I was taking a stroll and just felt like getting some onion rings (I love a good onion ring) so I searched up where I could get some and went in here. I haven't been in Jack in the Box despite living just a few blocks away. The interior is quite quaint, with just a few seats and tables to eat at. The man who took order was very friendly. I asked for one order of onion rings and nothing else. He offered me fries for free. I glanced and noticed a mound of fries, both regular and curly, in fryer baskets suspended over the fryer. He was probably just trying to get rid of them so they didn't have to go to waste. I said no thanks but he asked again, so I said no thanks again. He stopped insisting so I paid and got the receipt. The onion rings were $4.99 but because of a city health fee thing and tax, they turned out to actually be $5.58. I waited for a while and got my bag of what I thought were just onion rings. He said "have a good day" and I replied "you too." Great service. I looked inside the bag and there were two little satchel bag things (I'm not familiar with Jack in the Box sizes), one with regular fries and the other with curly fries. I got home and tried the three types of crispy sides. They were all warm. The onion rings weren't onion-y at all and the onions pulled out of the crispy batter part. There weren't any dips or sauces or napkins. I won't be having those onion rings again unless I've been hypnotized. The fries and curly fries were just alright. Well, for the price, they were the best thing ever (they were free) because I've never had free fries. Overall, the food is just okay. The onion rings suck though. The service is outstanding however, which is why I'm giving four stars. These are good people.

So I come to this place where the employees don't understand English nor speak properly For a breakfast sausages jack combo that is $5.79 the girl whoever's was the charging me like $12++ N when I ask her what is $12 for She was charging me everything separate. I came here @2am this morning. I was just going to get a couple tacos and curly fries...but then i noticed the little box of tiny tacos (: they are so cute (& yummy) & jack in the box now has cinnamon sugar donut holes (: & i was happy that when i ordered the donut holes they were made fresh & they are a nice yummy dessert & even tho they are cinnamon sugar donut holes they were the right amount of cinnamon-sugary~ness-the sweetness was a good amount, not too much. & my fries did not really seem that ..fresh-like(&i knew my husband would definitely say something about them...haha) ..so i forced myself to go in and say something..& there was no issue at all making some fresh new fries for me (: that is why i decided i am going to write a review about how everyone that worked here was super nice & stuff...i had to force myself to go back in there cause i was kinda nervous if when i said something about the fries i would just get someone that would want to argue with me about how they are good&refuse to be nice at all & start yelling about it (like my experience at the mcdonalds on petrero&16th..:/ .) But there was no problem at all @this jack in the box (: . & also The man that was taking everyones orders that came in to order food or pick up orders was super friendly and nice (which really it is just nice to go and order fast food & have happy~nice people that work there)

One of the only businesses that are open 24 hours in S.F. at this time. The food service staff deal with a lot, due to all variety of customer that comes through, but I've been eating at this particular location, at least twice a month, for about the last decade, being that I stay just a few blocks away from the place, and I can't say that I ever remember them screwing up my order. Or the food not as good as it was the last time. And last but not least, I can remember more than once, when I was sitting in there having a meal or coffee by myself, and all the sudden the place would get really busy. I have never witnessed much that would be evident of an unhappy customer. I've seen people come back, in a time or two, because there toppings weren't right, but NOWHERE CLOSE TO OFTEN, and every time I have seen an incident like this happen, the worker drops every thing they are doing, and the customer gets their order made right immediately.

Location has a small parking lot, so you may have to find a metered parking stall in Geary blvd. The entryway has one door open only, perhaps due to the pandemic. 5 people inside maximum. The workers are attentive, efficient, and helpful. I asked for a cup of water, after I ordered, and she provided that to me before assisting the next customer. I appreciate her service. The 2 tacos, which is why I went there, are still a good deal at $1.59 for 2. Regarding prices, fast food prices seem to have risen over these past years, where meals are around $10.00. 4 stars for the service, and the tacos are still good. 1 less star due to a panhandler waiting by the door asking for money, so the ambience wasn't the greatest. It's fast food, I get that I shouldn't expect ambience, but I don't want to be hounded for money when entering or exiting a fast food restaurant. Thank you

Is it ever too much just to order a sandwich without sauce and expect to get it? Well at this Jack in the box if you can count on one thing it's then getting your order wrong not just once not just twice but so many times you get sick of going back and complaining. My advice to you if you go here make sure you don't have anxiety high blood pressure or a short temper. Have sympathy and compassion for people who don't understand the concept and dynamics of making a burger the way you would ask for it. I usually don't lean on the side of sarcasm but this place you need to because you'll go crazy if you don't. Good luck.

