I purchased my husband's wedding ring 33 years ago from Jade Galore in San Francisco Chinatown. A couple of months ago, one of the small diamonds fell out and my husband took it to a local jeweler in Oregon. He was told that they couldn't repair the ring and would have to recast it and make him a new one. My husband contacted Jade Galore in their Stonestown store because we had a lifetime warranty on the ring and found out that they had two other stores. To make a long story short, the personnel from the Stonestown, Cupertino, and Milpitas stores were all very attentive to his needs, called frequently to coordinate our schedule to come to one of the stores to get my husband's ring repaired and to make sure that a jeweler was present when we came. Irene Wong in the Milpitas store was wonderful! She made sure my husband's ring was repaired by one of their jewelers and coordinated delivery of his ring back to us in Oregon. There was Christina, also from the Milpitas store, a gentleman from the Stonestown and Cupertino store and countless others whose names I don't remember. And of course, the wonderful jeweler who repaired my husband's ring and the jeweler who fixed and replaced the clasps on our necklaces in the Milpitas store. I can say that I have the highest regard for Irene and all her colleagues. Thank you so much for making our 33rd year wedding anniversary so much more special by the care you gave my husband's ring and for your kind consideration and attention to our needs. For anyone out there who is considering buying 24 k gold jewelry or any other jewelry for investment or for wear, please come to Jade Galore. They will treat you right. Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and I've always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because it's secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stone's size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. It's nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large. This is the first time I visited the new location since JG moved from Milpitas Square a few years ago. I'm so glad the store has kept intact its best part, which is the superb customer service. The inside has been upgraded to a more luxury setting and the store has a lot more designs at all price points to offer. The staff treats the customers like true VIPs, even though I just had a small custom work order. I'm not sure if they have the lowest price in town, however from the consultation with Fannie I can feel they do prioritize customers' need rather than pushing for higher price options. The custom item comes back very well made, and I enjoyed very much the whole process. After all, jewelry shopping is not only about a merchandise but also about experience. I definitely will come back to this jeweler if need something unique, or just simply go to online jeweler if I already have something in mind. This jeweler is so much better than those big chain retailers.

Jade Galore is amazing! We had my engagement ring made by James along with our wedding bands. He also split and resized my grandmother’s wedding set so my mom and I could each have a ring. For my engagement ring I wanted a very particular diamond and cut of diamond that’s extremely difficult to find. James took the time to find us several diamond in the style I was wanted for us to see. He was very helpful and patient with us through the process. Many other jewelers in town wouldn’t even try to accommodate my desire. They only tried to sell me the traditional round diamond that I did not want. Even after my ring was made I asked for some minor adjustments and they happily made the adjustments for me. Each piece they worked on or created has been wonderful! It’s been such a pleasure working with James and the rest of the team. I would (& have) recommended Jade Galore to any one looking for something special!

My partner and I went to Jade Galore to buy a promise ring and we were helped by Debby, who was so sweet and friendly! It was initially overwhelming when we walked in, considering it was our first time at a jeweler, but Debby was very informative and patient with us. She showed us a couple of options at various price points and in the end she helped us pick out the perfect ring. The ring was cleaned before we left so it looked absolutely stunning! My partner is trans and his preferred name is different from his legal name on his ID, which people usually give him a hard time about, but Debby was very respectful of my partner and referred to him by his preferred name. We both really appreciate her and the rest of the Jade Galore team for providing the best customer service experience we have ever had! We will definitely be returning

Brought an engagement ring in for resizing that I had purchased elsewhere. One of the few jewelers in the area that has goldsmiths inside the store meaning that they can do same day repairs and alterations unlike most of their localized competitors. That also means that their staff consists of people with technical knowledge of their wares rather than just a sales team; for me, that means peace of mind. They completed not only the work I had requested but also worked with me to get everything done on an expedited timetable. They also professionally cleaned the ring and ended up charging about 30% less than initially quoted. Would not hesitate to give them business again in the future!

Really bad services. The Manager young girl is not professional at all. If the customer knows everything there is no reason you are! I bought a GIA diamond 3 years ago, but recently I found there is no GIA number on my diamond. So today I went to the store to get a better solution. The answer is just send it to GIA by myself?! So there is no after service at all. I called another Jewlery store, they can help their customer. Won't go there any more!

The best customer service and jewelers ever! Plus beautiful jewelry! Irene helped me custom make my oval eternity wedding band and wow! She blew it out of the ball park for me! She perfected it and made sure I was so happy from start to finish and she’s been so honest and kind throughout the entire process and I’m SO PICKY! I highly recommend Irene and jade galore! You get what you pay for and it shows!
