes verses 20 minute car wait.

I know fast food places are known for not having the best quality food, but last week I purchased the tacos from this jack in the box and got old nasty lettuce in my tacos, I actually brought it to the attention of the manager, although she tried to make an excuse that the lettuce get bad sometimes with the heat and I told her it's not from the heat it's old lettuce, I came today and got the exact kind of old lettuce so I guess they're not gonna change nothing and continue to serve old lettuce until someone get sick and sues them...

Actually really like this place. I think the owner is doing a really good job, and he's trying to make everything work, but it is difficult to have a fast food restaurant on Bayshore that works 100% of the time. I just spent 15 minutes of my lunch break trying to pay for food with my credit card and they couldn't seem to run it for some reason. Credit is fine, Chip is fine, they just couldn't get it to work. I didn't have cash so I had to leave empty-handed. Huge bummer. Wish they could get this together

As with most fast foods, I don't rate them higher than 3 stars. I reserve higher ratings for sit-down restaurants. The sourdough Jack was 2 and a half stars the Oreo shake was 3 and a half. Area is prone to have homeless panhandling at the joint.

Always a quick delicious breakfast or fast lunch. Pricing of course is so high everywhere.. I wish we all could tone down the prices everywhere too get back to pre pandemic time when everything was way less expsensive. Prices everywhere are outrageouse. Food is still worth it more if you are single.

First of all they charged me .10 cents for the bag. Come on who charges u for a bag at a fast food. If they r charging for something that I haven't ordered, I should have asked for if I want a bag. When I asked them to take it out I was told that its already changed for and I haven't paid yet. After all that look at my 3 pieces of chicken strips. The pic tells u all

This place is small, dirty. The service was very rude, I was ignored, and the people didn't want to speak to me. The food was horrible. I got loaded mini tacos. They put lettuce on top and a little cheese down the side of the box.

Nice Jack in the box! Quick, well prepared, food. Was a bit shocked at the bill tho I guess it's been a while since I ate at Jack and/or SF is more expensive. Car park has its own light for ease of access. No left turn from the drive thru.

Good food but very stingy on their portions. Avoid this particular jack in the box if you are ordering tacos. You will basically get a meat flavored potato chip. As if putting meat in the Shell is so difficult that they can only spare whatever was left over on the spatula.

It's ok. Half the time your order is wrong and they give you a 1/4 of a head of lettuce on your burger ‍♀️. However when they do get your order right (and you take off half of the lettuce) it's a good quick meal. …
