Not only do they charge a personal fee just to add another car on top of what the actual insurance company charges. They heckle you into not canceling because they bind you in a contract for a year where you may have to pay an additional fee to leave even if you only had the insurance for 2 weeks. Do not go through this company you are better off getting insurance directly through the insurance company. This company is a scam artist who does not value there customers and only wants to make money and complete sale. I would get charged 250 to cancel and only get back 256 after I've spent well over 400 for coverage. if they back date it but then I may owe the dmv as well. I have never went through anything like this with any company.

I have had the worst experience with Pregram the last couple of years, I will searching for a new company. Ryan initially helped me, but I was passed on to Mahnoor and Kourtney. Maybe I’m just unlucky, but no one can figure anything out without going back and forth 10x to get documents correct. First my name is wrong, then my address and then it’s corrected but when I renewed my policy they decided to change it back to the old address? I have been paying insurance on my precious address for 5 months now, without having any idea that my current home is insured! Terrible customer service for me, let’s see how many back and forth emails this will take to get figured out.

I cannot say enough good things about Pegrams Insurance Agency. As a car dealer, we must make sure that each customer that purchases a vehicle has insurance on their new car before they leave and a high percentage of our customers will purchase their vehicle after 5 pm when most insurance agencies close their doors. Not Pegrams- they are available until late in the evening and can provide our customers with insurance quotes and then binders so they can take their new car with them. Not just that- they have the least expensive rates on insurance in the area and their customer service is top notch! What’s not to like? They are awesome!!!

Used this company to insure my vehicle for over a year. Upon selling my car, I needed to cancel my policy. They allowed me to do so, however at no point was I informed that they would charge me more than double my monthly premium to do so for what they call a short rate cancellation. I never received anything from them stating I had a past-due balance, until 6 months later I received a call from a collections agency stating I would have a mark on my credit report if I did not pay within 6 days. Called the agency, they said they could not assist. All in all, they were less than helpful and they will never receive my business again.

Ebony took my call this morning as I had several questions regarding my policy. She was not only patient in listening to my concerns but was a wealth of information. So much so, that I furthered my call with her in order to get more quality information regarding future endeavors and problems that needed to be solved. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and her time and treatment were exactly what every customer service representative should strive for in their body of work. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did in her communication with me this morning. If you're seeing this thank you again!

In the years that I have been dealing with Pegram, I have not had one bad experience with anyone that works at this location. Everyone whom I ever spoken with always provided the best customer service and that is hard to come by these days. I do want to recognize Kim Ryles... she has always been super informative, helpful and understanding. There have been at least 3-4 times that she has been able to resolve issues, provide information that was very helpful sometimes without having to ask. Again, all the employees there have been great and I recommend this location for your insurance needs.

Customer service sucks! The first rep hung the phone up on me and then I called back cause I was seeking a quote, spoke with the 2nd rep which she really didn’t seem interested in my call….but she took my information then place me on hold as if she was running me a quote but neverrrrr came back on the line! Rip off company. They charged me $118 for motorcycle insurance that cost $88 a year then sent me a bill for another $78. When I inquired at the agency she said they charge $100 just to set it up. The actual insurance Co sent the policy showing a yearly premium of $88. Plan ahead get your own or shop around.