I have never been to Jack in the Box before but was actually surprised. I had the jumbo jack with cheese and a 5 piece nuggets. I really like the bun of the jumbo jack, and in general it was a good burger. I found the cheese to be the worst part though. Just had a fake cheese, gooey velveeta taste to it. Will definitely go without next cheese next time. Jumbo jack goes for 3.49 without cheese, 3.99 with cheese. The nuggets... very surprised. In my opinion better than McDonald’s nuggets. Use the attached photo and code: 680, for 5 free nuggets through Oct 31,2020. Location has no drive through and a small parking lot for maybe 8-10 cars. Some Metered street parking around as well.

It's fast, it's 'food', it has parking. Can't ask for much more. If they turn that parking lot into an apartment building I'll stop going.

I've only come here late night so I don't really know what it's like during the day. The store is quite small so if you're intending on eating in, it might be a little bit difficult depending on the time of day you're here. Staff is pretty friendly, and service decently quick. Back to back disappointing experiences. The last 2x I have been to this location they neglected to include the 2 tacos that I ordered and paid for...for a total of 3x this has happened at this location in the last 3 months. Not only was the order shorted, on this last visit I waited an extremely long time where a dozen customers came in after me and received their orders ahead of me. Ironically what delayed the completion of my order and where there was a backup in the kitchen....tacos....yes, the ones that were then not included with my much delayed order.

Jack in the Box only has a few items I can eat, so rarely go there. The service is always friendly and quick. The food is reliable. Atmosphere could use some work, it feels dirty, which is why I always do take out.

This Jack in the box has 8 car parking (including 2 wheelchair parkings)space on the other side/back side. It has outdoor seating for one family. Indoor seating is very limited with one table for wheelchair accessibility. It was busy when we visited (Sunday at 3pm). To use the bathroom we need to do a purchase. There is very little space inside to wait our order. We liked their spicy chicken sandwich. The nuggets were very soft and fried perfectly. They were awesome.

I don't play soccer; I'm not an athlete. I do come here often, however, while out with my dog. One regular scenario is taking a jaunt on the beach and then crossing the Great Highway to the soccer fields for water, bathrooms and rest. My pup and I enjoy playing in the grass and watching the kids, youth and adults who play soccer. I often think about bringing a small stash of my briquettes so I can grill steak and veggies at the picnic tables. I'll have to let you know if I do that. Great spot for play and relaxing. Recommend!

These guys are doing an excellent job, they have never messed up an order and the food is excellent. Im always surprised by how fresh and crisp everything is considering the volume they do. I've honestly never had a bad meal from here. Tons of respect to the owner and the crew, you can tell they aren't just phoning it in. There food is just as good and often times better and more affordable than other so called "local" burger spots in the neighborhood that people sing the praises of. Stay the course, your doing great.

This Jack in the Box location was the weirdest I have ever been to. I DEFINITELY WON'T BE GOING BACK. You have to order it online no matter what doesn't matter if your out front of this place you STILL have TO order online AND PAY ONLINE!!!!. So if your planning on paying cash FORGET ABOUT IT! Plus it cost way to much for the quality. But that's every jack in box. They all are over priced? And the only good thing Are the milkshakes lol.

