Let me just say State Farm is by far the worse company you could get insurance with. They sent 5 different tow truck to get my BMW out of a target parking lot and not 1 of those tow trucks could get my car out of the parking lot. I was in the parking lot from 11am to 7pm literally waiting for them to send me the right tow truck. They pretty much ran me in circles and then one of the guys said that I’m not covered for a tow because it was a collision I ran over something in the road that cause my tire to go flat and tire rim to crack! So it took 5 tow trucks for you to tell me I’m not covered for a tow when clearly my coverage says I am covered for a tow! Wow I been with these guys for over a year never called for nothing to use my insurance and now I can’t even get a simple tow 2 miles away! It was so sad that my husbands mom had to call her insurance triple A to come get the car they came and got it without hesitation! And it only took 1 try wow 5 tows and to be told after sitting all those hours in a parking lot with my kids to be told that I am not covered. They then referred me to a company called AJS towing which gave me a quote of $700 yes cause I just have that kind of money sitting around to tow my car 2 miles down the road! Crazy!!! I’m canceling and going to a different insurance company that can give me way better service and coverage and explain my insurance to me!

This is the worst location I've ever dealt with. They initially tell me they can't sign me again, then harass my email with a bill, I speak to someone and they tell me I'm fully insured so I pay... Only to have someone else call me and tell me that it's not the same coverage. I cancel and they only give me back $50 of the $168 that I paid for 4 days of coverage!! I send in my notice to cancel only to have someone email me a month later asking for my cancellation notice YET AGAIN! Very unorganized and dishonest! Highly suggest going with a different state farm office if you can! Not as you can see, the owner disclosing my personal business on a public site, and incorrect information at that. I DID in fact send in a signed cancellation form on 5/6, even sent in the proof yesterday after this office, yet again stated that I hadn’t and began emailing me! They found it, and apologized! Much like he should now do for not knowing the facts, lying about me not cancelling, and putting my personal business online. This place is very unorganized and they do not communicate with each other as you can see, the owner didn't even know I sent in my cancellation. Just horrible!

I contacted Jakes office based on his high google review(s). I'd been with a smaller affiliate that failed to provide notice of upcoming renewals, or of renewal increases and would instead frantically contact me on or after the due date. I informed Jake of my displeasure with this lack of professionalism and he guaranteed that he understood my concerns and I had nothing to worry about from his office! After only a year with Jakes office they significantly increased my policy not based on my immaculate driving record but "due to inflation"! I decided to shop around and I was quickly able to find a better rate/ service. Outside of my initial contact with Jakes office, they've been unresponsive/ unprofessional. Whenever I raised concerns around the payment increase/ lack of readiness communications he had an associate send a generic email pointing to inflation as the reason for the increase. Which makes no sense considering inflation increased 7% and SF increased my policy nearly 25%. I suggest doing your homework and shoppin around - better options exist!

I recently moved to Charlotte from San Diego and have put off getting my car registered until my registration expired. Well, that was today. I got a few quotes online and the prices were MORE than my California insurance and I thought "this can't be right". I decided to search 'best car insurance in Charlotte' and a lot of options came up. I was drawn to call Jake Fulkerson's page because it had 5 stars. I still clicked on a few more but none of them had 5 star reviews. I then called the office and spoke with Ashley who was EXTREMELY professional, nice and seeking to find me the best coverage. I am now a proud customer of State Farm insurance due to her customer service. I am paying less than what I was before with a lower deductible. I had to go in to sign some documents and was blown away again. She asked me about my personal endeavors and really cared about what I was looking for in my purchase. Ashley went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend this office to fulfill your insurance needs!

I made the switch from Progressive to State Farm back in November 2015, and I when I tell you i don't regret it at all i mean just that. For any issue or concern I may have about my policy I call the 5th street office and ask to speak to Ashley directly. Not that the others aren't qualified to do the job or not as friendly, its just that Ashley was there when i made the switch and whenever i run into a problem she fixes it almost immediately! This nation is becoming more and more concerned with generating revenue that they often tend to forget about the customers, so for me to be able to call and/or pop-up and still receive the same customer service that i have been receiving from this State Farm office since day one means a lot! I tell people all the time "The amount I pay for several different coverages with State Farm is what some people pay with other insurance companies for 1 car." I hope my review helps with making the decision to switch to State Farm!

I was with Geico for over 7 years. They increased my premium to a ridiculous cost even though I have not had any traffic tickets, at fault incidents, and was told that my premium would not increase when I made claims that were not my fault (deer running into the side of my car in the mountains of Southern California, getting rear ended, and a car break-in). Ashley was understanding of my frustration and was eager to help me. She was very friendly, detailed, responsive, and took her time to review what State Farm can offer me. She helped me get auto coverage that is significantly lower that Geico offered me. It was also nice to have an actual conversation with her, while the system processed information. I didn’t feel like just a number or sale. She didn’t repeatedly read a scripted message to me. She made the process of looking for a new auto insurance provider stress-free and easy. Love the convenience of this office. Whenever my boyfriend and I were moving uptown we had to get renters insurance. This was the first place that popped up when I searched for insurance companies near me. I immediately called and began speaking with Jason to let him know that I needed renters insurance and I had never had to get renters insurance before!! Jason was so helpful explaining everything! I am in the process of moving to Charlotte NC and was referred to Jake for rental insurance. this is an awesome insurance angencie with great people. not only do they give 110% tying to help in any way but they are local and you get to know them and they know you on a first name basis making it very easy to communicate and solve any issues that might occur. It’s all about customer service. There are lots of insurance options but what it comes down to when you’re choosing insurance and then needing insurance is the service that your agent provides. My car insurance cost went up dramatically after getting a ticket. I was searching around for a new company hoping to get a cheaper quote without having to reduce my benefits. I remembered that my friend was an agent and I contacted him, but he was in another state. He helped me get started and got me in touch with Ashley. It was a very smooth transition and I am now saving $900 for the year, from what I was going to have to pay and with better benefits! They are rockstars.

We switched to the Jake Fullerton Stare Farm office a couple of years ago when another State Farm office in Charlotte bungled our policy. I have been working with Jason who has been very helpful especially in getting us set up and I’m making changes to our coverage when needed. I have had to follow up to get a response once or twice, but we have made more than one change to our coverage and I don’t think think in business this is common when dealing with busy people.