This place was horrible.. wait time for food was over 2 hours!! My group came in first and then a rush of door dashers.. one of my friend had to wait to order after all the dashers!! Ordered Sourdough Jack combo w/ curly fries and shake, stuffed jalapeños, 2 Jr. Bacon and 4 tacos for my group. Received Onion rings, 2 tacos and cheeseburger (not sure which cheeseburger (patty as thick as a slice of paper) was given, picture below). Correct receipt taped on the bag and delivery driver stated he wasn’t even able to talk to the workers. Not sure how it was this off but based on quality of the food that was given looks like the company is valuing profits over quality.

This used to be the late night spot for teenagers and night owls looking for a cheap eat, now the only good things about this location is that they have offer a small parking lot for customers and are open 24 hours. With all the homeless camping around the building, it doesn't feel safe to dine in anymore, especially after dark. Noted for late night hours and cheap tacos. Recommended getting takeout or delivery only.

I had to edit my review I ordered jack spicy chicken it tasted wrong and the girl in front of me had chicken nuggets and returned it , the staff was friendly and refunded me and tried to replace the meal and did all the right things but I couldn't eat it turned my stomach I took one bite and returned everything else untouched . maybe it's the oil used to fry not sure but two people back to back means something wrong, I hope they pay attention to quality.

This place always reminds me of a dump and there's always like only miserable doordashers out front and inside and they only care about giving doordashes their food I also was confronted outside by a customer saying the manager needs to talk to me because I took the two milkshakes that were sitting there for a half hour that they're actually mine because I didn't have receipt they wouldn't give me them.

Open 24 hrs. Great, almost flawless service and treatment by the employees. A few, decent bargain- budget deals. Overall, fairly decent quality of food, for the price, variety of menu options, and 24 hour availability. Oh yeah...and shouldn't leave out that the breakfast menu is also available 24/7. Some folks don't do brunch until like 10:30 at night, so this detail is also a big plus.

The night manager and cashier are both very rude. Would not accommodate a coupon that the corporate office sent me from complaining about the service another time I was there. It seems like at this place if they don’t like you, you’re just a number, they want you out the line asap. No straw with my drink, half my order missing, long wait, terrible service.

This is the most accessable Jack In the Box for people living on the west side of SF, there's no Drive through but there is a small parking lot. There is occasionally some homeless people here late at night but they usually don't give people too much trouble (at least whenever I go here). The staff is friendly and polite so overall 4 stars

Ends up being the satisfying even after the pandemic. Unlike mcds, they don't skimp out. And unlike tacobel they dont get rid of they best items on the menu. My goto item is an ultimate cheeseburger but you can't go wrong with a sourdough jack. Don't get me wrong fastfood isn't great, but they so hit a great familiar standard I'm looking for.

Limiting 5 people inside at a time, no dine in, but service was relatively fast considering items are made to order, except the fries seemed overcooked on this visit. Oreo shake is great. I forgot about the munchie meal deal until after I'd already ordered & paid (price is slightly higher in daytime but still a good deal for alot of food!).

When ever possible order via the mobile AP, you get far better prices that way. Kitchen gets backed up very easily so never plan to get in , and out quickly even if you order online. There is normally parking in the lot , but if you come after 6pm street meters are not active as of this posting. In door dining is small.

Though listed as open 24 hours/day, late night hours are unreliable and unpredictable. Notes on door like "Sorry Closed" don't even provide any idea as to weekday time to return. Of course, they should be able to modify their hours but update online info and the most basic step: post accurate hours on door.

Employees were under staffed, overworked, but were sweeter then an oreo cookie shake!! They deserve praise, help, and a raise!! They missed, and messed up slightly but they more than made up 4 it.! Corporate, get on it!

Best Jack in the box I've eaten at since the last Jack in the box I went to somewhere else. Use the mobile app for deals and freebies not found in store. Don't park in the inner spots or you may get trapped when drive through car line wraps around blocking you in the space.

Service here is generally pretty awful. There are a couple of exceptions but expect a grumpy face and to repeat your order 5 times. Food is typically good though. Call feel a little unsafe later at night as there are quite a few vagrant or homeless folks that hang about.

Standard Jack in the box with no drive thru. It is a little smaller than most. Outdoor seating feels a little used as does the location in general. Service was prompt and the employees attitude seemed pretty standard for a Jack in the box.
